To Whom it May Concern:
I made a purchase from Lenovo on May 29th, under the pretense that my purchase made using Klarna credit would be interest-freeAfter purchase I found I had been charged interest because the purchase price was ineligible for the 0% interest as advertised since the bill exceeded the $1,limit after taxesI contacted Lenovo and returned the item and purchased another item to purchase another of lower valueThe refund took more than a week to go through Klarnas system, and I was only able to make another purchase on June 25th, I worked with a Lenovo salesperson, with the explicit goal, of achieiving a puchase bellow the $1,threshold We communicated through both the phone and email but much of our conversation is in writing The lenovo sales person worked tirelessly to achieve a for a total of $1,after taxes (to achieve the no interest from Klarna Credit)
Weeks later I am getting charg

Bottom Line up front: Do not do business with Onlineshoes.com as they use a third party to process your online orders (I.eKlarna) which losses, deletes, or otherwise does not seem to properly protect your credit card information My Gripe-- After ordering a pair of shoes online from Onlineshoes.com, I thought I had paid in full for the item via credit card After processes the checkout statement, the payment method area states: Credit card, processed using Klarna I received the shoes one week later and I thought this transaction was completed and I would be billed via my credit cardIt was not, about month later a receive a letter stating that I had not paid for the shoes and now there are fees After digging through my receipts I found that Klarna did not process my credit Card information When I confronted Klarna to resolve the issue They stated they never had my credit card informationSo, where did it go? And why did it state that is was processed? /sounds shady....well it was until I confronted Klarna Klarna stated that It was deleted upon issuing the transaction from online shoes.comConfused? I was definitelyI did get this resolved with Klarna but they are at fault as much as their customer Onlineshoes.com I am unhappy at both the way this was processed and handled Although, I did not have to pay the fess, this is the companies I would NOT recommend doing business with either business in the future

I did an online purchase from Klarna/OnlineShoes few weeks agoI always paid them by credit card on the same day of purchase, but this time they offered a "Pay Later when item is received" Option which I selected only because I wasn't familiar with the brand I was purchasingWhen the shoes arrived I immediately realized they were too big on meI then called Klarna to request for a free Retun LabelA man who identified himself as Justin told me to pay for postage first, and he promised to reimburse me as soon as they receive the merchandiseHe instructed me what delivery service to use (UPS), where to send it, and reminded me to put my return address so they would know where to send my checkKlarna received my package on 02/13/The person at the front desk who received the was named PatelI called numerous times to remind them about the $postage which they owe me, but every person who answered the phone just kept on saying, "We will send it", but never didI am a reti

I purchased online a new Microsoft Surface Pro and a keyboard for the computer Come to find out I did not need the keyboard When I called Klarna to return the keyboard they told me that I had to return my entire order to include the computer and they would refund me and then send a new computer back to me I told them I am an event planner and there was no way I could return the computer since I need it for my business It didn't matter So now I have a $keyboard that I don't even need Stupid policy....get rid of it Klarna!

The order was left in the order box but never placed or confirmed, when product was received there was not billing information or explanation as to why I was receiving it Was not asked to be billed nor asked for the product to be sent

I ordered golf shoes from *** *** online and chose to use KlarnaI understood that if I returned the shoes within the day window (a very short window!) I would not have to pay anything That's why I used themBut after I returned the shoes, Klarna started hounding me for a $fee, which they said I would have to dispute with Fairway StylesThey sent me many emails over several monthsI finally paid it because it wasn't worth my time to hassle with thisHowever, I think their advertising is deceptive and I will never use Klarna nor *** *** again

Making online payments which would auto debit out of my checking account there's no control on what day you want to schedule the withdrawal just take your money like a slot machine it's a very confusing website even customer service says they get many complaints regarding how confusing the website is according to Jacob my customer service representative I am not behind in payments I am close to eight months ahead of all my payments This was a month contract that I have chosen to pay off in six months Each time I try to make a payment if I do not have the correct amount of funds in my account this company charges me $ This is happened three times to me and I finally mater called customer service to reverse the charges and they have refused to reverse the charges but acknowledge their website is confusing I feel the website is designed as a way to make it difficult to make payments Their website is extremely slow and difficult to log into to verify your account balance

