I am still waiting for something I ordered three weeks ago I ordered an Apple Watch the last week in September and paid for the order on October 7thAt that point I was informed it is a pre-order and I would be notified when it was ready to ship however I already informed them the reason I made my first payment early is because I'm moving and I wanted to make sure it would ship and arrive while I'm still at this addressWhen I call in they never have an answer as to when it might shop and while they are very nice I just want my orderI work for Apple so I know pre-orders can take a little bit to come out but at this point the Watch was released for sale on 9/16/and the backlog for orders was at worst for the beginning of October but this is getting ridiculous especially considering the first time I called the representative told me it would ship last week but now when I call they can't tell me

I ordered at mattress from them, was informed days later that it was not available from current sourceSent me replacement that I didn't want My order # is XXXXXXXXX I told them in writing that I did not want they replacement product Several weeks later I got mattress delivered at door, have been trying to get them to pickup item for return and refund Got one response from them a week ago and have not heard back from them again, even after I email them daily and phone calls they do not answer

This company does not answer the phone or respond to phone calls and emails in a timely mannerI called this company days ago and got a voicemailI waited minutes on hold to get a voicemailI left a message and my phone call has still not been returnedI have also sent multiple emails the past days and called a few more timesStill getting a voicemail and still no response to voicemails or emailsDo not do business with this company if you want to be able to find out what is going on with your order or inquire about anything because you won't ever be able to talk to anyone or be able to get a response to a question you may haveI sent an email and voicemail cancelling my orderStill no response

I ordered an Apple Watch from then on October 4th, pays the first payment and they haven't ship it to me yet
On October I ordered an Apple Watch from them, order number XXXXXXXXX, at this point the order was a Pre order to be delivered from early to mid October, after mid October passed * called them and they said the item was back ordered and delivery should happen mid to late October, so I waited to the last week of October and I called again, then they told me they had shipped some items but they didn't get enough so my Watch would be shipped in early to mid Novemberis November and I called today, they told me the item still a preorder and they don't know when is it going to ship, yesterday I read a complaint of somebody in here the Revdex.com were that person placed his order after I did but because he complained he got his order expedited to himIt is very irritating and while they have very courteous people on the phone this issue with the shipping is very angeringI j

Took my information and never got back to me until I called and later found out that they do not service the state of NJ
I am very upset with this company as I placed an order 7/Waited for a confirmation but nothing came upLater I received a confirmation e-mail and this was after I entered a ton of personal information including my bank info and SSI have a confirmation number but then I noticed it was just stuck on holdI called and then was told that "oops, we saw that we do not service NJ"This was after they had already taken all of my information! I want all my information deleted from this company, a formal apology and for this company to be more transparent in how they do business which would include mentioning what states they do business with instead of taking peoples information and then not following up!

I was lied to and charged for an item they do not even have and have not even began to ship to me yet
I was told by a sales rep that I would have the item delivered within days if I made a purchase, that was on 10/19/16, it is now 10/25/and I do not even have a shipping tracking number nor an estimate of delivery and was told today by representatives then a supervisor that I might get a tracking number and it might ship out before the end of the week
This does not seem right to me at all and seems like a very illegal way to run a business

Leaseville approved me to buy a mower, after I selected a payment date they decided to change it to a week laterWhen they ran the payment a week later I did not have the moneyWhich was my faultThey then asked me for my bank account login and bank infromationI provided everything they asked me forNow they have decided to cancel my orderNow that they have my bank information what am I supposed to do? Dont use these people they prey on people with bad credit and charge double for anything you buy

Let me start by saying that as far as online lease websites go this is the best for price! I have searched long and hard for the right option to buy a MacBook Pro and Leaseville gave me an amazing dealI look at various other websites such as flex shopper and RAC but their prices were outrageous in comparisonI haven't received my goods yet as I only ordered tonight but I am very impressed with the level of service and ease of the site

Everything was great with this company and wanted to share here so others can readIf you speak with them, they treat you with respect and work with you as much as possible to get you a good dealIt's hard to find a business like this because others are so fixated on yes or no, they don't say, "let's see what we can do for you"I haven't even ordered yet, waiting for Xmas but I have an approval and I've been very impressed thus far

Waste of Time and Poor Customer Service
I placed an order on 12/05/and was approvedI proceeded with providing ALL my banking, credit/debit card info and all other applicable personal information including signing a lease agreement of which they (LEASEville) needed in order to move forward with my orderAfterwards I followed up with a phone call and spoke to customer service to ensure my order will be processed smoothly without any issuesI was reassured my order would be available for pick up after hours of placing my orderOnly to find out later that evening on 12/my order was canceled with a blanket response of "unable to verify"I am very disappointed and concerned that I shared all of my personal and financial information with a this company only to be lied to and deceived

My second order with leasevilleevery time I call get treated with respect and everyone is so friendlyso easy to shop and now I love the pickup option so I got my laptop the same day I placed my orderlooks like they keep growing seems like their service just gets better and betterkeep up the great work

Still waiting fir delivery of an order weeks after placement, always get transferred or hung up on or told to call back or some will call back
Order XXXXXXXXX I've been waiting on a 50" Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV, finally called & was told its out of stock, after being hung up on EIGHT times I was able to change orde to 55" Samsung 4K Ultra HD TVTV was to be delivered today but Best Buy told UPS to return TV to sender instead of delivering, Rachel had me on hold for minutes then said she would call me back within an hour, five hours later I called back because I had received no call, the extremely rude agent told me she would have to place me on hold AGAIN to get in touch with shipping, after checking my phone logs I have spent hours minutes on the hone trying to get this order fulfilled

I just wanted to thank the folks at LeaseVille.com, what an amazing staf! From the ordering process, to the chat support and the telephone staff, GREAT SERVICE! I received my macbook way faster than I thought and to be honest, I too was a bit hesitant but they came through!! As long as they keep up their excellent service and keep offering their great products, they have a customer for life

Great company and great communicationI got email updates throughout the entire process, fast and efficientThey truly offer personalize service and thats missing in today's businessI will be a repeat customer for sure
