This company is beyond terrible. It was not my choice to use them but unfortunately it's who NFLShop.com used. I ordered on Dec 11th. The package reached my local facility on dec 15th with an estimated delivery date of dec 17th. It is now the 19th and I have received nothing. After waiting in hold for 35min today I got an extremely unhelpful rep that told me if I didn't receive my package by 3 call him back. When I asked if I could look forward to another 35min hold time he responded with this..."it's Christmas time and you should be happy with 108 people on hold you didn't have to wait longer!" Wait...what?!? My delivery was supposed to be 3 days ago but I should be happy to be wasting my life on hold with your incompetent company? Do NOT use this company!!!! I am almost positive I will never get my Christmas gift for my husband. ??

I completely understand the customer's frustration and again apologize for the experience of the missing package and their negative interaction with customer service.  I understand how the customer feels and will do everything possible to attempt to improve their experience in the future.

When I saw my package was "Out for Delivery" I started to search about LaserShip. Instantly I saw that their google rating was 1.5. I saw that and was like "WOW... I should read these." A good half of the reviews said they wish they could give 0 stars in which case their rating would probably drop down to about .6 stars. This alarmed me quite a bit. So I contacted Lasership to make sure I would get my delivery today around 3pm. After ~20 mins on hold, I spoke to a woman and she said it was out for delivery. She seemed very helpful, and even put me on hold so she could "Contact the driver with my phone number so they could call me when they were delivering my item". After about 5 minutes she came back and said SHE had spoken with the driver. I was a little reassured and thanked her and hung up. So I waited somewhat patiently( still anxious, I was checking the tracking every 20-30 minutes) until 7:30 pm, my package showed as "Delivered" and was signed by for "Front Door". I rushed outside..... nothing. I immediately called the Lasership phone number since I knew that I would be waiting about 20 minutes and waited outside just in case the driver was in the complex and just hadn't found my place yet (Even though they had my number and should have called me before delivery). Finally spoke to someone at Lasership customer service and was said they would launch a 48 hour investigation. Alas, I paid for "SameDay delivery"( which after my call to Amazon is being refunded) and got "Non-delivery". I mean... they're basically the "Newman" (from Sienfeld) of carrier services.
I would never hope for people to lose their jobs... but this company deserves to go bankrupt and be bought by another company that knows how to train their employees to provide the services that they promise.

When I check shipment tracking and see that it's Lasership, I know immediately that my package will NOT be delivered. I have never had a package delivered successfully when the carrier chosen is Lasership. I don't understand how they are still a functioning business with the lack of standards they have.

Terrible Service from the beginning to the customer representatives thru phone. I was updated by amazon about the package that I was supposed to get the same day that LASERSHIP -"Delivery could not be completed - Additional information required" -Here is the tracking LP20725608. Called them and was on hold for 20mns before a rep picked up the line. I was told next that they could not locate me using google maps, then I was like really? so apparently the rep said that their google maps is different from others....At this point my patience is starting to drop. Then the rep told me that he will tell the driver about my number so they can contact me directly....I was placed on hold again for good 10mns. There was no solution after all cause now the rep is telling me that the driver is on route and its almost 8pm so they are about to close. At the end, I was told to wait till tomorrow to try to get in touch with them again. You guys dropped the ball on this one and now as a customer, my expectations was not met accordingly. I was at least hoping for some kind customer service from this company but was given a dead end at my cost. You have all the information from my name, address and contact number but no one try to reach out. Hopefully you can continue this kind of business and learn from this kind of situations.

Horrible service. No communication, whatsoever, about why my package is late. No updates on the site, either. Days come and go and no deliveries. My kids' holiday gifts are under their protection and I'm not sure I'll see them by the 26th.

I was expecting a same day delivery from Amazon and the carrier was Lasership that was Wednesday Oct 26, As of today Sat oct 29 I have yet to receive my package . They would text me and say out for delivery.
I emailed the company as well as called the main office in Richmond Va.
I had to reorder from Amazon
However what happened to my first package
They are the worst carrier , they have 348 complaints on their site

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].     A resolution to my complaint was received from [redacted], and I'm certain its's because I was persistent in letting both sides know that I was getting the short end of the stick.  Both initially sent me to the other respective company.  This was not good, and not fair to me, the customer, after I had paid hard earned cash for Christmas gift, that I never received, and would now have to search for another deal. 
While I accept, and appreciate the letter of acknowledgement from Manager Didier M[redacted]; I have a few suggestions for consideration.   I strongly suggest that the Manager view the numerous complaints against their company.  The D- rating for LaserShip from Revdex.com is most definitely something to be  considered.  As a customer, I check the ratings of business before buying.  I would also ask that the company consider updating the website such as in my case.  If the website had been updated to reflect what I had been told verbally, and in writing, [redacted] could have assisted me.  
I had never heard of LaserShip before December 2, 2016, and since reading the numerous negative complaints, I know that I will now ask who the carrier is before placing future orders.

Absolutely the worst shipping company out there. If you see a company using this service you should just cancel your order as soon as possible.
I have yet to receive an order that was shipped with lasership and I've had quiet a few.
And the customer service is also the worst they just say that there is nothing they can do to find my package and there is no reimbursement for lost packages.

Multiple orders from A[redacted] and Z[redacted] use this service to "deliver" packages. The packages are in "employees" personal vehicles, and are left curbside, in the driveway, or never make it to their destination. They are marked "delivered to door" when through video surveillance this is never the case with this crappy company. I have cancelled my Amazon Prime membership as a result of them using Lasership for the delivery in CT. I cringe when I see that Lasership will be delivering a package to my door, because I know there is only a 50/50 chance of it making it near my home, and never to the door.

I am rejecting this response because: the additional refund amount was not addressed. As stated in the complaint, I was refunded by [redacted], however when I re-ordered the the exact items that were mis-delivered, not lost as indicated by Lasership, I paid additional monies. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of 53 cent, which is the difference between the items that were mis-delievered by Lasership and the items I had to reorder at a higher price. If the manager that responded to this inquiry is unable to approve the refund, please provide the contact information for the next level manager.

I was a little afraid after I read all the reviews regarding leadership and having amazon send my package to the.. you know what? I have NEVER been more pleased. My deliveries are even faster than ups and FedEx and they leave them right at my door. I really wish all my deliveries were handled so work. Thank you.
