I had lean and greens on pause. I wanted just the greens to be unpaused. Less than 24hrs after I sent my email, I received a response my request was completed and my greens would arrive shortly. Lady Boss Customer Service has never let me down. I am a super happy customer. Cant wait for my greens to arrive.

LadyBoss customer service was awesome. They took care of my problem immediately. They are always so nice, & helpful. When I first placed my order I was only ordering the Lady Boss Lean. But I was offered to upgrade to also order other products. I did but accidentally clicked off of it.. So it only processed the Lean. Even though I originally was only going to order the Lean. I really wanted to try the other products as well. So I gave Lady Boss customer service a call. The first girl I spoke to was so nice & fixed it for me. I was so happy! Then I also got a follow up call which I'm not use to. That girl was also so nice. I really look forward to trying these Lady Boss products. I definitely will be purchasing again. It is so nice to know that when calling Lady Boss customer service that they are not only so helpful but kind too.

I ordered their shake product over 5 weeks ago and I have not received anything nor any correspondence detailing why the shipment was late. I have emailed them 3 times and never received a response specifically to my order. They sent an email saying they received my email and someone would get back to me in 2 days. No one did. I called and spoke to a representative and they told me there was an issue with my address as they did not have a address ( but my bank was already charged for the product that never shipped 5 weeks ago). So I gave them my address again and the lady said I would receive my product. I called again shortly after to see if they they could give me a date on when I would receive it. The man I spoke with said that the product was on back order and it would be about 4 weeks till I would receive it. Which I was very very upset and told them I wanted my refund and they said they they could not refund the total amount until the product was in stock.

Thank you so much for reaching out. I am glad that I was able to email you and help make this right. After reading through your statement, I was able to pull up your account in our system. Please know that I understand the frustration and confusion this has caused you. I am so sorry. We truly value and appreciate your feedback. Here are a few things I was able to discover. With tracking information, I see that your 2 Bags of Lean, ordered on 3/7/20, were delivered to your correct address on April 1st. I apologize as this took 4 weeks to arrive. It appears that your order was on hold because we didn't have your correct address on file from checkout. Unfortunately, we did not receive the first 3 emails as they were directed to another company not associated with ours. Working together, we discovered the customer’s emails were being sent to *** instead. As soon as we received your initial call, the address was updated in our system. The order was shipped out the next day on the 27th. However, when the customer called back for an estimated time frame of delivery, she spoke with one of our newer employees who had been unaware that the order was placed before we were on backorder. The customer was still able to receive her two Bags of Lean the following week, on April 1st.

We apologize for these misunderstandings and take full responsibility. To make this right, we have processed a full refund of $83.26 for the 2 Bags of Lean on us. Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to reflect your account.
