Kirby Vacuum Sales & Service

Men stopped by, uninvited,sold me a vacuum for $2,using high pressure sales tactics while I was under medication from a knee replacement
August 6, Men stopped at my home while I was working in the yard with a walker, had just returned home from knee replacement surgery and was medicated They spent a long time at my house and I felt pressured top buy the vacuum, they even proposed I buy two vacuums because I had difficulty lifting the machine and could not carry it upstairs I later learned I had only days to terminate and receive my money back and now they will not return my money I paid $and I signed a finance contract for $2, The Vacuum is a Kirby Avalir Serial # XXXXXXXXXX and it came with Shampoo, polisher, Zip Brush The Sales Rep Initials are DS and the My Son Chris *** spoke with Dave Matthew the General Manager and he refuses to refund our money They told us to contact the financing company Pr
eferred Credit Inc *** reg account XXXXXXX

Our first machine was years oldThese folks refurbished it and gave it back so that we could donate it to our churchThe new machine is truly an improvement, with regard to the flexibility of the hoses and the heads (with the addition of soybean oil to the manufacture of the plastics)The new machine is lighter, stronger, has better filtration, easier movement of attachments and as mentioned, longer service life of the plastic partsTwo machines for one; truly a bargain!

I was lost with the *** office closed but now found the Wilmington office, thank god!! I have kirby's one I just turned in one over 20years old and got a killer deal on a new one These vacuums might be extremely expensive but I guarantee you'll never have to buy another one just trade in an ancient one if you want I didn't even have to trade it but loved the new one so much more, I did! I've always had great service from the *** and Wilmington! I've only had to bring it back for repairs maybe once or twice and it was my fault both times,but very minimal and never cost a ton Keep up the great work Kirby!!

Pressured wife in to buying a kirby vacuum found out when while I was working
Made wife return vacuum and get old vacuum back rep came for kirby but never returned old vacuum

Company Owner/Manager, Dave M***, will not return phone calls in regards to returning our original vacuum, carpet cleaner and $deposit
On October 30th salesperson came and gave the free room cleaning and demo We decided to purchase and Jazz removed our Bissell carpet cleaner and Dyson vacuum Before the day wait period was finished, we decided we di not want to purchase the Kirby and sent the paperwork back in the allotted time period Dave M*** visited our home to try and sell us the same vacuum for over $less but we still refused He said he would return our Bissell carpet cleaner and dyson vacuum He left a business card with no direct phone number to him The next day I came home to the incorrect carpet cleaner and vacuumActually much cheaper versions of what we had given them We also had not received our $deposit either We called times to talk with Dave M*** only to be rudely fluffed off by the women answering the phone, Sam Please

I have to tell you that my experience dealing with this Kirby Company was Excellent!
The salesman Mr*** was on time, very knowledgeable about the products This is not the first time I have purchased one and I have been thru several other demonstrators But by far this company followed thru on the commitments they made to me regarding and older model I owned and I am very pleased with the service The new model is awesome

Excellent service

Product broke under a year when sko was told that the product brokeThey refused to fix the broken partsParts are covered under warranty
Product was bought may of wet vaccume portion broke in january Product has a year warrenty, after speaking with sko they refused to hp unless paid more money

I had a representative come to my home...he was very polite (a little too personal) but friendlyHe offered me a deal (which in reality was NOT the best deal) and I took it in the midst of a busy day...when I realized that it wasn't the best deal I called the company and was able to resolve my concerns quickly and efficientlyI love the product seems to work great

Since having the Kirby I realized that when I use it it gets the job done the first time, which inturn gives me more time to tend to other things around the houseThe kirby is a very powerful vacuum cleaner that sucks up all the dirty and dog hair (in my case) the first time, I never have to go over one spot multiple timesMy favorite feature is the couch cleaner, everytime I use it my couch looks like new!

My experience was very positive with this business They have friendly, knowledgeable staff who refurbished my vacuum unit to good-as-new condition

I just dropped my Kirby Ultimate G / diamond edition for serviceThe cord , head light and brushes are being replacedThe office and service staff were very helpful and informativeThey gave me a loaner vacuum to use while they fix mineThe whole process was seamless and smoothI'll have my vacuum back in a week ready to go

On many occasion's all called Kirby told then I was having issues with my vacuume they would say take it to this place I would call there would be no answer or they would tell me that they wer not in there durisdition so they could look at it or bring it to Manchester or Concord I would call to see if they would look at it they would say bring it were not sure if your contract is threw us but we will check it out but if not we cant look at itI wasn't driving all the way out there to tell me no we can't so the noise it was making stop for awhile then I just kept using it in one day I was vacumeing in and I heard a loud pinging noise like metal hitting something in side the vacume in the hoseblew off in I look at the hose and there was teear marks on the hose like something sharp cut itAnother Kirby guy came to try to sell me another Kirby and when I explained it to him he said that it was the transmission I tryed on many occasion to get someone to look at it but kept getting the run

I have had my Kirby vacuum for many years and brought it to the service area to be cleaned and serviced The machine came out looking brand new, buffed and shiny, and running-which it wasn't doing when I brought it in A wonderful experience complete with Saturday hours to drop off and pick up

When I first heard my husband mention how much money he previously spent on the vacuum before I met him, I thought he was crazyI told him the vacuum better be spitting out gold if I was going to give that much moneyOf course, like any person who is sarcastic karma comes around and I get a visit from people selling the KirbyI know how *** my husband is with the floors and cleaning them, and seeing how much the difference was in our vacuum between the Kirby it was incredibleTo see it lift a stain that was months old and what I believed to be irremovable, was astonishingOf course, I found myself dishing out the cash to make it happen but it's all worth the clean house and the happy husband with the extremely clean floorsThank you!
