Bought 2 flights within Peru with *** Airlines through Kiwi.com. The order process indicated that checked bags were cheaper when purchased through Kiwi.com at the time of booking so we paid $24 USD for 2 people to have checked bags at each of the 2 flights ($48 USD for each trip). Upon checkin to the first flight with *** Airlines we were shocked to find out that each passenger was allowed 1 free checked bag and were upset that Kiwi.com charged us baggage fees for something that *** Airlines offered for free. We contacted Kiwi.com multiple times via phone and email only to get run-around and no explanation why they charged us for something that *** Airlines offers for free. Kiwi.com lied and charged us for fake checked luggage fees.

Yesterday I have made two bookings one from Thessaloniki to Warsaw and from Warsaw to Berlin.

Four hours later I have received a message saying that they were not able to book the flight from Thessaloniki to Warsaw because it was SOLD OUT.

So obviously I did not need the flight from Warsaw to Berlin since I was not able to get there. So when I called and asked to cancel that booking I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE which was almost 50% of the price I have paid for the trip.

Now I have received a second email saying that I have to pay actually the full amount.

I believe this is ridiculous since it was not my fault that I had to cancel that journey. It was simply a bad website system that does not tell you in real time if flights are available or not.

we booked a flight on KIWI for my father to go to a funeral . From Denver Co to San Jose Ca.
Upon arrival at the airport the we found that the airlines did not have a ticket for him. after many attempts the airline told us the only way he could get to San Jose Ca was to purchase another ticket. so because of the need to bury his brother we decided to purchase the ticket. after I was able to get home I decided to call KIWI.com to see what happened. they told me we typed my fathers name wrong. they say we put in that his name was *** we fell that this is impossible and that it must have been a website issue. Frontier confirmed that they did not have a ticket for him at the time of arrival. after the fact KIWI all of a sudden had a ticket. I spent over an hour on the phone with a person that laughed in my face and felt that it was funny that we almost missed my fathers Brothers funeral. They clearly took the money but refused to help in any way to remedy this senior citizens money.

Purchased airfare and three days later, have not received plane tickets. I have written back and forth to them at least a dozen times, and I cannot resolve the issue. This company is a scam.

I BOUGHT THREE AIRLINE TICKET ONLINE FROM *** MY TICKET USUALLY COST ME AROUND $500 A PIECE. THE PRICE I UNDERSTAND WITH THEM WAS $1586, WHICH WAS FINE A DAY BEFORE I SEE MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT ON LINE THEY CHARGE ME $4200 WHICH WAS VERY HIGH MORE THEN 2,5 TIME NORMAL AND THEN I REALIZE THE INVOICE ME SOME FOREIGN CURRENCY CALL (BUD) INSTEAD OF US DOLLAR. RIGHT AWAY I CANCELLED MY FLIGHT USING THERE ONLINE WEB-SIDE WHICH WAS TWO DAYS BEFORE MY DEPARTURE. IT HAVE BEEN MONTH AND HALF I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM THEM, THE ONLY REPLY I GOT FROM THEM THAT TIME WHEN I DID CANCELLED MY TICKET THAT IT WILL TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS FOR MY REFUND. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD TO INFORM THEM THE INCIDENT. I BELIEVE THAT I GOT CHEATED BY THEM, I BEEN FOLLOWING WITH THEM AND THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL AT ALL WITH ME.

Booked two consecutive flights on Kiwi.com....the first from Ranong Thailand to Bangkok, the 2nd from Bangkok to Cambodia. The first airline, Nok Air, canceled the direct flight which had a flight duration of 1 hour and 25 minutes. Kiwi.com offered 2 alternative replacement flights that were in excess of 7 hour flight duration and would arrive after my other flight from Bangkok to Cambodia was scheduled to depart forcing me to miss the second flight. These excessively long alternative flights were offered even though Noc air has another direct 1 1/2 hour flight to Bangkok that departed earlier that day arriving in time to make my connecting flight. That flight was never offered. I requested a refund. Kiwi stated that because I did not choose their offered flight alternatives, the ones that were excessively long and not compatible with my other flight, my cancellation was voluntary and I would be liable for a 20 Euro penalty which they would deduct from the Noc Airline flight refund. I explained in 5 different emails that their flights were not compatible with my other flight booked on Kiwi.com , which incidentally they could see for themselves from my Kiwi.com itinerary, as well as the flight duration was 5 times that of the original flight. My position is the airline, not me, canceled the original flight and the alternatives offered by Kiwi were excessively long, not compatible with my other flight, and therefor unacceptable. As of yet, Kiwi.com is charging the fee. Avoid this company.....Book your travel elsewhere.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

On December of 2018 my flight was cancelled by the airlines and they gave a full refund to Kiwi as that's where I had purchased my flight, It has been almost one year and I still have not received it. I have called several times Kiwi wanted me to get proof of refund from the airlines I did that, and I call them with that information, well it turns out so that I can get a full refund I need to buy a *** pay 200.00 dollars and then they will refund me the flight and those 200.00 dollars. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!! I called so many times they would just keep hanging up on me and said I can't get a refund until I buy that verification card. This is the number they have for customer service *** customer Support.

