When I called and explained my smoke alarm has been going off since 5:am

Then the Driver called to advise me his arrival time
This was greatThe driver, Felix was personable, knowledgeable, helpful and went right to workHe changed my dead smoke alarm and check all my outlets etc
Gave me estimates for future repairsI would not hesitate to recommend this service

I would never use this company again! I had a very minor wiring issue involved with a bathroom remodel The service tech came out and gave us a quote before starting his work His quote was beyond outrageous but I was in a bind, time wise, and had to accept his bid and let him do the work The electrician, ***, was very good and did a good job but it was a very simple task All together he was here for a little over hours, which included over a half hour for him to go get parts he didn't have on his truck The charge was $and there was only about $worth of parts used Obviously, they don't charge by the hour but by the job Even though he did a good job, I feel totally ripped off and will tell everyone I come into contact with not to use this company
Received same day service Electrician called before he came Came within the stated time Was efficient in the installation of the product Highly recommend

I contacted Mister Sparky about three weeks ago, based primarily on its print advertiisingI assumed it would be a good service experienceOn the "plus" side, the service man showed up on time, in his bright red truck, had on a clean uniform, and put on some "booties" as to not track any dirt into the houseHe did the repair in reasonable time nothing more than replacing the ballast and bulbs for a Tflourescent lighting unitI knew exactly what had to be done, when I called in to set the appointment, but was not able to get any information on the cost not even an estimateThat was a bit disconcerting, but I set the appoint ment anywayUpon arrival, they tell you the cost, and of course if you don't accept that, you have to pay theire $service call fee The bill for the completed work was staggering! charge was $He was here for less than minutesThis fee was literally double what four other electrcian companies are charging, based upon contacts subsequent to the Mister Sparky visit I have learned my lesson about them, and hopefully others will see this and take pause about contracting with themA total Rip-Off! Never again, Mister Sparky!
I didn't mind the $service charge, but the quote was very highThey informed me the job was not as easy as I made it sound (move a few wires from a removed kitchen wall)Said they would be there late into the nightIt didn't take near as long as they said (hours), so the job cost me $1800, or $per hourSo in revieew, they hyped the job up like it would take a long time (to justify their quote), then did the job in a few hours (turned out the moving of a few wires WAS as easy as I said), yet thery didn't lower their quote/price
