Mister Sparky gives professional service and arrives on time. The work and cost are agreed upon up front. Igor works neatly and does a good job. I wouldn't hesitate to call them.
This is our second experience with Mr Sparky. Both times have been positive. Today the electrician assembled and attached a ceiling fan to our lanai ceiling. From the time he introduced himself at the door to the time he left he was friendly yet professional. He seemed very thorough in his assembly. Handled the new fan with care and confidence. The cost was comparable to other companies but I had a coupon for a free service call which reduced the overall price. I would use this company again as well as recommend it to friends.
The total experience was excellent. The work was done professionally and with a great "can do" attitude.. Jeremiah, the electrician, was presented with what we were afraid were challenging, and possibly, not "doable" requests.. There was no problem with anything we asked for. We are very pleased with the outcome.
Initial call was handled promptly and professionally. Received call from Daniel in a timely manner to schedule repair. Electrician arrived within the appointed time. Andre was also professional,but down-to-earth and explained everything in layman's .English. Even the possibilities so there were not surprises, except those that were a surprise to the two of us. Informed us of the next steps and what to expect.
Brian was very efficient and courteous. He completed the work quickly and provided an estimate for future electrical work. I was contacted by the secretary and by Brian as to when to expect his arrival to do the job I had requested.
The Mister Sparky team responded very quickly to our home. The electrician (Chris) arrived right on time. His appearance was neat. Chris told me, and then showed me, what was wrong and how to correct it. I recommend their services highly.
After waiting for two other electricians to return my calls, I found Mister Sparky on the internet and saw the favorable reviews - so I gave them a call. The customer service rep was very helpful and friendly. And, what a pleasant surprise when she said -- "How does sometime between 2-5 pm today work for you?" My response was "Fabulous!!!" She also told me that I'd get an email prior to the technician's visit with his photo. That certainly is a nice feature and gives one piece of mind when the technician shows up!
Richard (Rick) called about an hour beforehand and then showed up before the scheduled time. Rick was sporting a good looking uniform. He was very polite, friendly and professional. We wanted to have 6 ceiling fans, 3 pendant lights, a dining room chandelier and 3 dimmers installed. He scoped out the work and produced an estimate. Are there cheaper electricians out there? Sure -- they're probably the ones that aren't returning your phone calls! There is also the piece of mind one gets when using an experience and certified electrician.
We were extremely pleased with our experience with Mister Sparky and with our electrician Rick. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Ismael was very helpful walking me thru the reason I called. He was pleasant and polite and told me exactly what would be happening with the licensed electrician when he would call and the time frame he would be at my home.
Everything he explained to me occurred. Very impressed !!!
Charlie, , the licensed electrician called me by phone about 5 minutes before he arrived asking me if it was a good time to come for the repairs.
I showed him what actually had to be repaired and he showed me why the repairs needed to be done.
He needed to go back to the shop to get some equipment ( only about 10 minutes away)and upon his return he completed both jobs AFTER he had shown me the price the jobs cost. He went over many pages on his computer. Very impressive.
He finished the job , was neat about the job and couldn't have been nicer.
I am very impressed with Mr. Sparky and will let my friends and neighbors know of a job well done in a timely manner. Thank you all.
When I called, the staff was very courteous and prompt in scheduling an appointment (Alisa and Yisbel). The technician (Jason) called before showing up, and was very prompt and professional. I added a second job request while the technician was present, and Jason kindly stayed and finished both jobs before leaving. Wonderful experience.
I called Mr. Sparky out to my home twice . Chris R. was the tec. Fixed my hot water heater & now my elect. meter is not running 90 miles a min. I recommend him any day. Great young man. Honest!!! I am a senior & received respect & good work.

I called to have some electrical work done. After telling them what I needed, they were able to schedule the work the same day. The scheduler told me I would receive a call in advance of their arrival to know when they would arrive. I received a call from the electrician, telling me when he would arrive. He arrived when promised and promptly completed the work I requested. In addition he performed a safety checked of tightness of the connections in my electrical panel. A few of the connections were found not tight as needed and were corrected. He also check all the GFI receptacles in the house for proper functioning. All were found OK. He also alerted me that my two 14 year old smoke detectors had exceeded their useful life. He quoted me a price to replace them that I accepted. The old units were removed and new ones installed. All the work was completed in a timely and professional manner and at a fair price. This is my first experience in using an electrical contractor. If I need more work done, I will call on Mr. Sparky again.
