Review: A Lasership driver refused to release a package after a single and final attempt on Wednesday April 2nd, 2014.

April 10, 2014Good Afternoon,Regarding Case # [redacted] submitted on 04/4/2014 by [redacted], please find below our response.After careful review of our systems, we attempted to deliver **. [redacted]'s package on 3 separate occasions: 3/31/14, 4/1/14 and 4/2/14. During the final attempt on 4/2/14 it was determined the delivery location was not a safe location to leave the package without a signature. It was at that time we reached out to our client for direction. Unfortunately to date, we have not received instruction from our client to leave the package.Although we understand [redacted]'s frustration revolving around her delivery, we cannot honor her request to refund her credit card. Due to do to the terms of contract, we are not able to process claims directly with our client's customers and all requests for reimbursement or refund are directly submitted to our client.

Review: I had a packaged shipped to me by lasership. I was worried after my last experience was the delivery person throwing the item at my house from the street. This time they marked the item as attempted to be delivered. I called that day, and told me it was delivered to side door. Got home no package. Call customer service. A manager named [redacted] told me that the driver was not at my address when the scanned the package marked as attempted to be delivered the day before. She told me the package would be delivered that day. I asked for a written documentation of all of Laserships inappropriate actions when delivering packages to my house. She stated she didn’t have the means to do that. She asked if I had an email address, I gave it to her. I have yet to receive an email from her. Four hours went by, no package. Spoke to [redacted] again. She stated that it would be delivered in one to one and half hours. The package never came. I spoke to a manager named [redacted], who told me it was missorted and they really dropped the ball on this one. The next day a person showed up with my package who wanted to smooth things over by telling me that the driver’s vehicle broke down last night, at total opposite story from what was I told the day before. Lasership would not send me any packages if I did not pay the money for delivery. Yet I pay the money, the package is not delivered in a timely professional manner. The package is delivered two days late. Per [redacted], the package was marked as attempted to be delivered when the driver is not even at my house. This is very unprofessional and outright dishonest.Desired Settlement: I would like a written letter documenting all of Laserships errors and inappropriate behaviors in delivering packages to my house. Including throwing the package at my house (20 yards) from the street, to driver marking the package as attempted to be delivered when it was not at my house, [redacted] lying to me that the package would be delivered in 1 to 1 ½ hours, to the manager named [redacted] stating that night package was missorted, and how a person named [redacted] showed up at my house with the packages trying to claim that the drivers vehicle broke down. If Lasership is unwilling to take accountability for their actions then I would accept a monetary payment.

Review: I ordered a product from [redacted].com. I pay for two-day and one day shipping, depending on the package.

I placed an order on [redacted].com April 30, 2014. The product was a pre-order item that is to be released on May 9, 2014.

Come May 9th, my package was being delivered by LaserShip company. I got a text and email that my package had been delivered. However, no packages were in sight.

After phone calls and chat requests, I had a replacement ordered. Same issue as before, my replacement package stated that it was delivered May 11th at 9:33AM.

I was home and looked around at my packages before, at the exact time, and after the delivery time. Still no package.Desired Settlement: I believe that this company should deliver my package(s). I will work my best to not work with this company in the future. I have already reported this incident to [redacted].com and informed [redacted].com of not using LaserShip as my shipping company, otherwise, changes are in order and my money will happily go elsewhere.

[redacted]s deliveries earlier this month and the frustration the events caused. This event is not reflective of the level of service we strive to provide to our clients' customers.The manager of our Central Customer Service team reached out to **. [redacted] to discuss his experience and bring resolution to the matter. In a measure of good faith, a gift card was issued to [redacted] in the amount of $50.00.Although we understand [redacted]s disappointment regarding his delivery we are unable to deliver his package as requested in his complaint as this shipment was not able to be recovered.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have sent a response over to LaserShip on May 20, 2014.I accept LaserShip's apology. I have mentioned that, obviously I was not very pleased with the service that I recieved, but am in hopes that this incident is reviewed to better LaserShip's service for the future.

I this is unreliable company, I have never had a problem with UPS of FEDEX they are great. I ordered 3 items from Zulily they shipped out the packages through Lasership , who said my items were delivered on December 26th @ 5:50pm. I was home all day.
They did not ring the bell I tracked my package and they lied and said they left it at the door, they did not I have been ordering on line or quite a while and never have had a problem with items getting lost. I read many reviews they all say the same thing I think someone should investiage this company I feel they keep the items. The boots and curtains are no longer available. I think this is the worst delivery service, you try and call its busy. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED SO MANY PEOPLE CANNOT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

Review: Lasership has disastrous delivery and customer service. Most recently, I contacted them via email 22 times asking them to deliver the package to the back entrance. My emails only got two automatic responses, no one actually responded to deal with my problem. I tried calling Lasership twice, both times the customer service people said they would ask the local delivery manager in Miami to call me, I told them the local treats very poorly customers that complain, and cited an incident with from July. I asked to speak to the manager at headquarters, they said they would call me back. No one called me back. So I called again, and was veey insistent and got to speak to some man named Jordan and I told him the multiple problems I've had with the Lasership delivery lady assigned to my area, the lack of accountability by the local facility, that my emails to headquarters kept getting ignored, that their customer service just appeases people just to get them off the phone and that I wanted my package delivered to the back entrance. "Jordan" told me that he would take cate of it but when I asked for alast name or direct extension, he said he is not always there. In spite of all the time I invested, my package did not get delivered to the back entranceDesired Settlement: I want all my packages delivered to the back entrance and want a different delivery personThe woman they have now accused me of taking a "big" box that she had mis-delivered to my addtess and that belonged to another customer. She never left anything here. In prior incidenys, she has thrown my packages over the fence in the mud, has refused to deliver to the back entrance but I've caught her coming into the back of the property unauthorized and unannounced, and once a package came open

According to the scanning information in our system, it appears that his package was misdelivered and unable to be retrieved. Our Central Customer Service Management team escalated this issue to our client who will determine the measures that will be taken to either replace the item or issue a refund.

