He did not rush even though it was late and he had a long drive home,
He explained the job, and the fee and fixed a problem that was on the fixture.
I would highly recommend Jay and Mr. Sparky to anyone.

John R. Came to our home to repair a issue with the washing machine plug. He was so professional wore these floor protectors which I thought was so nice and caring to not damage our floors. He diagnosed the Issue and even preformed a inspection of other items in our home.He was very polite and explained the straight forward pricing guide, I looked thur it why he was completing the inspection. I liked the fact that it was all laid out for me to see. He provided me with some options for repair,safety and enhancement. He was very respectful and professional answering all of my questions and when my husband came home and had questions he explained everything again to him. I have never had such a nice gentleman in my home. I even called my son and he explained everything to him. He didn't pressure us to go with the most expensive option. I wish he had business cards so I could give them to our friends. I highly recommend John R and will be using him for all our electrical needs in the future.

I hired Mr. Sparky to install 6 ceiling fans and 3 pendant lights and 3 outdoor light fixtures for my brand new home in Sarasota. The company sent out two electricians. They were prompt, polite and professional. The pricing was explained to me before the work began so that I could decide whether it fit my budget. I am very happy with the work they did. They took all the boxes and what little mess they made was cleaned up as they finished each installation. I was sent an e-mail before they came to show me names and faces of who was coming and then again after they did the work to see how I would rate them for the work done. I would definitely use them again.
Tom was professional, timely, & did the requested work as expected. My only issue is with the prices - they seem very high, but are presented in advance, so you do know how much it will be before any work is done.
The service from Mr. Sparky was great. From Sean answering the phone, to the confirmation phone call, to Scottie's expertise. He fixed my electrical issue and made sure that my older home is now safe. I would recommend them to anyone.
The representatives on the phone were professional and courteous. The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable. He was neatly dressed and donned a pair of "booties" at my door so as not to get my carpets dirty.
He listened to my set of symptoms and explained what he would have to do to identify the root of the problem.
He provided me with a written estimate for the job. He suggested a number of things I should do, assigned them a priority, and allowed me to make a reasonable decision. He showed me the defective parts as he removed them, so I'm sure I wasn't paying for anything I didn't really need.
I was provided with an interest-free payment plan up front, before I had to ask about alternatives for payment. This also helped me decide how much I could afford to spend.
He even made friends with my little, yappy dog!

Within minutes, we were called by Mr. Sparky to set up an appointment, which was within 24 hours. Our service rep Tom was on time, professional and gave us a fair quote for all of the work that we needed done. He worked very hard during the day and finished the job. He explained things well, did quality work, cleaned up behind him and was fair with the pricing of the jobs.
