Ms*** signed up on 10/23/2017. She called on 10/23/and was offered a free month which she accepted. The agent told her that the next billing date would be 11/30/and that she should call before the next billing if she wanted to cancelMs*** called on 11/30/after the
account was billed. She requested to cancel and refund. She was immediately canceled. As a courtesy we have refunded her as well. As for the Walmart card, there was never any conversation or discussion about a Walmart card. We have no idea what she is referring to regarding that

Ms*** called us after her trial had ended and agreed to continue the service for free for a month. We are sorry that she did not find the added free benefits of use. The free month ended on December 29th. Ms.*** called on December 31st. We canceled her
that day. A refund has been processed in the amount of $39.90. Ms*** should see the credit on her account within to days

Ms*** indicated she did indeed sign up for our services on 07/for a day trialShe did not call to cancel until 07/which was outside of the trial periodShe was cancelled on that date but per our terms of service which she agreed to during sign up, she was not eligible for a refund
As a courtesy, we have issued a refund for $29.95, please allow 7-business days for the refund to process

Ms*** signed up for our program on July 9, In doing so, she provided her digit card number and her card's cvv codeDuring the signup, she provided the same name, phone, and email address that she provided on their Revdex.com complaint. The IP address from which she sign up is
located in Rochester, MI. During the sign up, Ms*** agreed to our terms and conditions, as well as our prices which are clearly and conspicuously posted both on our home page and unavoidably on our order page. Ms*** was sent an email to the email address she provided reminding her that she signed up, and again outlined what she would be charged for the program, and when the charges would be issued. Ms*** passed Level screening, designed by the credit bureaus to confirm the users identityWhen Ms***, called us on 12/to request a refund from her charge in September 2017, we gave her that refund that day. Now Ms***is requesting a refund of additional charges. As a courtesy, we will refund the additional chargesPlease allow 7-days for the refund to process

We have issued refunds on 11/in the amounts of $and $, refunds can take up to business days to process

Mr*** signed up on 10/10/He provided his digit credit card number and cvv codeHe also agreed to our terms and conditions, as well as our prices which are clearly and conspicuously posted both on out home page and unavoidably on our order pageThis includes the length of the trial,
when it ends, and how much he will be charged when it endsAfter signup, he received a welcome email that outlined the payment terms including the cost after the trial. Mr*** called on 10/16/during his trial, and agreed to continue the service for free for one month. The first month bill was delayed until November 18th and he was told to call before that date to avoid being charged the $Mr*** reviewed his scores from the three credit bureaus. It is our understanding that the complaint is that the scores where higher than he expectedThe scores come direct from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion and are not controlled by us While Mr*** is not eligible to a refund based on our terms of service, as a courtesy we will refund Mr***.Because his complaint is that his score was too high, which is not in our control and because he did not cancel prior to the end of the trial and end of the free additional month, we respectfully request that this complaint is removed as invalid

Mr***'s day trial period ended on October 19, We show no requests to cancel prior to October 20, On that day Mr*** did call and request cancellation of his account, and he was cancelled at that timeAs a courtesy we have issued of $Please allow 7-business days for the
refund to process

