Excellence in service and product
I have purchased using Leaseville in excess of 10 yrs. and found them to be a very reliable source for purchasing quality products and delivering with expediency, In addition very respectful in communication. I would refer them to anyone in the market for "Special Financing" needs.

The Customer Service Will Threaten to Block Customers
This company took a payment for a laptop. Used Best Buy to ship.

I received an empty and open box.

The company has treated me like a liar - insisting a "10 day investigation"

There was nothing to investigate. I gave police report number. The post master met police and reviewed footage of postal worker delivering opened box - 30 sec later I open door and see box is open and empty.

Best Buy did not treat me that way. Said they would reship.

I tried to get tracking number next day from Leaseville and they were rude and unethical.

Continued with underlying "unspoken" you must be lying tone.

2nd guy would not let me speak at all. And I just wanted new tracking number. But even though they took my money and shipped me an empty box - the solution is to threaten me for calling

Told me - the customer - " You cant call us and if you do that is harassment and your number will be blocked."

YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN THREATEN YOU.

I have used Leaseville for years. More than 7 yrs. and have NEVER had a problem with them. Leaseville has no way of knowing whether you received your item or knowing the condition the box was in when it arrived. If Best buy was willing to replace and/or re-ship, The problem must have been recognized on their end. Sometimes we, as humans, make mistakes and respond hastily. You may have gotten a disrespectful operator at leaseville but their products and services are commendable. that operator may have been having a bad day.

AMAZING SERVICE!
Truly thankful for LeaseVille for giving me the opportunity to get my computer. I was browsing their reviews before placing my order and came across this site but then saw their reviews on Google and I guess another company called ekomi and their reviews were great. I just wanted to come here and say that this is a LEGIT company, 5 stars hands down!

Poor Company
I Had Ordered a 4 Channel Swann Camera system through them had it less than a year it stopped working and I emailed them about fifteen times no return emails, I called about three different times and they had no clue what I was talking about, but yet they still wanted there payments. this was back in 2016, now they keep sending me a bill for $669.23 expecting me to pay it. I think not. leaseville can put that bill where the sun dont shine. I no longer have the camera dvr unit as it was trashed thank you leaseville for ripping me off. I think leaseville needs to be shutdown for fraudelent activities. and for selling stuff that dont work.

Usually there is an option to purchase insurance with electronics and other mechanical items. If not purchased, then they will not repair or receive items that are broken. Rent to own is always returnable if you do not want to purchase it. payments are not demanded on a rent to own basis.

Total waste of my time
I just placed an order today I have more then 6 months of positive paying history. Yet I waited until July to place another order, yet my order was cancelled. I have sent in all the requested documentation Leaseville has asked for. Leaseville, is by far the most unreasonable company I have ever worked with. This is rediculous! This company acts like everything is normal right now when we actually have a major pandemic right now the first in 100 years. I know my bank history is not perfect however, who does right now by any means but does prove our income is adequate enough to qualify for a new lease .Today, I have spoken with a company representative named Scott, in chat to send in 60 days of bank statements to that end. This should not have happened this totally unacceptable! I have repeatedly asked them to fix this I am seriously beginning to regret ordering from your company to begin with if this is how your company treats their valued customers!

Waste of Time and Poor Customer Service I placed an order on 12/05/and was approvedI proceeded with providing ALL my banking, credit/debit card info and all other applicable personal information including signing a lease agreement of which they (LEASEville) needed in order to move forward with my orderAfterwards I followed up with a phone call and spoke to customer service to ensure my order will be processed smoothly without any issuesI was reassured my order would be available for pick up after hours of placing my orderOnly to find out later that evening on 12/my order was canceled with a blanket response of "unable to verify"I am very disappointed and concerned that I shared all of my personal and financial information with a this company only to be lied to and deceived

Where is my shipment Last week I made a purchase/lease from Leaseville and have yet to receive it I've contacted the company via phone, email, and chat and have not received resolution On June Leaseville's partner Best Buy processed my package for shipment via UPS tracking number 1Z4260AXXXXXXXXXXX As I am not home when UPS delivers in my location I asked UPS to hold the package at their local facility so I could come and sign for it I have done this many times in the past and have not had an issue As of today June 27th, UPS has not taken possession of the package and it sits in a warehouse in California I've contacted Leaseville via phone, left several messages, no return call I've contacted Leaseville via email and no response(except during the initial purchase when I received responses when they needed documentation or my credit card number) I've used the chat feature on their website, but no one knows what is going on I've contacted UPS and as stated above the

The Surface Pro unit purchased in October of is defective After working with Microsoft who confirmed that the unit is defective, Leaseville was contacted and would not replace unit and referred me to a third party warranty that could not provide repairs or issue a replacement with in an acceptable time frameIn addition Carol (Manager) and Casey were unprofessional and did not offer any other reasonable solutionsThis unit had been under monthly payments with a finance company from 10/31/to current(The lease term will be complete on 10/25/16)

It has been weeks and have not received my equipment nor has Leaseville even attempted to communicate back with me in the last weeks I have not received my equipment and it's coming up on my second months payment

I am very upset as they keep ignoring meThey seem to not want to do business with me My application number is XXXXXXXI applied online to the leaseville no credit check through progressive leasingI was declined saying that my checking account was closedThat was not trueI called progressive leasing and it seems it was a typo error by progressive leasing as I was a customer of progressive leasing in April and they used that account instead of the account I entered which was closedThey approved me for the kitchen aid stand up mixerI have been calling leaseville several times leaving messagesThey never call me backI have emailed them several times with no response backTalk about very poor customer service Then I got through one time last Tuesday at 1:in the afternoon was told to watch my email I get my papers to sign in one to two hoursThat never happened eitherI dont like being lied toIt seems they dont want my business by ignoring meThat is very poor

The staff of LeaseVille.com have proven their dedication to excellent customer service I order a Surface Pro back in November under there no credit options and had no issuesI was so happy that I just order a new surface pro on 3/now under their credit check optionI really want leaseville to grow as this company offers great options to people re-building their credit
