I Believe I am being Discriminated againstI placed my order on March 28th, I was approvedI spoke with the first employee I believe his name was *** who told me I was approved for 94/M with a 36-month lease and 124/M with a 24-month leaseSo I placed a new order since my first one exceeded that amount, When I called back, the second employee told me I was approved for the amount of the order I placed the first time, So I thought maybe the first guy was wrongSo I decided to just place a completely new order for a better computer which told me I was approvedI put in my first payment option which it denied, So I used my credit cardLater I received an email about a down payment to make it within my approved amount, So turned out the *** was right, I gladly accepted this offerLater my payment method declined, due to the fact they charged my account twice for the down paymentI called my bank, they told me it was a system error on

I believe I was treated unfair, And I don't thank they Checked all my information. I found out when you ask a lot of question they flag your Account. They seam kind of lazy as far as costumer Service.

Very nice group of people, always there willing to help even though I had a million questions. The process is pretty straight forward. After I got approved I picked up my laptop from Best Buy the same night.
