BewareFirst person here said I needed sensor and refrigerant in AprilHe had me sign up for there maintenance agreement instead of me paying a really high bill for his serviceThen in June my A/C wasn't working properlyI called and them and they sent out another techHe said the unit was overcharged and took out Freon the previous tech had put inI don't know if even really needed sensors eitherI was scammedI was able to talk them into doing half the maintenance agreementSince then there maintenance has been good
Temperature control is a great company to work with They were very competitive and when it came time for the check up, they called me to make the appointment I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again
I have been with this company since the original owner was a one man companyI miss *** who was a great individualI continue to work with them under the leadership of the new owner *** Last July I installed Ac systems on my Apartments.All the people are super and their prices are unbeatable Great people and great company with excellent serviceI give them 5+

An appointment for routine checkup was made easily by phone , and promptly confirmed by emailA reminder was sent by email the day before the appointment; the technician called about an hour before the scheduled time and arrived on time
He, ***, introduced himself and started right to workI watched and was impressed with hi knowledge and skillIt was a pleasure to see a workman perform/complete his task efficiently and without complaint about anything
*** was on time, courteous, did a through check of our furnace and checked out the water heater and told us what to do to keep everything running smoothly He was veery professional We have been using temperature control for years and are always very happy with them and their service people
My AC was broken on June 5th I called Somebody from Temperature Control, IncHe came try to do something and proposed me maintenance program for one year $each months we agreed for thatThe same day they did some job the AC went down again I called him and he said he had nothing to do I need a new AC unitHe never came back or call me to check all he wanted was to make me buy the new unit fromTwo day later I called somebody to check and that was only fan motor I don't know why he still taking money out of my account(see hard copy online)
I used temperature control to maintain an older HVAC system and when it needed replacing temperature control put in a New Lennox system for me and they check it and maintain it twice yearly and I have had nothing but excellent service from temperature control

Was happy with the responsiveness when I asked for a certificate of insurance and happy with the model and finance choices Bravo to the whole Temperature Control Incfor your professionalism and high standards which exceeded our expectations! I only review when I am impressed and needless to say we were very impressed with *** ** He may look like he hasn't been in the business very long, but he has an immense amount of knowledge If you have a "Chas" house he can fix it! We had an ongoing leak issue due to three different metals being used in the outside connection, copper to brass coupling, to aluminum line and it was leaking continually until *** came along and welded the copper to aluminumHe is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable If I am not mistaken he mentioned that he is the only tech at TC who can do this particular task*** is also very thorough and made us feel confident that our problem was now fixed
We had the annual service performed on our HVAC and heater*** did a great job!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficientHe even cleaned the coils and showed me how to do it myselfCouldn't have asked for better serviceThis is a great company

Would not recommend this company the technicians they have repair your unit try and use You Tube to diagnose and repair
