Work NOT preformed as described in contract. Numerous attempts to contact company to resolve since work was done in May.
May 18th 2018, contract agreed upon. Work was preformed when I was out of town, not on the day set with Leaf Filter and myself. Work was not done as described in the contract. Another crew came out, reviewed the work that was done and said they did not have the products to fix the issues. They thought it was just going to be some adjustments. When they saw that the work was not done correctly at all, they said it would have to be taken off and replaced. (First week of July) I had to call several times to get a response, when I finally did, they scheduled July 31st to come back out. I took a day off of work. Leaf Filter did not show up and did not call.

Desired Outcome

Remove the product. Put my gutters back in good condition...

We are in communication with the customer and working on getting a date set for service. We are available on Thursday, 8/9 if the customer can please confirm with our installation and service team.

The product does not perform properly. After many calls and emails,customer service is almost non- existent.
I purchased this product on 4/28/2018 with a signed contract. Installation was performed on 5/2/2018 and a paid in full check for $5,000.00 was given to the installer. Approx. one week later we got our first good rain. The new "Leaf Filter" gutter system was completely overwhelmed. The water ran over the system in many places as if there were no gutters. There were areas overflowing so badly, I feared it would lead to basement flooding. I immediately called the Leaf Filter headquarters located *** Service Phone *** and spoke to ***. She assured me she would contact the office who installed our system (Leaf Filter North of North Carolina *** Phone:***. I also contacted my sales rep. Chris O (***) who also said he would contact the *** office. This local office finally sent out a service rep. named Levi L on 5/23/18 who took pictures and discussed the various problems. Mr L told us our system was not properly installed and that his office would send out another installer to correct all problems. That was 23 days ago and many heavy rains later with no follow-up calls or any sign of an installer. Any actions the "***" may take to correct this problem, will be greatly appreciated. We just want this system to work as advertised and guaranteed by "Leaf Filter". No more no less.

This on Case #***. I would like to reopen my case with Leaf Filter. The job is not complete.
Dan from the Leaf Filter service department called @3:00pm on 6/15/2018 to set up an appointment for the service men to come out to complete the job on June 18, 2018. The work men did come out that morning (June 18 ) but they did not have the material with them and was not even aware that they were to bring the new material to complete the job. So they did nothing. Leaf Filter service department wasted my time as well as the workers time.

Than Dan called at 1:52 pm on June 28, 2018 and said the material was in, so we set up an appointment for their service men to come out to complete the job. The appointment was to be between 9:00am to 11:00am on July 6, 2018, they never showed up and did not even called. The service department did not even have the courtesy to call us to let us know they would not show up. We feel they do not feel our time has any value. Since I paid $5,000.00 to have a job done all I get for my money is a company that does not care to give me what they said I would get. Just the run around is all I get.

We have reached out to the customer and agreed to additional follow up service, which we are executing today at the customer's home. If the customer should have any further concerns or questions, she need only reach out to our Service Department at ***.

Not a very good product. Mesh openings in screening material on top of gutter are too small. Rain runs across the top of the filter and goes down behind the gutter as well as in front of the gutter. This is bad for the house and bad for vegetation/landscape on ground. Not very good customer support. They promise to call back in 24 hours but often do not return calls. Repeat service visits to our home have NOT corrected the water runoff problem.

Paid $3290 in Sept. 2017 for Leaf Guard screens. Bad product. Poor initial installation. Repeat problems with water runoff behind/in front gutters
Incomplete/poor initial installation in Sept. 2017. Missed one corner of house gutter. Continuing problems with water running off behind and in front of gutters/across the screen rather than down into the gutters. Problem is worst where there are valleys where two roof lines meet. Runoff not good for the house and not good for the plants and landscaping around the house. I have made repeated calls to the company with empty promises that they would call me back. Very difficult to reach a manager who can authorize a refund and removal. Apparently they know the fine mesh of their gutter screening causes this runoff problem since they installed a wider mesh in some of the problem areas on a previous service call. I still have water runoff problems. I am done with this company and their product.

Desired Outcome

$3290 and complete removal of the product from my home.

The Leaf Filter representative will be at my home on Thursday, 6/7, not Wednesday, 6/6. I want this leaf screen product removed from my home and I want my money back. The leaf screen does not allow water to flow easily into the gutter and water runs behind and in front of the gutter. I have had a very difficult time in getting a response and action from Leaf Filter. I cannot recommend this product to anyone in North Carolina. I am still waiting for my money and for this poor product to be taken off of my gutters.