We apologize to **. [redacted] for what transpired and will make every effort in the future to ensure a more positive delivery experience.

Review: Lasership attempted delivery to an office at 9pm at night which is obviously closed. Then at 7am I get an email saying that they "lost" my product.

Review: Laser ship was contracted by [redacted] to deliver a 2 day order with original arrival date of the 24th. Multiple times on their tracking site they said the package was out for delivery but no delivery attempt was made. They claimed one attempt on Friday the 26th and said they called but no call was received. After contacting customer service and speaking with a manager they guaranteed delivery on the 26th by 8pm. No delivery attempt was made. This package was for a 4 year olds birthday this morning and is now ruined.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order and a more accountability when they claim something is out for delivery. They have now ruined a 4 year olds birthday.

Review: Every single time Lasership is suppose to deliver a package to me, it is marked as delivered however the package is never at my home.

Latest package that sows as delivered but was never received tracking number: [redacted]

I live in a community called [redacted] townhouses, there is another house with a very similar address to mine. Mine is [redacted] PLACE and the other is [redacted] CIRCLE. The latter address is closer to the entry of the community and I'm assuming the delivery person is mistakenly delivering my packages there because they are too lazy to actually verify the address. This is the 4th time Lasership has marked an item as delivered but it has not actually been delivered to me or anywhere near my home. I've contacted 3 different times, to ask them if they can please ask the driver to go back to the location where they dropped the package and verify the address. The first time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they said they would open an investigation and call me back but never did. I called them and they asked me to file for a refund with the merchant. They simply do not care enough to ask their drivers to verify the address instead of assuming. First time mistake, fine I could deal with it but this is the 4th time and nothing has been done. My packages are never ever delivered to me and I am tired of wasting time with them never resolving the issue and having to get refunds and wait to reorder my packages. Lasership and its drivers are simply too lazy to drive a little bit down the community to find the right locationDesired Settlement: I want them to mark my address with some type of verify notification and talk to the driver that delivers to my area about the different addresses and the importance of VERIFYING that he/she is in the right place. Simple and easy settlement. I am just looking for someone to actually take the time to sort out this problem and let the drivers know. Regarding my above shipment I'd like Lasership to get the driver to go back to the location and try to retrieve the package and deliver it to me.

We acknowledge [redacted]'s frustration surrounding her delivery and regret the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we were able to establish that the driver was at the incorrect address when delivering **. [redacted]'s package. Our Central Customer Service Manager has entered extensive notes into our address database detailing the instructions laid out in the complaint. In addition, our compliance department has issued a retraining ticket for the driver.

We are confident the steps taken will improve service and ensure that moving forward [redacted]'s delivery experience with Lasership will exceed expectation.

On Tuesday, 12/22/2015, I ordered two items from the NHL.com web store as a Christmas gift. I paid $16 for the 2-day business shipping to get the package delivered by Thursday, 12/24/2015, as promised on the web store site and on my receipt.
As of Saturday, 12/26/2015, the package has not arrived. The latest information from the LaserShip tracking system estimates that it will be delivered on Monday, 12/28/2015.
I am currently pursing a billing dispute with my credit card company for the entire amount (items plus shipping) charged by NHL.com

Review: Order was placed with [redacted]'s.com and particle shipment of said order was shipped via LaserShip. Delivery was never made even though their "status" showed "Out for Delivery to Customer" and then "Delivery Attempted". When none of those status were accurate. Then when I contacted them to see when package would be delivered, the next day, was told that package was lost????? They coul not find my package at their facility!!!! Within 24 hours of a delivery attempt and my calling they now claim to be unable to locate my package. Apparently the Delivery Driver never returned the package to their facility after the first delivery attempt.Desired Settlement: I want my package.....can not get another from [redacted]'s.....

After speaking with the customer there have been two recent delivery experiences that are not up to the level of service we expect for our customers. We have added notes to our internal system to ensure that future orders to [redacted] are received and that we are buzzing her buzzer or calling for access to her building and since she does have a home office we should be able to access with no further issues. Review: This complaint involves multiple shipments of products purchased on [redacted]. On multiple occasions the delivery driver has marked the package as "Delivered" in their computer system on the evening of the delivery but backdated the delivery timestamp but the package never actually arrived. For example, the delivery was scheduled for Wednesday the 8th and at 11AM the tracking system said it was out for delivery. At 9PM on the 8th the status changed to "Delivered at 1PM on the 8th" but the package never actually arrived. On two occasions the package was delivered the next day. A third time the package was not delivered until I made 2 calls to the companies customer service department and someone called the delivery driver. This has happened 3 times out of 4 separate package deliveries by this company. On one occasion I saw the driver stop at the end of my driveway, wait for a minute, and drive away without actually leaving anything at my house. I've asked [redacted] to stop using them to deliver my orders but I don't actually have control over that.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refuse to deliver packages to my house so [redacted] uses another shipping company.

I will not purchase from any business that ships via laser ship again.
