The airline booking agency Kiwi has been an absolute nightmare. I booked a round trip and was forced to cancel due to Covid, and their policy for refunds is 3 months, and it has been over 5 months now. My booking totaled over $1,000 and not only have they neglected my concerns for a refund, but I simply cannot wait much longer because I need the money for medical reasons. I have now been forced to contact Revdex.com in order to resolve this issue, because contacting Kiwi simply isn’t going to work. Thank you.

I purchased a flight for my father (***) to return from Cali, Colombia on 5/13/2020 Booking #109 930 326. Due to COVID-19 the flight was cancelled by the airline. I have reached out several times to Kiwi.com customer service for a resolution and have been unsuccessful to receive a refund of $639.93.

I booked a flight using kiwi.com. The airline canceled the flight and issued me a refund. They gave a full refund to kiwi.com. Kiwi.com kept $42.50 of my money and did not give me all my money back. The airline canceled the flight. I did not cancel the reservation. The stole the $42.50 from me and won’t issue it back to me.

Kiwi.com charged me money to recoup my plane ticket fee. They have not and will not answer the phone or emails. I want my money.

I booked tickets to Greece island Santorini at Kiwi.com and the Wizz air was the airline.
We needed to fill a form on Greece government website 24h before the flight in order to enter Greece, which I didn't know about because Kiwi.com didn't informed me. I found out afterwards that Wizz Air sent notification about the form to passengers who booked directly with them.
We didn't fly go Greece, and lost money obviously for accomodation etc...

I am writing to inform you that back on January 6th 2020, I booked flights to Buenos Aires for three passengers on Skyscanners. Unfortunately, I selected the first option, which was KIWI.COM.
I have been trying to get a refund for my tickets but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have been ignoring my emails for the past twenty days.
The only reply I got from them is automated replies that advised me to select one of their refund options, which according to many of their customers, they will not give you a full refund but only a small amount.
I am extremely disappointed that these people are able to operate in the United Kingdom and also that Skyscanners provide them a platform to rip off a huge amount of customers.
I would very much appreciate it if you could me out during this refund process.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I have booked some airline ticket of this year 2020 in February using the third-party vendor (Kiwi.com). I had to cancel my trip do to my parent medical condition (could not walk). I read the vendor cancellation policy before I booked the tickets. The vendor did offer a flex plan for cancellation but I chose not to purchase the additional cost plan because according to their policy I had up to 14 days before travel to cancel (article 5-8) on their policy. So I had to cancel and received a document from Kiwi that a full refund was awarded to me. But I never received it after several attempt phone call, email, never receive why my refund was never awarded to me. Still waiting.

KIWI.COM is stealing money during COVID-19. They told me to wait for a refund up to 3 months. And guess what I am still waiting and they are telling me the same thing "it is being worked on". I called the airline directly and airline told me they did not even submit a request for a refund for me.

THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Reason: Cancellation of flight due to Covid-19

All Attempts to contact Kiwi.com and Iceland air have failed.
Kiwi.com will not answer the phone or emails. I have called many times and sent many emails.
My flights were canceled
KIWI.COM reply to my emails with a noreply return email address. These emails state that I should select my refund option from a list of options.
There is effectively only one option available, see screenshots below
The option is that I must proceed for a refund with knowledge that I might get $0 refund and that I must accept the refund decision.
Who would agree to such outlandish terms? No one.
I cannot proceed with such an agreement. The amount at stake is $4,468.38
Covid19 caused us to not be able to take our intended trip on the intended dates. Airlines have substantially changed it by canceling flights. Furthermore, Europe is closed to Americans.
We deserve our money back. I have contacted the Iceland Air and Baltic Air and they say I MUST contact Kiwi.com. That of course is not possible as they do not answer the phone or emails.

Kiwi has lied to me and cheated me out of 350$ for a service I will never receive. As a naive international traveler I used kiwi to try to book flights, finding what appeared to be a good deal, but soon became a nightmare. Although no one could predict the pandemic, kiwi has handled my case terribly, with costumer service that has lied to me and yelled at me through the phone. In March when the pandemic hit I called kiwi to ask how this could affect my trip in June. They assured me that I would be able to change my flights to a trip in 2021 up to two days before my flight date, failing to tell me that if a flight was cancelled they would not help me in the slightest. When I called to reschedule the costumer service representative basically explained that if I wanted a refund I would have to wait several months and recommended I do it myself, noting that as soon as I opted to do it myself they would no longer help me. I didn’t want a refund, I paid extra for a ticket that would allow me to change flight dates. Yet kiwi would not honor their own ticket choices. After believing I fully understood their policies I opted to get access to my flight information and attempt to get my refund myself. Kiwi provided me with false information regarding one of my tickets and that became a nightmare within itself. After several weeks of fighting with airlines I found I was 350$ short, I contacted kiwi to ask for an invoice (something they failed to provide me at the beginning of this whole process) and they refused. After serious inquires about their policies and where my missing 350$ was, I found out I had paid them a 350$ fee(which I can only assume is true because they would not provide me an itemized invoice for where my money went) that they refused to provide me a voucher for. I paid extra for a ticket I could change, they lied to me saying I could still utilize that service, then refused to help me when I tried to change my tickets and are currently refusing to assign me a voucher for a service they never provided me, a flight to Europe. If anyone is considering booking flights through Kiwi, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. This company is not trustworthy and not deserving of your money.

