I am rejecting this response because:
While I concede that the emails sent to my employer did state that there would be a time delay, I am still rejecting the response because I am unsatisfied (overall) with the way ADP has handled this.  Each time I called, they disclaimed responsibility and transferred me to someone else.  Something as simple as looking up a balance or migrating a system should not have had this many headaches.

we tried to contact the employee on 02/10, 02/22 and 02/28 to resolve and they did not respond.

Thank you for your feedback.  We have investigated the concern. It has been determined that there was confusion regarding the type of business entity Ms. [redacted] has.  Both Ms. [redacted] and the sales associate responsible have been contacted an ADP Sales Vice President.

As mentioned previously the only solution I was seeking was to make sure other clients will know what happened to me and think twice before they use their services.  I still would like to see my complaint posted for other Customers to see.

The missing forms were emailed to me and I was told they were filed with the IRS. As long as the IRS accepts the forms - this will take 6-8 weeks - I believe this matter is closed. If the IRS rejects the forms, for whatever reason, I can simply reopen the complaint. Thank you for your help with this matter. It's sincerely appreciated.

I am rejecting this response because it does not fully explain why ADP's website made no mention of the blackout period in August, no personal email was sent prior to this blackout, no original letter was ever receive by me, and the new website never stated said blackout would occur. I am rejecting ADP's explanation because this company never takes the position that they are in error. Rather, the customer must always fully adhere to whatever they do, regardless of the fact that the money ADP holds is the customer's and not theirs, as well as most of the time it is ADP's errors that result in the customer having problems!As previously stated, the original ADP letter mentioned in this company's response was never received my me or my husband. In fact, most of the [redacted] Health personnel in the office I work in never received such a letter. Therefore, ADP either never sent it out to most of its customers or they mismanaged the mailing.The only resolution to this problem that I will accept is a full reimbursement of the money I spent, as well as a written apology for the public humiliation my husband endured because of ADP's gross disregard for its customers. Nothing less than this will do!
