Hello, We want to review the email chain, but when I tried to locate the email in Kylie Cosmetics Customer Service there were not emails form this customer, see attached. Please provide the email address used to email us so that we can best assist and provide the customer with... a resolution.

I ordered a lip kit and a gloss for my sister as a presentI've been waiting 3+ weeks on my orderAfter weeks I emailed them and they said it was a "delay" and that they would sent an email once it shippedDidn't get anything for a whileEmailed them twice and I didn't get anything backI finally just received an email saying it was shippedI will not be spending another penny hereWaste of money

I have ordered five different times with Kylie Cosmetics in as many monthsSo far, I have received all of my orders within a week (some as soon as a few days when I lived in Southern California!)I love the product and have had no reason to complainI have a total of six products from the line, and each one has been up to standardI will continue to order from Kylie Cosmetics as the line continues to improve and meet (and exceed) my expectations I have published numerous articles/ reviews on the lip kits as I recommend them to friends and readers, and I will continue to do so!

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I recently contacted the business regarding a defective product that was shipped to meIt wasn't until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com that the company replied to my emailsThey had emailed me to resolve the dispute by issuing me a replacement product after I ship back the defective product and once they receive it they will contact me regarding the replacement productI have shipped back the defective product and it was received by the company on 7/27/I have yet to receive a response from their "customer service"I gave them a full week to respond and handle the issue and yet nothingThey said their turnaround period is 24-hours, it's been weekI emailed the company on Monday for them to confirm receipt of product, hours later no response I would like someone to handle the issueThis will be the last time I purchase anything from this company so I will no longer need to contact their customer serviceI do not want their product, a simple refund will do Regards, M [redacted]

Regardless of the random times she decides to launch her products, and the very limited quantities available, I learned to be patient with her and her productsThey work very well, are pacaged well, and I love the different shades optionsThe mattes really do stay on for a very long time

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: being a frequent buyer of Kylie Cosmetics I expect to receive quality productSeeing as I received two half empty containers of metallic liquid lipstick and a lip liner that completely slides out of the container is unacceptableOnce I expressed my complains, the company refers me to a policy and that the date of purchase has expired its time frame to report damaged productsI explained that I am a frequent buyer and have spent $on their products, that being said I have a large variety of their liquid lipsticks so I don't use the same color everyday so I would not have come across a problem until I needed sharpen my lip linerAs well my metallic colors I did not notice this problem until many other have made the same problem with their productI accepted that I was not going to receive a replacement because of this policy Until the purchase and arrival of the new Kyshadow palletThe pallet is advertised as coming with a special note with anyone who is able to purchase oneSeeing that I was able to purchase one even though it completely sold outI responded and explained that I was missing this note and would just like to be send a replacementSeeing that it is advertised with it and my money pays for everything includedThis note is a lenticular printed note that has an animation affect when it movesI was denied a note with no explanation on why I didn't receive oneThey have done nothing for my faulty products and are not sending their customers their entire purchasing experience that is promised and with no explanationI am very disappointed in their company's customer service and I will no longer purchase anything from Kylie Cosmetics againNor will I reccomend their products to anyone seeing as they will only receive half empty containers and broken lip liners upon purchase Regards, J [redacted] ***

Our response time for emails is 24-hours, and if the customer emails from the same email chain multiple times it will bring them to the from the queue with the newest emailsSince we answer the oldest emails first that is why their emails were not answeredOn 8/the customer was emailed and advised, “We are so sorry for this issueWe'll have a one time courtesy replacement of the Maliboo kit and the Kristen kit sent out to youProcessing is 7-business days, once your replacement package goes out you'll receive an email with tracking.”

Hello, For the customers’ order K1401790 the customer’s order was placed on 6/16 and the order was shipped on 6/21, our processing time frame... is that an order ships in 3-5 business days. This order shipped in 3 business days which is within our processing time that is listed on our website (see attached) and this information is listed on order confirmations. There will be not refund of shipping issued to the customer, as there was no delay in our shipping process. Also in our 6/21 email to the customer we advised of our processing time frame for orders, please see email below: “Orders are currently processing! Hello, I could not locate an email from this customer via Kylie Cosmetics Customer Service, I sent the customer an email requesting photos and her order numberWe do require photos reflecting the issue, and an order numberOnce we have this information then we can provide a resolution

I am rejecting this response because: I've explained many times already the reason I am complaining is because I did not go through any of the payment procedures and my credit card was charged The company's reasoning is that they do not save credit card information and that I have to manually go through the credit card information I'm sure that case holds true for most, and hopefully almost all their customers but this was not the case for me I don't appreciate how the company has dealt with this matter at all, instead of writing me off they should be looking into this issue and perhaps there is a bug in their system I work for an e-commerce website developer and I know how an online check-out procedure works, but I also know bugs can occur I'm not even asking for a refund anymore but I'm asking for the company to look into this matter because this is utterly unacceptable that they think I would need DOUBLES of lipsticks, and went through the trouble of two check-out process twice in minutes to purchase doubles I've purchase from this vendor MANY times before so I know, and this is an order I did not make but I was charged If this company has issues with their payment systems and security there is a need to look into this matter and not just write me off with "No Refunds" Because I already have the products, I don't need seconds, it isn't a refund if I didn't purchase it Anyways I'm not even looking for my money back anymore, I knew it was impossible after reading their poor poor customer service, customer service reps, and reviews, but this is a huge security issue because no vendor can charge any customer's credit card without consent, send products they don't need, and feel like the order was justifiable because goods were received I hope you re-open this case for the company to actually look into this matter seriously, instead of refusing to accept that they may be at fault AND fix any bugs in their system that may cause other customers to fall victims like me, just so they can keep my $ I've willingly spent over $on their products already, I'm not a customer who's just arguing for a refund because I don't want to spend But I can't stay silent if they're just taking money out of my bank account without my consent Regards, T [redacted] ***