I booked with kiwi.com in FEB 2020; to Thailand. Our trip was completely cancelled because of COVID as our layover was in WUHAN for 17 hours. Booking with KIWI was a disaster as they charged me numerous times "by accident" and took days to get it fixed. When it came to the refund part, we were more than happy to get anything back, but ended up getting the correct refund. On the other hand, it took me about 500 emails ( I have proof) 37 phone calls within 2 weeks to try to not only reach someone but UNDERSTAND the person and explain the issue.

They are a very poorly run airline and try to take your money!!!!
I received an email today saying they "MADE A MISTAKE ON OUR REFUND AND THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE $900 BACK FROM MY ACCOUNT. I looked at my bank account and THEY CERTAINLY DID just that.

First of all, if they made a HUGE mistake like that, why wouldn't they catch that back in FEB and not 4 months later? POORLY RAN- ALSO, they did not make any mistake with the refund IF ANYTHING they took more money from us because they didn't refund us for all our flights! ( we booked several with them ) .

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS- I spoke to a representative there that couldn't help me at all - he was more in shock that they did this than anything. I am going to reach out to my lawyer; I would like to sue this company and NEVER ever receive an email or phone call from them ever again. They put my life through hell and back in FEB and now this! in JULY!

On June 4th, 2019 someone purchased something for the amount of $1,004.00 from Kiwi.com with my American Express ending in -26004. Unfortunately American Express did not catch it nor I on time to make a fraud claim. I just noticed it now when doing a yearly summary of expenses for my taxes. I have all the information available for someone to investigate and help me get the refund on this amount.

This is the worst booking agency you can go through. They keep your money and refuse to give full refunds. Don't ever use this agency even if your life depends on it. It is not worth dealing with these shikesters.

I bought tickets in March to leave in June. The Covid-19 cancelled all flights. One airlines quickly refunded my money, the other airlines said I have to go through Kiwi.com. I never got the refund from the first airlines.

Customer service said, "Although the airline has already reimbursed us, there is a queue of customers. You chose the free method and you must wait.You have to wait our process and time-frames. "

I got a refund from CheapoAir with the same airlines aforementioned within 5 business days. There is no reason to wait 3 months unless they are doing something shady like a pyramid ponzi scheme.

Avoid this ticketing agency like the Covid-19. Wash your hands and go somewhere else.

Spirit airline cancelled my flight and refunded the money back to Kiwi, After two months and about a dozen phone calls they have not refunded the money to me they got from Spirit airline. They say they will look into it and call you back in three hours but do not. They are not cooperative and have my money for two months now . I think it is a scam and have no intentions of refunding my $ 800.00.

I purchased plane tickets on 2/28/20 from NYC to Dublin, Ireland for 3/19/20. Due to COVID my flights were cancelled, I was advised to submit a refund request online on 3/12/20 approximately 4 months later, I still have not heard back about my refund. I also was able to have my flight rebooked for Nov 2020 through Norwegian Air online with no rebooking costs. So I called Kiwi twice and spoke to someone asking that they cancel my refund request and was told “sorry it is still in processing, I am unable to cancel it”. When I told them it’s been in “processing” for 4 months so I need it cancelled the operated replied “I can’t hear you, since I don’t have a response from you, I will end this call” I have never seen a worst customer service in my life. I also think they are taking advantage of the fact that COVID resulted in many cancellations and they are refusing to refund people their money. This website needs to be put out of business and people need to be refunded their tickets or receive credits for their flights.

If there is a problem, you can't go to the airline - you have to use Kiwi. Then they have to go to the airline - takes time. My flights were cancelled by AirAsia, but you have to use Kiwi to get refund or voucher. It takes up to 3 months! And, they can't tell you what the resolution will be. I need to reschedule my flights, but can't wait 3 months to find out if I get a voucher!
Also, they never asked me if I would prefer a refund or voucher. They have to go back to the airline. Not fair to the customer.

Sold impossible flights connections! No responsibility afterwards.

Have used Kiwi before with great success but had a MASSIVE issue just now. They sold and are still selling impossible flight connections.

They sold us connecting flights on different airlines on different flight tickets for early June. Flights would be less than 48h away now so they are not allowing rebooking, although clearly they sold an impossible connection.

The flights they sold would connect through Singapore, which is not allowing ANY connecting flights at all for general population yet.

Kiwi's flights are still active but we were double checking all parts to make sure it's all good before getting ready to fly (3 cancellations through other providers already so far). Through doing our own homework and double checking, we contacted Singaporean airport and found that no airlines have been granted rights to transfer so far... and yet Kiwi sold the tickets as with a transfer connection in Singapore.

Contacted Kiwi regarding this, but since the flights are not cancelled, and flights are less than 48h away, they refuse to rebook. Are only offering refund requesting, which would depend on airline's generosity - but flights are active. Kiwi's sold connection is the only problem in the tickets sold and the part which is not possible.

Are claiming that this is a VISA issue and customer responsibility. But even if we had long-term visa in Singapore, NO ONE is allowed to transfer on commercial flights right now - hence this is nothing to do with airlines or Visa issues. The problem is only in the Kiwi connection which they sold us. The flights are on different tickets because no airlines have been given transit rights in Singapore as of yet, but Kiwi found it acceptable to sell.

Will see legal options available to us since they have misrepresented this on the tickets as a possible option.

Paid over €200 for a trip that was cancelled (not by me) due to travel restrictions. Instead of doing the right thing, kiwi.com is taking advantage of the situation and withholding refunds from customers. This is their policy, apparently, and it is unacceptable.