As of today's date, June 13, 2018, I have received no proposed solution/resolution to my complaint. I am waiting to get my $3290 back and for the company to send someone to take this terrible product off of my gutters.

Poor installation of product, and failure to come back and fix the issues
I met with their salesman, Braden M, on 5/8/18 and we signed a contract for installation of their product on my house stating the gutters would be cleaned along with the downspouts, that they would Seal all existing, repair any damage to gutter and downspouts, redesign as needed, install hidden hangers, MONEY BACK NO CLOG WARRANTY and clean up the job site. Installation set for 5/10 and crew showed up at the end of the day on a Friday 5/11/18. They spent 45 minutes there when I was told it takes 3-4 hours, and left. After daily rains, I noticed raising shingles (which I was told was a benefit of their product, that it would NOT touch my shingles) warped, gapped gutter guards and NO water coming from 5 of the 6 downspouts during heavy rains. The crew obviously did a rush job, did not clear the down spouts and did an extremely poor overall job. I left a voice mail with the sales rep on 5/15/18 with my problems and he said to call customer service and he would be by on 5/16/18. On 5/16/18, I called customer service, and no one showed up at the house as promised. On 5/16/18, I texted the salesman with pictures showing the downspouts with dry leaves where there was obviously no water flow. He said the service manager would call soon and was told they would call within 24 hours. On 5/18/18, no one had called, so I called the customer service number and they had someone call me back. On Friday 5/18/18, Darren H called me back. He was very pleasant, said they were extremely back logged with "call backs" and could not scheduled me until Monday when he would call me back to find a service date. I told him that it was raining heavy daily, my shingles were raised up in multiple locations and wanted him to escalate me and get a service schedule to fix my issues. He promised a call back on Monday 5/21/18. I texted the salesman on Friday 5/18/18 asking for help due to the rains and my shingles being raised by their product, and he did not respond. On Tuesday 5/22/18, I texted the salesman again and he again did not respond. As of Wednesday 5/23/18, I have still not received a call back to schedule service.

Desired Outcome

I have requested a crew come back to fix the issues that are promised. I also want to file a claim for the "MONEY BACK NO CLOG GUARANTEE" as I have pictures of 5 of the 6 downspouts not pouring water during heavy rains. I told the salesman that I was disappointed with his promises and at this point would like them to just remove their product as it is causing more problems than controlling the water. I can't anyone to respond to me, and now that they have my money, they are ignoring me. I have waited patiently for over a week when they promise a call back within 24 hours. I have also filed a dispute with my bank on the charges due to breech of contract.

Problems are still not fixed. Service tech came out Monday evening and was not able to fix anything as they are only allowed to climb 24 ft, and the gutters are higher. Spoke with Darren about setting another appointment for the install group to come out and fix the issues. Darren wanted group to come on Saturday 6/9/18, but I advised him I was out of town and asked what other days were available. He said SATURDAY very rudely and said I would have to wait until next week otherwise. I told him that was fine, but he couldn't give me a date, until next Monday.

They definitely only want to work me in their schedule and aren't taking any efforts to put this to rest. It's bad that a service guy could not fix my issues, due to their internal policy and I will not be able to ever use the service guy for service, based on the height. I do not want to continually have this issue when service is needed (or in this case, to fix the poor installation issues).

I have had to call repeatedly to get them to even set up the initial service call yesterday, only to be disappointed that he could barely reach the rear gutter, but could not fix it. He said the original hangers should have been removed, as they have an arch and the guards can't fit correctly with them in place. . This is still not fixed and issues are still present.

Due to all these issues, poor customer service, and lack of response to my multiple calls, I would like the guards removed from my house and refund of my money. The salesman overstated numerous things, and this has been a total disaster. Now they have my money, there is no interest in fixing these items unless they are in my area.

When the last service tech came out on 6/3/18, he said it is their policy that the service dept tech's can not climb more than 24 feet. Being that my gutters are all over that height (which was noted on the initial install) I will always have this issue when trying to set up service. I was not told this by the sales person, who said I can call customer service when needed and a service tech will come out. That is not true!

I do have an install crew scheduled to come on 6/12/18, but if history repeats itself, they will not show, and I will have to make repeated calls begging for help with this issue.