We booked a flight through Kiwi.com. They charged my credit card $144 on 7/24/2019. They did not send an e-mail confirmation with a booking number. We cannot access any information on their website without a booking number. Any customer service phone number we find online is a busy signal. I have no way of contacting them, getting my flight information or getting a refund.

I booked a flight from Newark to Rome and return from Naples back to Newark on Kiwi.com. I also paid extra to have the flexibility to cancel my reservations withing 24hrs . Almost all websites and airlines allow you to cancel non-refundable tickets within 24hrs. The next morning, I called toi cancelled my reservations well within the 24 hrs window. Customer care assured me that I will get a full refund back However they with-held $700 from my refund. When I called them back, they said they had a disclaimer that said, the flights have to be inbound and outbound USA for the "24hrs" clause to apply. Because the search engine had routed my trip through Barcelona, that leg was not refunded. But that was not clear on the website when I was booking. I feel this comes under unfair practices and they are not transparent with their customer. They charge me extra for the flexibility to cancel within 24hrs , if they did NOT honor it.

I missed a connecting flight in Athens on 16 Jul as the time was insufficient to obtain a boarding pass and get to the gate to board the flight to Larnaca, Cyprus. I purchased an additional ticket on the next flight for EU244. Both the airline and Kiwi.com denied resposibility to compensate me either in full or part of the additional cost despite the fact that it was impossible to reach the gate in time.

I used the Kwi.com company to book flights from Tampa to Providence and Providence to Tampa to bring my 92 yr. old mother for a visit. I used this company by going into the Providence, RI airport website. It was connected to their page, listed as Book Now!, to book airline flights.(https://www.pvdairport.com/flights/book-now) I assumed since it was connected to their page that this company was legit and not a scam. (note I did not just go to the Internet looking for cheap flights but an airport webpage) So I originally booked a round trip ticket arriving 7/2 and departing 7/9. I received e-tickets and paid $383.18. On May, 5/14, I asked to switch my return flight to 7/11. They refunded me for that flight, 123.36 and booked another flight for 7/11/19 which cost, $168.69. The night before my mother was to fly out I was unable to have the company send me a boarding pass; I e-mailed them and called several times with no luck. (this had not happened on the first flight) They did finally send me a e-ticket and said I'd have to get a boarding pass at the gate. At the Southwest airline ticket counter I presented my e-ticket. I was told I did not have a flight and they had no record of it? This was 5:30AM and the flight was leaving at 6:30. I had to get my mother on that flight and she had people meeting her in Tampa. So I paid for a new ticket with Southwest; price, $500.98. For the past week I have been e-mailing Kiwi.com trying to get a refund to no avail. despite sending them credit card statements showing payments and copies of my e-ticket they have given different excuses depending on what travel agent answers my e-mail. Some of the excuses: I canceled my first return ticket but didn't have a new ticket; my mother was a no-show on first flight so they cancelled the return flight. None of this happened. So far they have blamed me for the error and refused a refund. I don't mind paying for the price of the changed flight but I do mind paying for a new ticket at the last minute because of their computing problem or other issues. I also e-mailed and called the Providence airport customer service. I told them I questioned whether Kiwi was a legit company or was it a scam? Regardless, their website uses Kiwi so I hold them responsible for allowing me to use Kiwi with no knowledge I was going to have problems. One person did call me back, 7/18, and said the person in charge of the website would call back, Friday, 7/19. (she said they had been using Kiwi for about 3 months and were not aware there were any problems) That person did not call me back. And they are still using Kiwi to book flights on their site.I have since looked into the Revdex.com web site and found Kiwi has received an F and is a scam company. I would appreciate anything you can do to shut this company down so no one else gets taken for their money and anything you can do to get me a refund of the extra flight fee, $500.98. Thank you for your help. Sincerely

My husband and I both independently purchased roundtrip plane tickets from New York to Bristol, UK. Apparently the flight changed and we were notified by email that we would have 24 hours to accept an alternate flight or the "Kiwi Guarantee" would no longer be valid.

These emails went to an email that we check only once a month. Rather, we manage our flights by logging onto the "manage my booking." Nothing there gave any indication that our flights were disrupted. In fact, my husband printed out his itinerary from the kiwi.com website the morning of his flight, took the day off work, rented a car, and drove to the airport in NY to discover that there was actually no flight.

In addition, we each received emails confirming our original flights within the week of our scheduled departures, giving us no reason to expect that our flights were not available.

I have been calling daily for the last 2 weeks and been told a supervisor would call me back with no resolution. We have since learned that Kiwi.com is a complete scam and feel terrible for being hoodwinked. This is a lot of money to lose and we chose these flights because they were the least expensive.

