Temp-Con service technicians who try to falsly sell yr service contractsDishonest practices by service company
Their technicians *** ***) are dishonest and management in their service department are very shady and cannot be trustedWe hired this company for any standard A/C installationThey came out and replaced a existing split systemDuring installation their technicians installed a condensate sensor and pump that failed within a year (causing flooding) and they forgot to install a filter housing so filter was loose inside the furnace blowerVery Poor workmanship
Main issue is with service technicians who try to force customers to agree to a year maintenance agreement costing $We declined this year service agreement only to find out the service technician and service manager scheduled their annual service visits anywaysWe told them we did not hire them for year manitenance service They said they would forward to collectionsNo service agreement

On 7/14/Temperature Control, IncInstalled a Multi Zone Mini Split System, One Mini Split Head
Fujitsu *** was Installed Incorectly resulting in Damage to the Ceiling and the Unit Head Plastic Housing Repetetive attempts have been made Contacting the Business but the Business does not take action to Rectify the Issue
Temperature Control sent *** to my home to do the first heater check after my new ton unit was installedHe was outstandingHis service was much better than what I received from the business that installed and serviced the unit that Temperature Control replacedHe's lived in Arizona for many years and knows what HVAC units here needHe was much better than the guys from the Northwest US the other business sent out to maintain the unit that had to be replaced after less than yearsThey clearly did maintenance the wrong wayI'd recommend *** and Temperature Control to anybody who needs a HVAC unit installed or servicedI also liked talking with *** in the officeShe was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job
Temperature Control advised me prior to my appointment by text and email the name of the technician with a picture and his estimated arrival time *** ** called me and advised when he was on his way He was very friendly and professional I'm very pleased with the service I received
Personally I have experienced star service from *** *** a maintenance tech who works for Temperature Control, Inc*** responds immediately to any issue or concern
The technician arrived in a timely mannerThey explained what they would be doingAfter the service, the technician explained the results of the inspection and the recommendationsThe technician was very professionalI would recommend this company
***, This Guy was the cherry on top of the whole jobHe came out to spray seal the duct work($1500.00) After inspecting the attic he saw problems with the way it was routed, rust, and leaks in jointsHe explained it all to me and went back to the shop to get the materials to replace half the duct systemNow long story short it saved me almost $They are sending me a checkWho does that? Many companies claim to be Christian based but this one really isThank God there is hope in the world and this Company shows it

On November 28th their service man came to check my equipment which was installed by them in April for $7,on Novth I paid $for the service call
On December 28, a serviceman from southwest gas came out to check why I was using an unusual amount of gasHe checked and said wait for my gas bill
On December 29th the bill arrived for $I immediately called Southwest gas and they sent a man right outTheir man found out that my air conditioner and furnace were hooked up wrong and were running at the same timeHe told me to call tempControl and to tell them it was an emergency and they would come out immediatelyIt was pm and the service man arrived at pm to fix the problem
I showed the maintenance man my gas bill and he agreed with me that I should get compensation
On January 9th I had my gas and electricity bill so I figured the
We had our semi-annual inspection today and got a positive report even though our unit is getting up in years Our service person was *** * and as always he was very professional, neat and friendly He explained every part of the inspection and went over some things (like changing the filters) that might help us keep our unit running for a while longer
*** was polite and friendly and took the time to do what seemed like a thorough inspection of our unit
I also appreciate the emails TC sends with a photo of the technician and an estimate of arrival time
We purchased our Trane heat pump from Temperature Control and have used them for service as wellOur recent visit was done by *** *** who did a thorough job cleaning the coils and making sure that the heater would work once the temperatures dropHe was very knowledgeable and helpfulIt is a pleasure doing business with Temp Con!
