I have filed a fraud charge with my bank.  If CHARGED.fm would like to respond to [redacted] (they have yet to admit that they have stolen $796.00 from me and held it for over six months without providing the tickets) then I will close my complaint.  Simply telling me that they are not able to refund my credit card (considering I paid with a debit card) is not enough and does not resolve the issue.  CHARGED.fm is holding my money, not a credit refund company.

I originally tried to have this charge refunded to my
son's card through the gift card customer service. As I stated in my original
email my son used a GIFT card that he received from Christmas to purchase the
tickets. They are not willing to refund and stated that I would need to contact
the company that charged the credit card. After numerous attempts to contact
you via email, calls, [redacted], website etc. with no success I needed help from the
Revdex.com. You can send me a check for $77.50 since that is what you took from my son
and never provided tickets. Also, what is the explanation for breaking his
heart, making him feel foolish and not sending him the tickets he paid for?

[Your Answer Here] I can tell you that I am sure they are saying exactly what I want to hear.  We have filed a dispute with the credit card company and am waiting a refund. However, if they are waiting for Charged.fm to respond to them, they will be in for a long wait, just like we have.  I still cannot understand why after numerous efforts between phone calls and emails spanning the last several months that now they are willing to refund.  It was only because their backs are against the wall.  We tried contacting them for several months prior to me getting the Revdex.com involved and we got nowhere.  Please know that I believe this company thrives on scamming people, and there are many more like us.  I have read the reviews, and most are not kind.  There are several people in my shoes that are still waiting for a refund.  If the refund does indeed come, I will never do business with these folks again, and I will continue to rate them in a extremely negative fashion.  Its been a week since we filed the claim, so I will see what happens and get back to you if the refund does finally show up.  Btw...I do not believe about there processor being down for refunds.  It certainly works when they charged our card. I work with processors, and if they go down, they go down for all activities.  Just wanted to let you know that their excuse is bogus...  Again, will wait to see if we get a refund and will inform you if we do.[redacted]

I am once again rejecting the response to my claim from the business, since it is the same response as I have already rejected, and still does not resolve my issue. As I stated in my last response, I have already contacted my bank to file a chargeback, and no bank member I talked to knew what one of those was. I ended up filing a dispute for the charge, which was rejected, so I am still out of the money I paid for the product I did not receive.I understand the system is down and charged.fm cannot issue the refund in the normal way. I am more than happy to provide my mailing address for them to mail me a refund check in the amount of $360. I am even willing to overlook the $14 racked up in service charges (so far) that I have incurred as a result of my bank account being left open, waiting for this refund to go through. If the company refuses to send me my refund by an alternative method, I am more than willing and prepared to take this to the next step. I cannot convey how incredibly frustrating this entire process has been. I had no idea it would be so difficult obtaining the reparations I am owed. Am I really the only customer who is having such an issue receiving a refund? I would think the company, knowing the "normal process" is broken, would take the necessary steps to come up with another process to ensure their customers get what is due to them.I look forward to your speedy response.

We understand the frustration of this issue, but our hands are tied as the credit card processor has not released the funds. The only means is if the buyer gets the funds back by disputing the charge.

this was their first response. I cannot have the funds charged back as it was on my [redacted] and it is over 120 days old. this is exactly the same response they as the initial one. all of their emails areidentical. I can still not get a hold of a person at this company nor a response from emails. seems like a fraudulent company.

My bank has insured me credit for my purchase and will be disputed the charge with charged.fm. Charged.fm has two billing cycles to respond to my banks dispute, per the  dispute center from [redacted] bank

[My bank said" [redacted] said it is passed the 128 days to do a Charge Back. Therefore I feel Charge.FM is responsible for my refund as they are the company that took my $316.00 from my visa card.

We sincerely apologize for this issue as we have had widespread issues with our credit card processor and processing refunds. This has affected a large number of our customers. We have been working to resolve the issue, however, it seems that the only certain way for this to be resolved is for the cardholder to contact their bank and file a chargeback for the funds. As I stated in the complaint, I have already contacted my bank and because it is beyond the 120 days from the purchase, there is nothing they can do.  It states I will get my money back if the concert is cancelled.  Please hold up your promise.

They have replied yet again with the same canned message they use on all of their Revdex.com complaints.  It is not valid for my complaint nor is it valid for anyone else's complaints.  What legitimate company tells customers to do a chargeback instead of finding a way to issue the refund that a customer is owed?  In my case, I am requesting a payment from goods I sold on their website from back in February.  There is no charge for me to issue a chargeback on.  I would like to see some action from the Revdex.com on this issue instead of the constant back and forth of the same information that I've had with the business.
