We've been using Temperature Control Inc (TC) since we totally replaced our hvac system May much to our satisfaction I only review when I am impressed and needless to say we were very impressed with [redacted] He may look like he hasn't been in the business very long, but he has an immense amount of knowledge If you have a "Chas" house he can fix it! We had an ongoing leak issue due to three different metals being used in the outside connection, copper to brass coupling, to aluminum line and it was leaking continually until [redacted] came along and welded the copper to aluminumHe is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable If I am not mistaken he mentioned that he is the only tech at TC who can do this particular task [redacted] is also very thorough and made us feel confident that our problem was now fixed
The technicians I've had so far have been efficient and professional and able to explain quite clearly what problems your a/c and heating units are experiencing Options offered are good

I recently switched to Temperature Control and signed a yearly maintenance contract I was using another HVAC company in Green Valley that I used for over years but was finding them becoming unreliable The staff and technicians were prompt, efficient, very informative and responsiveWhen they came out they found things that were "overlooked" by my previous provider I highly recommend Temperature Control for your HVAC needs
This company has failed to return funds owed to me for a cancelled service contract In September of 2015, I had a problem with my air conditioner, (a startup capacitor) and a technician and the owner of Temp-con came to service the AC This company handed me papers that said they had an A+ rating with the Revdex.com which I believed, I guess I should have looked at the Revdex.com website before I signed upThey pressured me into purchasing a service contract with them telling me how much money I was going to save so I signed up for years of service and paid $2,654.00, which I paid in advance They were supposed to come two times per year and service my AC and hot water heater They came one time and told me that my AC was leaking and sold me a couple hundred dollars of Freon which I believe was fraudulent because the AC hadn't leaked before or after that event They didn't remember to come for the second service so after a couple times of reminding them, they came and serviced the AC and h
I had a heating problem with a roof-located furnace, they came and gave me an estimate, set up a repair date, came and fixed the problem. The service people called ahead of time to say they were running late, which was a really helpful considerate thing to do.
Temperature Control advised me prior to my appointment by text and email the name of the technician with a picture and his estimated arrival time [redacted] called me and advised when he was on his way He was very friendly and professional I'm very pleased with the service I received

The next day I wasted taking other bids and got nothing but a head acheI called *** back and within hours *** came out to measure and pick up a down payment but I wasn't ready with the right check so he came back when I was, at dinner time, wearing a smile
Two days later *** and *** show up at exactly at 8:am and introduced themselves and got right to workNot a lazy bone in their bodiesThey worked hard for six hours overcoming unforeseen obstacles that could only be done with training and experience
