This is absolute WORST shipping company I have ever dealt with A package was delivered to the local shipping location days ago and was supposed to have shipped to me the next day After a few days without a shipment I attempted to contact the companyI called at least times now -- I got through only twice after being on hold each time for between and minutes The first time, I got through I was disconnected and then the next time I thought I was going to get the issue resolved The gentleman seemed nice and concerned, BUT I did not get the email promised and the issue was NOT resolved I still have no idea what the problem is or when , if ever, the package will be delievered DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Thank you so much for reaching out with this customer's concern. We sincerely apologize for the recent delivery issues. After speaking with the customer there have been two recent delivery experiences that are not up to the level of service we expect for our customers. We have
added notes to our internal system to ensure that future orders to *** *** are received and that we are buzzing her buzzer or calling for access to her building and since she does have a home office we should be able to access with no further issues. We will monitor and make sure that this is resolved for future issues. Please don't hesitate to contact us if there are any further questions or issues

I ordered a beautiful coat from AnthropologieIt was shipped on August 20th, The last update told me it arrived in NYC at 4:AM on 08/I am in NYCI was told the package would be delivered to me between 08/23-08/When I still had not received it by the 27th, I sent an inquiryI received the following message:
"Thank you for your tracking inquiry I apologize but your package has arrived to the wrong LaserShip facility We are currently forwarding the package to the correct facility for delivery and expect the package to be delivered within 1-business days Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist."
I meanIt said the package was in NYCThat sounds like the proper facility to meI waited until the 31st and sent another inquiryThis time, I received the following message:
"Thank you for your tracking inquiryUnfortunately, Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this timeSo that you may be promptly assisted we are deeming this package as Lost by LaserShip Please contact your Seller for further assistance."
The seller is giving me a refund, but the beautiful coat (that I bought with money my Grandma gave me for my birthday) is no longer for saleI don't want a refund, I want my package!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!!!! Lost packages, delivers at 9pm at night, rude representativesOffer nothing but excuses! On day of your package is out for deliveryPATHETIC!

As for my sprinkler , I informed the supervisor that I spoke to when it happened and also that the driver stood on my sidewalk and threw the package at my GLASS front door. I was sitting on my sofa and saw the whole thing happenWhen I went to talk to him he jumped in his van and sped off He told me that the guy is new and needs to be re trained and that he had deliveries that dayNONE OF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE
He should not be on the road if he does not know protocolI also have informed ***'s that I never received my package that your website says was left at my door on 5-11-I live in a gated community and as soon as I saw that not on my tracking # I went to our guard and he said that LASERSHIP never came into the community that dayI need you to contact ***'s and have them expedite the removal of the charge for the items I never received and as far as your gift card goes it cost me $to fix my sprinkler plus hours of my time on the phone and emails

LaserShip absolutely refuses to deliver packages to my apartment building in Manhattan For years they have consistently delivered all packages addressed here directly to the building next door and marked them as 'Delivered' 'Delivered' - yes To the addressee - NO! And they do not even leave any notification that a delivery has occurred, so receiving a package is a guessing game; the delivery personnel are simply too lazy to come to this building No amount of complaints or requests has any effect on this 'delivery' practice UPS and USPS manage to deliver here correctly - LaserShip does not I, along with others here, no longer order from companies who insist on shipping via with LaserShip

I wonder who runs this companyThey have lazy delivery driversDoes not actually comes to the location but scans "No One Is Available to get Parcel" D***.com uses Lasership I will differ from buying fron D***.com because of Lasership

LaserShip tried to deliver my package after work hours I sent them an electronic message asking them to deliver packages before closing time Four to five days later, package tracking claimed it delivered packages on a day and time when I was around, yet I heard no doorbell or knocking and package tracking said "FrontDoor" signed for package A day or two after that, I called Lasership and they said they still had my packages, they got my e-message about arriving before closing and my packages would arrive that day It is six days after I verbally contacted LaserShip and I still don't have my packages Amazon, whom I bought from, has to give me a refund for LaserShip's incompetence and that is not right

I order a lot of things online which means that delivery services are a constantI allways cringe when I see that Lasership is chosen to deliver my goodsToday like out of every deliverys by Lasership I end up wasting a day at home waiting for a package that the driver doesn't even try to deliverThis is not acceptable but predictable!!!
