They were supposed to pay for my puffy mattress, and if I paid it off in months, there will be no interest charge, so I set up automatic payments of $100/month ($total) They withdrew the first payment, and didn't do it for the second month, so I was charged a late fee for $25, then I paid another $100, and my account still shows I owe $This needs to be investigated They are changing the automatic payments, charging fees and not deducting from the principal when a payment is made Additionally, the claim that it is 0% APR for months is false They also changed the set up to deduct the minimum payment rather than what I had my account set to This is a business setup to rip people off I would never use such a service againI have tried to get in touch with customer service, and there is just no link or anything It says I have no history of having previous chats and that's it This company should be put out of business as it is setup to get people's money illegally

I signed up for Klarna's finance program to get a new Microsoft Surface ProThe program they call surface Pro PlusThis was on August 2nd, they day the program startedThey ran my credit, and approved my financing, however we are getting close to a month and they have yet to ship me the Surface Pro.Their own website states they will ship in 5-business days, and that is what I expected from themAfter days I called and they told me to contact MicrosoftI called Microsoft who explained that Klarna did not purchase enough of the Surface Pros, but that my name was on a list that Klarna gave them of customers who would be receiving their order (shipped two weeks later)Somehow this did not happen and I again called Microsoft who flat out told me that Klarna should have shipped it, but see they did notThey also told me that at three weeks in, Klarna had yet to purchase anymore Surface Pros We are days away from a monthI have talked to Klarna telling them

I did an online purchase from Klarna/OnlineShoes few weeks agoI always paid them by credit card on the same day of purchase, but this time they offered a "Pay Later when item is received" Option which I selected only because I wasn't familiar with the brand I was purchasingWhen the shoes arrived I immediately realized they were too big on meI then called Klarna to request for a free Retun LabelA man who identified himself as Justin told me to pay for postage first, and he promised to reimburse me as soon as they receive the merchandiseHe instructed me what delivery service to use (UPS), where to send it, and reminded me to put my return address so they would know where to send my checkKlarna received my package on 02/13/The person at the front desk who received the was named PatelI called numerous times to remind them about the $postage which they owe me, but every person who answered the phone just kept on saying, "We will send it", but never didI am a reti

I am not satisfied yet because I was threatened, sent to collections and had to spend a lot of my time to clear my nameKlarna's business model is to take a financial risk when accepting a new customer It is convenient and I'm sure a great way to get new customers by offering them instant money to purchase items online Unfortunately, when a scammer uses someone's address like mine, an innocent person is forced to spend a lot of time to clear their good name I don't know what else to call what happened to me other than theft Theft of my time to clear my name because of a company I have never, and likely never will do business with.I am giving Klarna a chance to make this situation up to me financially If they do not I would like advice from the Revdex.com on how to proceed.Regards, [redacted] ***

I was attempting to purchase a tablet for my girlfriend from ***I saw [redacted] offering financing through this company KlarnaI figured the process should be easy and that this will help me build my credit furtherInstead, I get the most conflicting information from a financing company everI was approved for 2,for a credit lineAfterwards, I get notified regarding my transaction being rejectedOf course, I reach out to customer service, with a request to verify my identityI answered truthfully, with some odd questions like who is this person, etc to verify my identityThen they forwarded to their review teamThen this is where it gets unprofessional, a LACK of response from the team for 2-daysUntil of course I email them with a status updateThen that for some odd reason gets the process goingOnly to find out they rejected my case completely with no explanationThe fact that they think this isn't the actual customer requesting to BUY a product from a company their contracted/partner with is ludicrousThey might dismiss this review I'm submitting entirely with a generic "Call our customer service" line againThey'll just say pay for the product through a different payment methodThen what the heck was the point in you guys offering financing? I purchased tickets through Klarna in November but because of a car accident, I couldn’t make itTicketmaster told me that the payment went through Klarna so I will basically get the runaround and that’s exactly what’s happeningIt’s been days and my account still shows a balance for tickets I didn’t useTicketmaster also stated that Klarna can contact them to get the scan report to show I did not attend; yet, Klarna keeps insisting that I call Ticketmaster KNOWING it won’t do me any good! I give Klarna stars ! I would never use this company again!

I purchased online a new Microsoft Surface Pro and a keyboard for the computer Come to find out I did not need the keyboard When I called Klarna to return the keyboard they told me that I had to return my entire order to include the computer and they would refund me and then send a new computer back to me I told them I am an event planner and there was no way I could return the computer since I need it for my business It didn't matter So now I have a $keyboard that I don't even need Stupid policy....get rid of it Klarna!

I ordered golf shoes from [redacted] online and chose to use KlarnaI understood that if I returned the shoes within the day window (a very short window!) I would not have to pay anything That's why I used themBut after I returned the shoes, Klarna started hounding me for a $fee, which they said I would have to dispute with Fairway StylesThey sent me many emails over several monthsI finally paid it because it wasn't worth my time to hassle with thisHowever, I think their advertising is deceptive and I will never use Klarna nor [redacted] again

Bottom Line up front: Do not do business with Onlineshoes.com as they use a third party to process your online orders (I.eKlarna) which losses, deletes, or otherwise does not seem to properly protect your credit card information My Gripe-- After ordering a pair of shoes online from Onlineshoes.com, I thought I had paid in full for the item via credit card After processes the checkout statement, the payment method area states: Credit card, processed using Klarna I received the shoes one week later and I thought this transaction was completed and I would be billed via my credit cardIt was not, about month later a receive a letter stating that I had not paid for the shoes and now there are fees After digging through my receipts I found that Klarna did not process my credit Card information When I confronted Klarna to resolve the issue They stated they never had my credit card informationSo, where did it go? And why did it state that is was processed? /sounds shady....well it was until I confronted Klarna Klarna stated that It was deleted upon issuing the transaction from online shoes.comConfused? I was definitelyI did get this resolved with Klarna but they are at fault as much as their customer Onlineshoes.com I am unhappy at both the way this was processed and handled Although, I did not have to pay the fess, this is the companies I would NOT recommend doing business with either business in the future

Making online payments which would auto debit out of my checking account there's no control on what day you want to schedule the withdrawal just take your money like a slot machine it's a very confusing website even customer service says they get many complaints regarding how confusing the website is according to Jacob my customer service representative I am not behind in payments I am close to eight months ahead of all my payments This was a month contract that I have chosen to pay off in six months Each time I try to make a payment if I do not have the correct amount of funds in my account this company charges me $ This is happened three times to me and I finally mater called customer service to reverse the charges and they have refused to reverse the charges but acknowledge their website is confusing I feel the website is designed as a way to make it difficult to make payments Their website is extremely slow and difficult to log into to verify your account balance
