I have contacted my credit card company and been informed that since my purchase occurred on 12/**/it is too late for me to challenge the charge as Charged.fm suggests As a result, I request that Charged.fm reimburse me for the full amount via any of a number of acceptable payment mechanisms including check, *** ***, ***, ***, ***, etc Accepting my payment, failing to provide the tickets purchased and then keeping my money because Charged.fm is having trouble with their credit card vendor is ridiculous I ask that they return the money they owe me ASAP and then pursue an appropriate remedy with their vendor on their own time Delaying my repayment any further only compounds the terrible customer service Charged.fm has provided me thus far-- *** ***

How can I ask the bank to do a charge back for an account that has been closed!!? This is just some random email they respond back with, oviously they didn't read my complaintI clearly stated that I closed that bank account months ago because I got married.

My bank will not process the chargeback request for me.The company can send me a refund check to my address they have on file.