I have asked that the units be removed, and a refund is issued. This has been going on for a month, and to date is still not fixed. During this time, my shingles are raised up, water getting under them, and the company does nothing to help me out. I do not want to go through this anytime service is needed. They say customer service will have someone call you back within 24 hours, but that is not true. I have had to make multiple calls, file complaints with the Revdex.com and all their personnel have their voicemail boxes full and can't accept any messages. The only time I get a response is when I update the complaint with the Revdex.com or when I filed a dispute with my bank on the charges.

I don't see this getting any better, and again request for them to remove the filters, return my money and move on. They insist that they need to come out, and look at it, document the issues and then run it up the ladder. I would prefer that happen now, and the crew coming out on 6/12/18 can remove their product.

If I can not get their guards removed and receive a refund, my next step will be to file a civil suit for deceptive sale practices and breach of contract to recover my money, and damages to my house from their product.

To date, the company's only response to the Revdex.com is that someone is coming out, and they have not tried to get this issue resolved for me.

When I got home on the 26th it was dark and raining so I do not review the work. The Installer picked up the payment at 9pm that night for $3,250.00. It wasn't until that Saturday that I was able to look at the gutter system installation job. There was pieces of metal shavings, nails and brackets all around the house, on the driveway and patio. The Downspouts are too short and end 6 to 9 inches above the ground and one of them end over the top of a wooden step. I called on Saturday and left a voice mail message. No one called me back. So I called again on May 3rd and spoke to Darrel. He said someone would be out May 8th to review my concerns. No one showed, I called on May 8 and they said there was a mix up and would be out tomorrow May 9th, again No one showed. I called Dick M and he said the Guy had a blown tire but he assured me his 'BEST man" would be out May 10th between 7-7:30am. At 8:00am Dick called and said the Guy went to the wrong house. While I was at work that day Brad called and said he was coming out. When I got home I did not see any change or note, so I called Dick and he checked into things and called me back and said Brad was out there and took pictures and he was going to the office to review them. Dick called back again and said he saw the pictures and agreed with my concerns and said he would get back to me. Here it is May 15th and Dick has not called back and I have left many messages on his cell phone, the office phone and with the Service Dept. and no one has called back to let me know when these issues will be addressed.

I would like the downspouts replaced with a smaller, longer size and the Front door Downspout angled under the steps.

Purchased this product in January 2018. It uses contractors to install the product. The installer did not do a good job of cleaning and did not check the pitch, (per a service tech who responded to a complaint of leaks).Have had the techs here four times. The last time he was pulled off the job before he was finished. Was told that a service manager would call next day, Did not happen. I called again, was told the mgr. would call. Did not happen. Very slipshod company, promise the world, gives you crap. Think twice before using. I have given up on their service.

My experience getting a quote from Leaf Filter was a nightmare. He began with a quote of over $7,000 to install clogless gutters on my house. He kept lowering the price, and then I had to decide immediately whether to say yes or no. He agreed to give me 2 hours to think about it and lowered the price to $3,690. I did not trust him, or his company at all. Consumers need to be aware of the pricing techniques they use.

Several visits w/ pics of problem. No return or calls. 2 weeks ago a promise for service to call and nothing yet. I advised I was going to contact Revdex.com
On 5/30/2017, sales rep Doug T came at our request to estimate our home for Leaf Filter. We liked it so we paid the $8875.00 to have it installed. Mr. T kept saying over and over how reliable Leaf Filter is and that NO ONE has ever had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. HE also said numerous times that if there were any clogs Leaf Filter will refund the whole purchase price. At this time I started wondering why he kept saying this. We told him ALL we want is if it's broke, fix it!! The installers came in 2 days and did a great job. It rained within a week of installation and the same issue we bought the system for still happened. On the front of the house the gutter pours over even with a slight rain. I called Mr. T since it was such a short period since install. Mr. T said to call customer service that he could not help me.... but he did say if I had any questions to call him. Well this is what I called him for ( a question).
I called customer service and they promptly came out and sprayed something in the leaking gutter. When it rained again it still leaks, again customer service. This time they took pictures. Heard nothing back, so After a couple of weeks I called again. They said the tech that took pictures had been in a car wreck after he left here and the pictures were lost. So they sent the tech back to take more pictures. A couple of weeks went by and I called again. In this conversation the person told me the pitch is off on the gutter and I would need to have a downspout installed. I told him the home is 40 years old and has never had a downspout there and the gutter had worked. ( this is a porch cover that is 15' tall or more with columns) a downspout would look aweful in this situation. In the contract it is written out by Mr. T that gutter pitch will be adjusted. Time went by again with no response. I called again on 9/5/17 or 9/6/17. This time the person told me the complaint had been closed. So she took my information and said a service Manager would call me shortly. This is 9/19/17 and NO ONE has called. I called this morning to find out what is going on and the person on the phone said she would have some one call me. Now there is a clog on the back of the house and the system is 3 months old.