Furthermore, I was last told that they would call me back in 48 hours with alternate flights (that I would have to pay for out of pocket). 48 hours would put me one day before my flight is supposed to depart, which is completely unacceptable, nor do I have any reason to believe they will follow through this time, as they have not in the past.

I have booked my flight ticket with Kiwi.com and within 24 hours decided requested them to cancel the flight ticket and received an email from them a confirmation that this will be cancelled and refunded . I called them to their phone after few days to follow up with the refund and I was told to wait for 30 days atleast and will receive my refund in full. But There is no number to call and no refund came to us. The person who I did talk with East Indian accent admitted to me that he operates from India (state of Gujarat). Since I have the Indian Origin , I could recognize his voice. Recently there was an IT scam in USA and the vested interests were arrested from the same state in India(Gujarat). I am forewarning the other businesses and customers to be careful about these cheats/culprits. Your debit card, date of birth and other sensitive information goes outside the country. This is not good for the fair business practice. Let us everyone help to identify the cheaters and bring before the justice.

This Company keep scamming people.

Refund

On June 10 I have purchased 3 flight tickets from Kiwi.com
On June 13 they informed me there was a schedule change (prolonging my flight but with no additional cost ) I accepted.
On June 26 they informed me that this was no longer available and that I have only paid alternatives to choose from

I just wanted to post how unhappy I am with Kiwi.com's services. My flight was firstly changed to included a more than 17 hour layover where overnight accommodations were not actually accommodated for. Then, that flight was cancelled but Kiwi failed to tell me about the cancellation, which made for a very unhappy hour long ride home from the airport. I was told by a representative that there would be a 4 hour max wait to determine the change in flight. After waiting four hours, I had yet to hear from Kiwi or receive an email from them. I had to call and refuse to get off the phone with the representative until a flight change was put into place. On top of this, the representatives (multiple) continued to call back from their private phones which charged me for their international calls. When asked if their was anything else Kiwi could do to help, I asked for compensation for the hotel that I had to book with the 17 hour layover which I NO LONGER NEEDED and was told Kiwi would GRACIOUSLY put 10 euros back on my credit card. 10 EUROS?!?!?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Not only is that a slap in the face, but it probably doesn't even cover the amount that I'll be charged for the international calls YOU MADE! This was NOT an enjoyable experience in the least. I hope to be contacted with a more generous amount of compensation. I will NEVER book through Kiwi again and will let others know the troubles they put me through.

This is a complaint against the company Kiwi.com. This summer I booked my tickets from Kiwi.com to fly overseas because the flights were cheaper thru them, but they never stated thru my booking process neither they post any statements on their website that the flights I booked were guarantee, in other words you might or might not have a flight when you get to the airport or at last minute they would change your complete schedule and reroute your trip any way they fit.
This is what happen to us; we had booked a flight for 3 people, myself, my boyfriend, and my 3 years old son. We were supposed to flight out of Austin on May 31st at 15:05, see attached documentation, when we got to the airport we were told that we missed our flight that was schedule at 7:30AM in the morning. Since we missed the first flight out of Austin, our connecting flights were also missed. We had to buy another ticket to get to our destination.
On our return flight we had a similar scenario, we had booked our return from Barcelona to LA, and our connecting flight from LA to Austin the same day; this trip was already a long trip for our son, but this why it was cheaper. This time the day before our travel, we received an email from Kiwi that our flight schedule was changed and now we would flight from Barcelona to LA, wait in LA for 5 hours to fly to Las Vegas, then wait another 3 hours to fly to Austin; we would arrive to Austin one day later, increase the travel time by 6 hours and added another connecting flight. I contacted Kiwi and explain that this schedule change was not feasible for us with our 3 years old son; we couldn’t put him thru another additional flight and that I had to go back to work. They told me that they would try to find a better route and to wait 8 to 12 hours to hear from them; after waiting almost 6 hours I received another email with another route not different than the previous one, then changed the additional flight from Las Vegas to San Francisco but same time table. At this point and we only hours left to departure, I decided to buy another ticket and request a refund from the company.
If they had a disclaimer in their web site where they state that the fight we book are not guaranteed to happen and that they can change our flights any time they want, I would never have bought the tickets from them. If I buy a ticket and have a schedule and route for my trip, I expect to happen; especially traveling with a kid and have to return to work on time.
I’m requesting a refund for my tickets in the amount of: $3,737.19; This amount includes:
Invoice: *** for $1389.00
Invoice: *** for $139.67
Invoice: 2019-0670096 for $1886.63
Invoice: *** for $139.67
All documentation is attached to this complain and request of refund.
I appreciate your assistance.
Thanks!

kiwi.com travel agency has made false statements and due to there lack of professionalism I am stranded in Orlando Florida since the 7 of June

The worst travel agency ever! Even in the worst case scenarios such as death or medical issues, KIWI are not going help you with the canceling process or changing flight. I just lost one of my relatives, and they refused the cancel or change my flight. Do yourself a favor and stay away from KIWI.
