At the time I ordered the product, the website said the product was in stock and would ship immediately. 6 weeks later, I am still awaiting my product. When I contacted them, they stated the following email:
Hey Customer,

Thanks for following up on your Lean order! Starting March 8th, we placed Lean on Pre-Sale status due to high demand, while only shipping out Lean to existing LadyBoss LABS Members. The Pre-Sale status was provided twice during checkout.

We cannot wait for you to get your LadyBoss LEAN! Seriously… we’ve been (not so) patiently crossing the days off the calendar too!

It absolutely breaks our hearts to have to make you wait any longer, but unfortunately LadyBoss LEAN will not be shipping until April 20th, 2020. We cannot apologize ENOUGH for this delay. Even during this time of uncertainty in the marketplace, we take full responsibility for this error and want you to know how much it pains us.

But don’t worry!

Your order of LEAN will ship by April 20th or as soon as humanly possible. Our team is working incredibly hard to have LEAN available as soon as possible. It is taking a few days longer than we anticipated to get LEAN from our manufacturing facility to our warehouse for shipping and we promise to make this right for you.

If you purchased LEAN Club, your renewal date will be set to process 30 days from the shipment of your order. You can absolutely customize your renewal date through the LadyBoss HUB or by reaching out to our wonderful Support Team.

Their delay policy, as they stated, started on March 8th, but my order was charged to my bank on March 4th, 4 days before they acknowledge their "presale" began. Therefore, I did not click anything agreeing to a delay, as the website promised product was in stock. They made no attempt to tell me the product was backordered or having delays after charging my account for the product, until I contacted them first 6 weeks later. I feel they they dishonestly tell you their product is in stock when it is not. I also felt they were dishonest in telling me "I agreed" to their delay that was started 4 days after my order was placed. I still do not have any tracking information as of this date.

Your feedback is valuable in helping us to improve as we continue to grow.We apologize as we understand the concern that this experience has caused. We take full responsibility and want to resolve this. After looking into the account, I see that the customer’s order was placed before we went on pre-sale. However, the customer did not receive the confirmation email with tracking back in March. So, when the package was marked delivered by *** on 3/11, the customer was not able to retrieve it as she was unaware of the estimated time of delivery.Unfortunately, the support representative that the customer spoke with initially was mistaken. The representative thought the order was placed when we were on the backorder. I have informed our team to make sure they check when an order was placed as anything before the 8th should have delivered on time. To make this right, I have processed a full refund of $100.89 for the 2 Bags of Lean, and we have sent a replacement order free of charge. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect your account.Also, we will be looking into why the customer may have not received her email for tracking information. To ensure she receives the tracking information for her replacement order, I will reach out to her again as soon as it becomes available to us.We are so thankful for any opportunity we have to make it a better experience for our customers.Please let me know if there is anything else that I can do to support you.Thank you,DemiReputation SpecialistLadyBoss Women's Health & Weight Loss

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did receive a phone call from the company offering to make it right, and I feel they have done everything within their power to do so. The final phone call was polite and very kind. I have since found out that the post office delivered my package to the wrong address, and afterward was unable to get it back to redeliver to the correct one. My bad luck all the way around. But, in the end, I am satisfied with the promised resolutions.

Called the Customer Service number and within a few hours got a call back. Patrick was able to help me postpone my subscription to Lady Boss Lean Protein Powder. LOVE the protein powder, just not using it as much as I was when I was working out every day (pre-quarantine) so I have a small stock pile of three bags already at my house. Patrick was able to postpone my protein powder being delivered so I could use what I already have. Patrick was very personable and listened to my concerns and questions. This is the second time I have had to call with some sort of question and both times now it has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Lady Boss has always done a great job at taking care of their customers. Thanks Patrick!

A friend at work brought me some lady boss lean protein to try and OMG the vanilla cake is the bomb.com! So, I ordered the 90 day supply and then shortly after my order was placed Thomas calls me and offered me an amazing deal. Like 9 bags that came to 40.00 or less per bag. I cannot remember exactly other than it was an amazing deal!
I ordered a little over a month ago. I still haven’t received my order BUT I am not even mad about it because I know what I am getting will be worth the wait, I’ve been communicated thoroughly about my orders status AND Thomas (Customer service representative that hooked me up with the great deal) offered his open to door for text if I needed anything. I was worried about my shipment due to a sudden move. I sent Thomas a text AND he called me and updated my shipping address to my new address. As a business woman that’s worked in customer service for years THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL OUTSTANDING WORLD CLASS SERVICE!!!
Worth the wait and worth the $$$. Just hurry up with my order I’m ready to use this to gain some gains!!!