Desired Outcome

We want these 2 issues fixed as stated in the contract and 1/2 (4,438.00) of our money refunded. I have been very patient with this company and took my time to keep contacting them with no results. This is very poor business practice for the amount of money they were paid for their service. The Leaf Filter life time warranty need to also remain in place.

I NEED TO UPDATE YOU ON MY TOTAL FRUSTRATION. I HAD LEAFFILTER GUARDS PUT ON MY HOME ON 8-10-17. IT RAINED ON 8-15-17 AND CAME OVER MY GUTTERS AND SOAKED AND POURED WATER IN ON MY WOODEN PORCH. I CONTACTED THE MAIN NUMBER (***) AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE INSTALLER TO CONTACT ME BACK, BUT HE DIDN'T. SO SARAH W CONTACTED ME AND SHE SENT OUT A GUY NAMED JOSH. HE CARRIED A WATER HOSE OVER TO THE GUTTERS AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD TO BE WET DOWN GOOD BEFORE THEY COULD WORK. BY THIS TIME, I HAD ALREADY HAD A HARD RAIN 3 TIMES AND FLOODED MY PORCH. I CONTACTED SARAH AND INFORMED HER OF WHAT JOSH HAD SAID, AND SHE LET ME KNOW, THAT SHE HAD NEVER HEARD OF THAT EITHER. SINCE THEN WE HAVE BEEN HAVING SOME HARD RAINS AND MY PORCH GETS FLOODED, AND MY CHAIRS GET WET, THIS IS WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE I HAD THE LEAF FILTER INSTALLED. I HAVE CONTACTED SARAH W 8-17-17 @ 2 O'CLOCK, NO ANSWER, CALLED AGAIN 2:30 AND SHE RETURNED MY CALL. SHE SAID SHE HAD TO CHECK SOMETHING AND WOULD CALL BACK, BUT NEVER DID. I CALLED HER AGAIN ON THE 18 @ 9:30 AND TOLD HER I WANTED MY MONEY BACK, AFTER THAT, SHE INFORMED ME THAT HER BOSS WOULD CALL ME, (I THINK HIS NAME WAS DAMON, UNSURE) AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD A GOOD WORKING CREW AND HE WOULD SEND THEM RIGHT OUT TO MAKE THINGS GOOD. THE ABOVE LETTER WAS SENT TO SARAH W AT 8:15 AM 8-31-17. LATER MOM RECEIVED A CALL FROM SARAH'S BOSS (DAMON?) AND HE SAID HE WANTED TO COME OUT AND SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. MOM DIDN'T TRUST HIM, BECAUSE HE WAS THE SAME ONE THAT PROMISED TO SEND A CREW OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM EARLIER. SO SHE TOLD HIM NO, NOT UNLESS HE BROUGHT SOME MONEY FOR ALL THE TROUBLE SHE HAS HAD. HE SAID, WELL HE WOULD CHECK INTO IT.

THE INSTALLER WAS PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY, THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE DRAIN SPOUTS, I HAVE HAD THIS INVESTIGATED. THE LEAKAGE WILL COME IN OVER 3 FEET ON MY PORCH AND BELONGINGS, AND THEY WILL NOT FIX IT OR RETURN MY MONEY. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED.

GRIEVANCE:
My gutter have been leaking every since this product was installed. they have tried multiple times to fix to no avail.
I purchased leaf filter in August of 2017 and have had nothing but trouble since then. I have called leaf filter multiple times to come and fix the many issues I'm having. Leaf Filter has called me on more than one instance to say they would be at my house on a certain date and time and didn't call or show up. there has been at least 5 or 6 visits to my house to fix this inferior product and it never is fixed properly. I have called and asked my Grandson to help me get a refund from the company because they kept giving me the run around. I'm 87 years old and feel as Leaf Filter has taken advantage of me because of my age. I was on my porch on Friday May 18th trying to get the water off of my porch and when I went back inside my house I fell and broke my left hip and ring finger on my left hand because my feet were wet from the leaks. My grandson*** had taken over dealing with leaf filter on my behalf trying to get me a refund. I have also talked and told the man in *** office that my grandson is in charge of it from now on because its been more than enough times them coming to try to fix the issues and nothing working

Improperly installed gutters/leaf filters allowing buildup of debris on filters causing rainwater to run over top of gutters instead of into them.

