Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This is not an acceptable response froths company, an apology with no ownership or method to fix this issue is not a resolution The response says we are responsible for taking care of the issue in order to get a refund However, the company committed to providing a service (tickets) and did not do it and now try to exempt themselves from dealing with it If what they say is true, which is doubtful, they should be developing a new system or method for processing refunds We are not the only people affected by this "problem" they claim to have as you can see by many other complaints There is also no reference regarding the request to reimburse us for the higher ticket prices, with wore seats, we were forced to purchase due to this company not providing promised tickets We have already begun a process with our credit card company to vacate the charges, but that does not resolve the issue as far as I'm concerned.Also, this business did not respond at all to my concern about them not responding to messages that were left on multiple occasions In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

And on top of that you expect the customer to jump through all kinds of hoops in order to get a refund via a charge back on their credit card that has to be done by the customers themselves---REALLY, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I can tell you that I am sure they are saying exactly what I want to hear We have filed a dispute with the credit card company and am waiting a refundHowever, if they are waiting for Charged.fm to respond to them, they will be in for a long wait, just like we have I still cannot understand why after numerous efforts between phone calls and emails spanning the last several months that now they are willing to refund It was only because their backs are against the wall We tried contacting them for several months prior to me getting the Revdex.com involved and we got nowhere Please know that I believe this company thrives on scamming people, and there are many more like us I have read the reviews, and most are not kind There are several people in my shoes that are still waiting for a refund If the refund does indeed come, I will never do business with these folks again, and I will continue to rate them in a extremely negative fashion Its been a week since we filed the claim, so I will see what happens and get back to you if the refund does finally show up Btw...I do not believe about there processor being down for refunds It certainly works when they charged our cardI work with processors, and if they go down, they go down for all activities Just wanted to let you know that their excuse is bogus Again, will wait to see if we get a refund and will inform you if we do[redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

It is not acceptable business practice to expect a customer who is owed a refund to initiate a charge back via their bank/card company. Even if Charged.FM has genuine issues with paying refunds via the purchaser's original credit/debit cardthey did not disclose this information until a Revdex.com complaint was lodgedHow about the numerous other customers who got nowhere with customer service and have not yet complained to the Revdex.com? The company's last information to me (months ago) was that they had referred the matter of my refund to their fraud department! Further attempts by me to obtain information went unansweredOn top of that, the company's web site displays a "Revdex.com Accredited Business" logo when that is not true according to the Revdex.com siteAll of this, plus the same canned response to numerous other Revdex.com complaints, points not only to poor customer service, but to a disturbing pattern of deceptionI was fortunate to have gained my bank's cooperation in initiating a charge back to my card for the amount of the refund owedAt this point I cannot say that the matter is resolved, as that charge back request is still in process
