I have had a horriable time attempting to get a packaged delivered by them. Over 2 weeks and issue is still not resolved. I keep getting told they will follow up with me once the package has been recovered (later that day) and never get a response and end up calling back with long holds. They are completely unhelpful. I know things can happen but it is how you respond to the problem that makes or breaks a business and this company is completely lacking any costumer service.

Absolute worst delivery service. I cannot imagine why companies like Amazon, Urban Outfitters, Zara etc would want to partner up with LaserShip; besides their "low shipping costs". Then again, you get what pay for. The ONE good thing I have to say about this company is that the customer service representative that I have been in touch with really seems to be making an effort and seems to care about me, the customer, receiving my package. Otherwise, the actual delivery service is horrendous. There is definitely a reason why LaserShip has a D- rating. I guess F was not in the options.

Received call from shipper "lasership" who says they won't deliver my product, because it is a post office box. IT IS NOT ! I gave you the exact physical address to a U.S. Post Office, but you don't have to have access to MY box. With my name and unit number it means that once you deliver it to the counter and the clerk signs off, then they will be responsible for getting me the actual package by placing a slip in my box that states that I have a package too big to fit in the box, and to bring the slip to the counter. SO I do that and get my package every time from FedX, UPS, Purolator, but NOT your Lasership, useless company. The guy said he was going to return the package and now I can't get it. Then the supervisor lied to me. The NDIS Project Coordinator said the USPO will not allow them to deliver packages that way. That is a bogus lie! The post office actually puts letters from them to box holders stating we may USE their address. This way IF the item is too big for the box or a shipper won't deliver to a P.O. Box to just use their address for their physical building, but put my name and unit number on there as the only difference. So he lied to me. Why are they using a less than suitable software to keep up with the industry?

I thought no place could ever be worse than the post office.
I got 1 day shipping on something from Amazon, like all the others here complaining, and I happened to not be home when they delivered my package. They left it in the lobby of my apartment building in a low income area with no doorman and over 100 occupants. I called Lasership and they said their policy is that the driver can leave packages in the lobby when no one is home.... ARE YOU F[redacted] KIDDING ME? This is one of the most rded things I've ever heard. You might as well leave it on the street corner with a sign that says take me.
I called Amazon, they sent me a replacement package and despite the lady promising me they wouldn't send it through Lasership, they did. As soon as I saw this I called them and asked them to relay the message not to leave the package anywhere except for in my hands. They said okay. I get home and no notification. 2 hours after being home I get a notification that they tried to deliver. Um NOPE. When anyone want to be buzzed in in my apartment the call go to my phone. They did not attempt to buzz me and did not knock on my door. How am I supposed to get this package if there is no note giving me a place I can pick it up and when you come to "deliver" you don't try to buzz in the building or even knock on my door. I thought that's what delivery is.
I've spent hours on the phone with Lasership and amazon to try and get a simple package. This company has got to be a scam. I'm convinced these truck drivers are dumping packages off in lobbies while their friends are around the corner waiting to take them as soon as it's dropped off. How could it be okay to have a policy that they can just leave packages unattended in a semi-public place?

The worst service in the world....5 packages from Amazon claimed to be delivered and low and behold....never delivered. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Our agreement with the online retailer requires that such claims be handled directly through them. They typically issue a refund before contacting LaserShip with a corresponding monetary demand. Jordan from our claims department noted that you already provided him with an update on the outcome.
That being said, we fully understand that your experience was less than adequate and would like to offer a $50.00 [redacted].com gift card as further recognition of your unsatisfactory experience.