Ms*** signed up for the day trial on 12/10/2017. Clearly and conspicuously it stated on the home page and the order page “To Cancel Call (866) 331-0735”. Ms*** did in fact call to cancel on 12/16/2017, the 6th day of the trial. The cancellation call was short and
cordial, and at no point was the customer service representative rude or unprofessional, nor did the representative refuse to cancel the services. She was successfully cancelled on that call and was provided a cancellation confirmation number. She also was sent an email confirming the cancellationShe was never charged the monthly fee because she canceled during the trial period, and as such her claim that we refused to refund for unwanted services in without meritBecause Ms*** agreed to the terms of the offer, which includes to cancel call our toll free number, and because when she called the toll free number, we immediately canceled her service on that first and only call she made to us, and because we did cancel her two days before she filed the complaint with the Revdex.com, we ask that this complaint be made invalid and removed.Additionally, we are concerned as to the true nature and motivation of the signup, cancellation and this complaint. Ms*** has made a warrant less complaint, including defamatory statements in her complaint by stating that clickyourscores.com is not a legit company, and has further hyperlinked to several third party complaint sites that reference the word “scam”. These types of defamatory comments are clear violations of the Revdex.com Submission Rules, and the third party hyperlinks themselves also appear to be violations of the Revdex.com Hyperlinking Terms of Use. The third party sites are in no way authored by or connected Ms***’s current unsubstantiated claims, and as such, the Revdex.com is not the correct forum to dispute the content on the third party sites, nor should the Revdex.com be used to drive traffic to unsubstantiated and content on the third party sites. It appears that Ms*** is not actually looking to resolve a complaint, but instead she is attempting to use the Revdex.com as a forum to legitimize falsehoods about our company and provide hyperlinks to third party sites that allow the posting of intentionally reviews about companies such as us, and even the Revdex.com (here is an example on one about the Revdex.com https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/Revdex.com-of-utah/nationwide/Revdex.com-of... with all due respect, we request that this and unsubstantiated complaint be removed

From: *** *** Date: Sat, Nov 18, at 2:PMSubject: Complaint number 12510254To: "[email protected]" After filing a complaint with your complany yesterday I also send a complaint via the company in questions website.
I was emailed back to call billing. I called today and again was told that I could not get a refund. I was also informed that the agent I spoke to yesterday was not in fact a supervisor as she told me when I requested. Also my membership is only active until November 21st instead of December 13th since I canceled. I paid for days instead of the days that's stated on the website. This company is a scam and who know what else since it contains our SSNs. When I asked for a supervisor today I was told that they could not speak to me. I also did a google search on this company and find more than complaints about how they are refusing to cancel memberships and taking the money. This is a serious problem *** ***

Ms*** signed up on November 18th for a day trial. Her first billing was on the eighth day on November 26th. The only call we have for this customer is on December 1st. The customer initially called requesting to be canceledShe was canceled at that
time. The agent provided a cancellation number and an email was sent confirming the cancellation. We have no record of the other calls mentioned in the complaint. We apologize to Ms***. We have issued a refund to Ms*** for $Please allow to days to process

Our records indicate that Ms*** signed up for our service on 10/6/(the date she states in her complaint)At that time she provided her full 16-digit card number and other billing information (which matches the information she provided in her complaint)Furthermore, Ms*** passed an
Lidentity verification which is given by the credit bureau and verifies the identity of the consumerAdditionally, Ms*** logged in and accessed her account with us multiple times.Ms*** called on 11/22/requesting to be canceled and refundedShe was canceled that day. No further charges were made to her card. The total charges from enrollment to cancellation was $80.80, not $as Ms*** stated. Ms*** is not entitled to a refund, however as a courtesy we have refunded her all the charges made by us, totaling $80.80. If Ms*** can provide a copy of her credit card statement to show us the additional $38.90, and if it is a charge from us, we will refund that as well

Ms*** signed up on 3/7/2018. She did call on 3/8/and agreed to remain active with the service for the remainder of the trial period in order to use some of the features. She understood she would need to call back before 3/15/if she wanted to cancel.Ms*** called back
on 3/15/2018, after the first month fee was charged. She was canceled that day. A refund was issued the following day 3/16/

As stated by Ms***, and as the records indicate, she signed up on 4/5/for a day trialHer account was then cancelled the next day on 4/6/18. Ms***’s account was never charged for the monthly service, nor will it be. Our phone number is on our website and
works. Our phone number was also provided in the welcome email as well.Because Ms*** was canceled the day after she signed up, and because she was never charged for the monthly service, therefore there is no funds to return, and because our phone number was provided and works, we respectfully ask that the complaint be made invalid
