I am new to Kirby and it was niceI had a representative come to my house, but was very briefIt was a good thing I already knew someone with the productI also called the representative back to get some more help, and he never returned my callLuckily, the base office was very helpful and kind

I have bought many vacuums over the years and nothing compares to the KirbyI am a grandfather of three and they can make quite the mess but I have no worries because when they leave I know I have my trusty Kirby to help me cleanI would recommend this vacuum to anyone but it is a MUST for all families with kids or pets!

I love this vacuumIt vacuums incredibly, my rugs have never looked cleanerSwitching from vacuum mode to carpet cleaner mode is so incredibly easyThere are so many different uses for it, it's incredible I recommend this vacuum to everyone I know!

purchsed a kirby called then on 1/9/about the canceal policy a man named [redacted] said that I had until 1/11/midnight to return the canceal which I did now they are telling me they never received it never used the vacumn at all can not afford these payments they keept telling me they never received the canceallation

I have owned a Kirby Vacuum for over yearsRecently I got introduced to a newer Kirby and works greatThe salesman who came to my house was very patient and showed me how to use all the provisions

I have to tell you that my experience dealing with this Kirby Company was Excellent! The salesman Mr [redacted] was on time, very knowledgeable about the products This is not the first time I have purchased one and I have been thru several other demonstrators But by far this company followed thru on the commitments they made to me regarding and older model I owned and I am very pleased with the service The new model is awesome Thanks!

Six weeks ago, the sales rep sold a Kirby Avalir to a family friend who is an elderly widow in her 80's who is plagued with back painUsing sympathy conversation techniques, the sales rep pressured our soft-hearted friend into a sale that should never have occurredWhen delivering the new Kirby the sales rep took our friend's three original vacuums (a brown [redacted] a red ***, and a white [redacted] Professional)The Kirby is too heavy for our friend and she called to return itThe general manager picked up the new machine when our friend explained that she did not want it, but her three vacuums have never been returnedI have called the office, speaking to the acting general manager once and leaving three voice mails sinceThe acting GM promised me he would call me the following day, but that is now over ten days and multiple calls later [redacted] has never called me or our elderly friendI find it egregious that a sales rep would sell a high end appliance to an elderly widow on a fixed incomeThere is no way that an infirm elderly woman would get her money's worth out of such a machineIt is astounding to me that the sales rep would sell a machine that requires some muscle tone and a good back to a client who has neitherI am severely disappointed that a sales rep and the office management staff would take property from an elderly customer and then not return it when the sale is canceledCustomer care is non-existent when a person calls the office multiple times, is promised a return call, and silence is all the customer getsThe words "predatory", "deceptive", and "dishonest" come to mindA simple status call would have helpedThe return of our friend's property is what is needed

I was lost with the [redacted] office closed but now found the Wilmington office, thank god!! I have kirby's one I just turned in one over 20years old and got a killer deal on a new one These vacuums might be extremely expensive but I guarantee you'll never have to buy another one just trade in an ancient one if you want I didn't even have to trade it but loved the new one so much more, I did! I've always had great service from the [redacted] and Wilmington! I've only had to bring it back for repairs maybe once or twice and it was my fault both times,but very minimal and never cost a ton Keep up the great work Kirby!!

What a great demonstration!! Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job showing us all of the wonderful uses!! We did end up purchasing a Kirby and love it!

We had a Kirby for over yearsIt was expensive, but it was our first vacuum so we didn't know any betterIt finally broke down, and we had sticker shock again, so we went and got the highest rated vacuum we could findIt was horrible, and only lasted a few monthsWe then went back to Kirby, and are once again impressedStill expensive, but worth it! on June 2, A Kirby salesman, Alec B*** and his team showed up at my home to sell me a Kirby vacuum, telling me it would take mins, but it turned out to be an hour and a half which in turn made me late for an event I NEEDED to attendAfter his demonstration and him offering me a final price to buy it, I told him I had to leave, but if he wanted to come back later I would probably buy oneHe did come back later and we finalized the deal on the demo model he was usingHe then told me that he did not have any vacuum bags with him to give me free, but he would bring me years supply of vacuum bags ( I requested of them as I vacuum several times a day) on Tuesday June 5, as well as a he would bring me a brand new machineOn Tuesday he did not show up nor callI was DEFINITLY home as I had spinal surgery on Monday and HAVE NOT LEFT my home at allBecause of the spinal surgery It has been almost a weeks since he said he would come by on tha