This item was placed for same day delivery; it should have been delivered by LaserShip on Sat 29th before 9PM.
On the 29th I was at home all day by the door waiting for the delivery 9PM came and went so I glanced at the tracking and saw that a delivery attempt was supposedly made at 8:28PM. Only that was implausible as I had been sat facing the door the entire time and nobody had come.
On the 30th I reached out via Twitter and was told to email their support center — no reply was received by the afternoon so I decided to call the customer support line and explained the situation. I was given a really hard time on the phone by the advisor and basically made to feel like this was a problem they had no intention of dealing with. Eventually I got them to contact the delivery office and was told the item would be redelivered that day before 9PM. Of course I should have known better at this point as again 9PM came and went and still no delivery or even an update to the tracking information indicating a status change.
I was extremely angry — the item was in fact a gift for a friend that I was supposed to be giving that night. In annoyance I decided to do a little background research on LaserShip and I was shocked by the results. This company has a daily routine of lying to its customers about delivery attempts, has been slammed on it’s Twitter support page, averages a 1 start rating on Yelp.

At this point I’m pretty sure I will never see this item or my $177.66 again. But I'd like to warn others about using this service.

claimed a package was delivered and signed for. called to figure out where the package was and they started to look into it. had to call back again to be told they could not find the package, they made no attempt to contact me.
I will not purchase from any business that ships via laser ship again.

Lasership is the only delivery service that I have ever had a problem with here in Indian Trail (outside of Charlotte). Their tracking website is pure nonsense. It will state that items have been left at front door at a specific time when in fact they have not been delivered at all. The delivery most recently misplaced is perishable and will have to simply be thrown out if they do manage to find the box and actually deliver to my home. It is honestly a pathetic service that seems totally unreliable and whose "tracking" system is simply made up to give the shipper the false impression that they (Lasership) are doing their job and delivering on time.

They never delivered my package and claimed they did. I was home the entire time waiting for it. It was promised same day delivery but I have yet to see the package.
When Amazon confronted them about the delivery, they claimed it was missing in transit. How can it be missing in transit and marked as delivered at the same time?
STAY AWAY from this delivery company, you will never receive your package.

Would repeatedly try to deliver to office after closed after I told them the office hours. Rescheduling delivery takes days. Driver sounded like bunch of teenagers in a personal car, using personal cell phone. Never got my package.

I am rejecting this response because:
they have way too much complaints about undelivered or lost packages and they never fixed the problems they have, they will just keep doing the same thing over and over again. This is not the first time and it won't be the last either until they are shut down.

On August 25, I placed an online order with Zulily. On Sept 3, I received an email that my order had shipped, along with a tracking number for LaserShip. After tracking it for several days, it landed in a facility in Chantilly, VA, on Sept 9. Chantilly is 12 miles up the road from my house, so I expected delivery shortly after. I tracked it every day for the next 6 days, but it never moved. I contacted Zulily, explained my situation, and the representative told me she would get back to me in 24 hours, which she did, telling me that LaserShip located my package and it would be delivered immediately. It didn't show up the next two days, so I called Zulily again and they asked me to give it the remainder of the day, as they might deliver late. When I didn't have the package the next day, I called Zulily again, and the offered to refund my money. Two days later, I checked on the status of the package through the tracking number and it was marked delivered. I emailed LaserShip to notify them of no delivery, and they emailed back telling me that the package was delivered, and if I disagreed that it was delivered, I needed to contact the seller and settle it with them.
I have read a multitude of negative complaints about LaserShip, most about no delivery of ordered goods. How can a company like this be allowed to operate? Why can't someone step in and keep them from ruining a good business' reputation because of poor shipping? Zulily can't tell me when they will be done with LaserShip, but I can guarantee I won't be purchasing anything there again until they guarantee me my merchandise will be delivered by a more reliable company.

I ordered an item from NFL.com who apparently ships their products with LaserShip. When I tracked the shipment on December 19th, I saw that it arrived at their facility in Woburn MA on December 8th and was delayed further delivery due to external factors. I called the support line and waited for 55 minutes before selecting the option to leave a voice message which I did. I clearly left my tracking number and phone number twice, expecting to hear back. I was a fool. No return call. I attempted the process again once arriving home after work the following day. Same results. Hacking further, I finally found another number where I actually spoke to a woman who assured me that the package was in the facility and was delayed due to more packages needed for my route. I explained that it was a Christmas gift and she said I should see it before Christmas. I am not holding my breath. I will reach out to NFL.com letting them know that I will never purchase from them again due to their horrible choice in shipping companies. Very disappointed!!
