Lasership tracking claims my package was delivered on December 24th, I was home all day and nothing was ever delivered. I called their customer service number only to be told that after 48 hours they can not investigate a missing package. I was yelled at by the representative on the phone and hung up on. It's funny how from December 17th until the 23rd there was no updated tracking information, but after I contacted them on the 23rd, the package was supposedly delivered on the 24th, was that done to appease me or did someone from the company steal it? Well the police will find out, whereas I have security cameras in place

I this is unreliable company, I have never had a problem with UPS of FEDEX they are great I ordered items from Zulily they shipped out the packages through Lasership , who said my items were delivered on December 26th @ 5:50pm I was home all dayThey did not ring the bell I tracked my package and they lied and said they left it at the door, they did not I have been ordering on line or quite a while and never have had a problem with items getting lost I read many reviews they all say the same thing I think someone should investiage this company I feel they keep the items The boots and curtains are no longer available I think this is the worst delivery service, you try and call its busy THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED SO MANY PEOPLE CANNOT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM

This shipper is being used by Walmart.com to ship goods to homes but does not guarantee deliveryItems are required by them at time/point of delivery but if the trucker preload or deliveryperson steals your item and manually enters the package as delivered, they will not reimburse you for the missing itemDO NOT ship with this company unless you require a signature at delivery!

I have been waiting on a package for a week and a half that is a Christmas present The expected delivery date keeps getting pushed backReasoning: Delay in delivery due to external factors It has been in Charlotte for the whole timeWhen you call the company, it goes straight to a voicemail I can't believe companies choose these companies to ship with

This company should not be in business I have had several orders on Amazon and every time I choose same day shipping (which I should have this option because I pay to become a Prime Member) I do not get my packagesNow I order two day shipping and recently my husband ordered same day delivery service and now my packages vanished into thin airEvery time, my packages were marked delivered multiple times but were never deliveredI received my package from them onceOnce and it was extremely lateSomeone needs to investigate this companyLook at all the reviewsWhere is our packages? It's not only about the poor service they provide but where did all the packages go?
I'm exhausted with their lies regarding shipmentI cannot use Amazon anymore if they won't take them off the listPlease someone investigate this company

Recently (12/14/2016) placed an order with fanatics.com Order was to be received in days Received an email that the order had shipped via Lasership on 12/16/with an estimated delivery date of 12/18/ As of 12/24/I have still not received my item, and the estimates shipping date is now 12/27/even though the item is in their facility in Grove City, Ohio, less than two hours from my home I have attempted to contact Lasership via phone (no answer, left voicemail) and emailed twice; I have not received any correspondence back As with every other complaint this company has received in order to earn their D- rating, I am completely frustrated and and very upset It's worth noting that I have also contacted Fanatics.com regarding my order with no response from them either

This is by far the WORST shipping company I have ever encountered I regularly am missing packages, packages are marked as delivered when they were never even attempted for delivery, no notices are left when "delivery attempted", and I have lost a package worth hundreds of dollars that the company never even tried to recover or even look for I have been disappointed repeatedly, and unfortunately these incompetent people are often left in charge of "last mile" delivery services that are out of my control If it were up to me, I would NEVER ever use them
