Hello, Our response time form emails is 24-hoursThe customer emailed Kylie Cosmetics twice in a row from the same email chain bringing her to the front of the queue with the newest emailsWe do answer the oldest emails first that is why her email was not answeredThe customer was advised today that we will issue her a replacement package of Posie K liner

This company is a jokeI received a product that was not at all as describedThe quality of the product is horribleI thought I'd give it a second chance and try to order a new product, but with every launch, they sell out in LESS than minuteThey never carry enough stock to meet the demand and it's disappointing to thousands of customers who can't get a product

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: yes I did receive a package but the whole complaint with the company was that it was missing items and I made sure I contacted the company ASAP! I ordered from KYLIE on 30th November and received someone else items on 12th DecemberI emailed to them about the wrong items several times and get the auto response on 16th Dec saying that to take photos of the wrong items with the shipping label (like all people were received)I already send all the photos to them before they askedThey didn't even bother to read what the email contains!!!!!! Until now even after I sent another email with all the photos, there's no response yetIt's been more than days but nobody response and solve my issue!!!! The processing time says 3-and then another 3-for shipping if in califorinaI live in northern Cali, I waited weeks! Then I finally emailed customer service times by the time they got back to be it was almost weeks and they said my order was STIll processing! And they charged 8$ too much for shipping (they refunded me) it took weeks and days to get my package

Had a very positive experience dealing with her customer service team! My package was lost in the mail but said it had been deliveredWhen I contacted CS they answered within 24hrs and told me they would send me another package for free! I received my package later and notified them that I had actually received it, and they still sent me the extra productThey were super polite, answered very fast and just provided an overall positive spin the the problem I ran intoAlso the lipsticks are such good quality!

I placed an order with Kylie Cosmetics, it is now over a MONTH later, the products have not arrived and although I've been in contact with the customer support team they haven't been helpful at allThey simply keep saying the item is in transit and theres nothing they can doThey haven't even contacted the postal company, and do not care that the order has taken this long for deliveryI placed it with way over a month before Christmas so I could give the products out as gifts and I don't think they will arrive in timeAccording to the tracking website for the parcel it is in Tokyo for some unknown reason when I live near the Canadian border only a matter of hours from where the package was shipped fromI once had a similar issue with Kylie Cosmetics' sister company Colourpop, but Colourpop refunded my order since it was never delivered and said if it was delivered eventually I could keep the products since it had been over a month and a half since the order had been placed and they felt bad for the waitHowever, Kylie Cosmetics has offered me NOTHINg, no information on when my package is coming, or even IF it is coming, no discount, no reimbursement, no coupon code, not even a simple apologyWorst company ever and their Customer Service team shouldnt even exist because its 100% useless
