Products were great, shipping was fast. The process to cancel was ridiculous. I had to cancel online then call them. Non of which was an easy process. All of which to have an awkward phone call where you know the support rep is trying there hardest to get you to try a different product because you canceling will probably hurt their sales goals. I don’t want to talk to someone about my day and the weather I want to quickly cancel my membership because having to call in, in the first place is an inconvenience.