The following is to the best of my memory. I wish that I had kept a log of call and response dates.

We have called Leaf Filter several times and so far no fix.

We called and were told someone would call us the next day. No one did.

We waited a few days and called and were told someone would call by the end of the week. We got a call, and the caller made an appointment. A man came out, took a couple of pictures, pounded on the gutters to shake the debris off. He then said he would send a report and we would hear from someone soon. After a couple of weeks we still hadn't heard anything. He gave me his business card with his email address so we could send additional pictures. We sent the pictures.

We called again and were told someone would call us by the end of the week. No one did.

It seems we called one other time but cannot remember for sure.

A complaint was sent to Leaf Filter on May 30th.

On June 22nd or 23rd I contacted Leaf Filter with an Email through the Leaf Filter website. I received the following back:

"This email confirms that we have received your request to contact LeafFilter Gutter Protection's Service and Support team.
We apologize if you are having concerns with your gutter protection system. With over 90,000 customers, each and every homeowner's satisfaction is important to us. Your request has been forwarded to our Service Department and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.

LeafFilter Gutter Protection"

After receiving the above email, I called and talked to LeafFilter; they said someone would call back but nobody did.

I called two or three more times and was told some one would call. And, no one called. Finally someone called and made an appointment to come out. He showed up and loosened some screws but, we didn't think it would be a fix. The gentleman said he would talk to some people and come up with a solution and call back. He did not call back.

We called again and got the same statement that someone would call. After more calls to Leaf Filter, someone (Brian, I think) called and made an appointment to come out and fix the problem on Friday July 14, 2017. On the 13th he called and said he couldn't make it on that date and wanted to reschedule on Monday the 17th and we agreed to that. No one from Leaf Filter showed up or called.

On Tuesday, July 18th, we called Leaf Filter; they said they would contact a crew and call back.

On Wednesday morning we had not yet received a call. I called Leaf Filter about 11:00am, asked to speak with Tosha, as she was the person I talked to yesterday. Was put through to her voice mail and left a message.

Wednesday, July 19th - about 1:20pm: we got a call from Leaf Filter saying Brian would be in Kingsport on Friday, July 21st, on a job and would come to our house after he finished that job. I asked what time? He replied that he didn't know.

Friday, July 21st, 5:15pm. No show, no call from Leaf Filter. Another day waiting for Leaf Filter wasted.

July 27th, still have not received call from Leaf Filter nor have they showed up to fix the gutters. I called again; the lady took my information and said someone would call back. August 7th at 4:00pm and no one has called.

Today is August 19, 2017, and we have not yet been contacted by Leaf Filter.

Product did not perform as sales agent presented. Service calls were not able to remedy the issue.
On January 28th, 2017 the Leaf Filter system was installed on our home at the purchase price of $5,283.00. The sales rep *** stated in his presentation that all employees pass criminal background check and that all down spouts and drains would be cleaned and the gutters would be sealed to prevent leakage. We later found out that Mr. is currently on the ***). After the first rain, we had massive amounts of water overflowing in several places and noticed that one of our downspouts was clogged. We attempted numerous times to have this issue corrected and despite many service calls, we are still experiencing the ongoing issues. I have spoken with*** and he refuses to issue a refund.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of $5,283.00 plus cost to repair any damage caused by installation.

We have finalized the details of our agreement with the customer and both parties have signed acknowledgement.

Project completion date, set by the company, has passed *** is still unfinished. Company is not returning calls or responding to my growing concerns.
On May 30, 2017, one of Leaf Filter's Commercial Acct. Mgrs., Chip ***, gave me an estimate to install their product. I agreed to the estimate quote ($***) and the timeline for completion. Chip state the job would be finished in 1 day and that "... in all my years of working with the company I've only known of one time that we couldn't finish an installation in 1 day".
The next day, May 31st, two workers arrived at 9 am to begin gutter protection installation process. They left at 5pm that same day stating they did not have a tall enough ladder to complete the job. Before leaving, the two workers insisted that I sign all paper work stating that the job had been completed to my satisfaction. I was not comfortable signing so they contacted their supervisor. I spoke to their supervisor by phone before they left. He assured me that someone would be there the next day (Jun 1st) to complete the job. Reluctantly, I signed the papers.
Three phone calls (two to customer service & one to Chip ***) and 16 days later, on Jun 15th, someone finally returned to my home at 12:15 pm to complete the job. One hour later, the worker informed me that he too did not have a tall enough ladder to safely complete the job. But, he said he would return later that same day with the proper equipment. It is Jun 18th and he has yet to return.
I contacted Leaf Filter's corporate offices in Cornelius, NC and Chip *** to give him/them a fourth opportunity to rectify the situation and complete the installation process only to be transferred to someone's voicemail. The job is still incomplete and the company has yet to respond to any phone calls I've made.