I keep getting an email saying I owe $I never heard of this company

I'm complaining about I keep receiving this bill from Klarna they started out saying I owe $it has went up now to $I called them asking about this they told me it's concerning a mirror I ordered from Overstock I contact Overstock explain the situation They also didn't know what they was billing me for because the bill from Overstock where I ordered a mirror has been paid off in full I do not owe anything to Overstock for a mirror I fill that they need to contact Overstock and get this issue cleared When I contact them to find out about this bill they will not fully explain to me they're trying to find out my personal business which I didn't feel comfortable giving out info and not familiar with this company Now they have turned over to SImm Associate Inc

I placed an order with *** in Aug 2017, and it was delivered and returned in Sept I was issued a full return, because the product was misconfigured and unusable Klarna has not processed the return and is still billing me A sales representative from *** also requested that the return be processed by Klarna and filed a dispute on my behalf, but Klarna has failed to process the returnI made one payment to Klarna before I received the order, because I did not want to be late for the paymentKlarna has not returned this payment to meOn Oct 2017, a Klarna representative named "Justin" called meHe said, “Klarna has reached out to *** a couple of times about this issue.” They’re working on it I asked him why this process is so complicated and taking so long, and he said that Klarna hasn’t received the credit from *** I informed him I had received notice of the credits and that *** Sales Rep*** *** had additionally filed a dispute on my behalf fo

I ordered a computer online with a antivirus software and chose to use Klarna,so a couple of days later I had second thoughts about buying the computer and that's when I ask for a refund from the company.I got my refund on the computer, but not the software.I contracted the company about returning the software and they gave me return form to fill out,got my refund after a couple of weeks.Klarna got the refund for my account except $.80,but Klarna charge me $for some finance charge. Here where I made the mistake when used my new bank account to pay the $,but my bank did not clear it.Klarna charge me $for that plus interest of $and I understood that.I got the money order and paid $for the other interestAfter talking to someone,I put that in the mail on the September the of 2017,so I'm thinking once that reaches them my account is in good standing bring my balance to $0.00,boy was I wrong because they charging me $for late payment. Now the send me a email today talking about you owe us $56.80.I was like the money y'all asking for is more than my refund.Word of advise stay away from Klarna.Maybe next week they will be charging me another $for paying the $dollar late fee.Stay away from klarna!

I have an online shop and a few months ago I decided to use Klarna as my Merchant Service ProviderI followed their procedures to the letter and the credit card payments via Klarna was then activated in my shopImagine my horror then when customers started to contact me saying that their orders had been cancelled and no payments takenI contacted Klarna and they said that I hadn't given them enough information to allow payments to be processed and that they needed more details as part of their anti-fraud policyI sent the information they requested, but now, weeks later, Klarna is still not active and I'm not being paid for ordersKlarna keep telling me that they are reviewing my account and have to be rigorous and that everything will be active within hours...I've been fobbed off with this excuse three times now, and each time I ring them they tell me that they are looking into it and will activate asapI am now totally fed up and am going to cancel my account and use a more professional providerKlarna seem to think I can live on fresh air whilst they dawdle along doing nothingI would never recommend this provider to any of my business colleagues

Customer's return has registered and the refunded order amount was posted to her balanceThe remaining amount was for a late fee, due to the neglected balance for the orderWe were never notified that the customer did not place the order and intended to return it (she worked directly with
Overstock and never contacted Klarna), or we could have suspended the customer's statement prior to the fee being chargedThe fee has now been removed from the customer's balance and the customer will not be impacted negatively in any wayPlease feel free to contact us if you need any additional information

I am not satisfied yet because I was threatened, sent to collections and had to spend a lot of my time to clear my name. Klarna's business model is to take a financial risk when accepting a new customer.  It is convenient and I'm sure a great way to get new customers by offering them instant money to purchase items online.  Unfortunately, when a scammer uses someone's address like mine, an innocent person is forced to spend a lot of time to clear their good name.  I don't know what else to call what happened to me other than theft.  Theft of my time to clear my name because of a company I have never, and likely never will do business with.I am giving Klarna a chance to make this situation up to me financially.  If they do not I would like advice from the Revdex.com on how to proceed.Regards, [redacted]