I request that the quoted price be adjusted to $5,000.00 in order to more accurately reflect the lack of service, responsiveness & professionalism shown by the company. The adjusted price also reflects the haphazard and unprotected condition in which the company has left the gutters on my home. One of the key selling points of their product was not only their "stellar reputation and customer service" but also how their product works as a complete system. I initially wanted only a small section of my gutters to be protected. That approach was discouraged by the salesman because, as he stated, the other sections of my gutters that were left unprotected would run the risk of clogging up and undermining the performance of their product. Hence, I agreed to have all of my gutters protected. My gutters have been partially protected for 18 days now (and counting) and have been subject to three torrential downpours since May 31st. Using the salesman's same logic/argument, their gutter protection system is already being undermined because debris has gotten into the unprotected sections of my gutters.

We Contracted Leaf Filter on 3/7/2017. Job#CHAXXXXX Paid by Check $4068 to Rep. Craig *** The Rep. detailed verbally and in writing all involved with install and how it would be done step by step with all the guarantees. The very first rainfall, rain ran over my gutters in about 4-5 area flooding some of my grounds and front entrance way. From my windows I noticed only 1 to 2 inches of my gutter top were exposed, I have 6" wide 3.5 "deep gutters. Roof shingles covered majority of gutters. I called Rep. ***to explain and he stated it would cost me $2 a ft. for 300 feet to cut shingles ($600). I stated no where in his presentation or the paperwork was it anything stated about roof shingles. I asked why didn't installer tell me or call main office. He stated they should have stopped and called their office. I spoke to Rep. ***a 2nd. time and he stated that the installers had been fired. I then asked him, what does this do for my problem? He said he forwarded the problem to his superiors. Approx. 2 weeks later I received a call from a "Brian". He said he was calling about my gutters. I stated that they want to charge me $600 to cut shingles, He stated no we don't charge. He sent a service man the next day I showed him the problem areas he said he'd fix them. He cut a short row of shingles in the back over my deck. The cut is more wavy than the beach. He then said there's a problem with water from dormers so he rigged a piece of downspout pipe in 2 spots to my gutter to stop the down flow. What this accomplished was to split the water flow in two separate directions flooding my backyard and my deck. I have run off water in my driveway and spots in my front shutting the use of my front door and also flooding my front flower beds. I have lived in this house for 9 years and have never ever had an overflow problem with my gutters even in the heaviest storms. I have made several calls to this Brian with no response. Last time I talked to Rep. ***and told him I was proceeding further he stated, "YOU GOTTA DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO". He said he would forward this to his main office. I have received zero contact regarding this problem. A problem I have never had until Leaf Filter was installed. This Rep. also never told he that I would have to keep the screens free from debris so it could receive rain water. I'm 70 years old, the purpose of installing Leaf Filters was for me to stop climbing ladders up 2 stories to clean gutters. Now I have to climb ladders to keep the Leaf Filter screens clean.

Desired Outcome

This has been an unforgettable experience and we feel as we have been ripped off from a company that does not honor their word or guarantees. Full refund and remove the product from our home as it has only made things worse. It would be very professional if a company officer would have made contact with us.

Tuesday 5/9/2017 I Received a call from Brian, the installer. He stated he had ordered the black drain pipes as I requested and his technician stated as a problem cure. Brian will call me back to set up an appt. to install when the order arrives. I will hold any response regarding this complaint until the drain pipes are installed to be sure it will completed properly. At that point I will give my response. If all is done properly, I will be more that happy to give Leaf Filter a very positive review to Revdex.com and other customers.

Today, 6/9/2017, an installer arrived at our home at 9:30 AM, his name was Kevin. He seemed very knowledgeable regarding gutters and roofing and customer oriented.
He installed larger screening at the problem points and also trimmed back shingles so these spots could receive larger amounts of rain water. He tested all problem areas with running hose water and all looked good. Too bad this couldn't have been done at the first repair visit.
At this time will state that I am satisfied with problem resolution. Complaint satisfied.
