I recently leased an Apple Air 64GB tablet from Time Payment Corp in MAThey use the referenced company, in Los Angeles (in the subject area), as a vendor and is in no way related to them (stated in lease)Now the lease agreement has been signed, agreed to and accepted with Time Payment CorpYet Leaseville feels that they must make a decision on the lease agreementWhat is there to decide? They have a valid lease agreementJust process and ship
I have never heard of a vendor, who has no part in the descision making regarding a lease agreement with one of there clients, deciding now it does have that role

The Surface Pro unit purchased in October of is defective
After working with Microsoft who confirmed that the unit is defective, Leaseville was contacted and would not replace unit and referred me to a third party warranty that could not provide repairs or issue a replacement with in an acceptable time frameIn addition Carol (Manager) and Casey were unprofessional and did not offer any other reasonable solutionsThis unit had been under monthly payments with a finance company from 10/31/to current(The lease term will be complete on 10/25/16)

Worst customer service I've ever seen, placed order weeks agoHad to call customer service times, they either had no clue what they were doing or I couldn't understand themShort description, they sent for store pickup when I ordered home deliveryStill have not received items I should have had a week agoCalled again today, they don't even have shipping information and all they say is "nothing I can do, sorry" and this is called customer service? Never use this company again and will do reviews everywhere I can so others don't have to deal with them

The website to this very day still clearly says that all you need is fair credit I applied with fair credit and was denied When I contacted customer service (I still have some of the emails to prove it) and asked several questions including the one about getting denied after explaining that the site says to have fair creditthe CSR completely ignored the credit question and answered the other questions I emailed the rep again and she still would not answer the credit questionThen after emailing again, no response from CSR I wrote a review once before and Leaseville claimed I was never a customer yet I still have my account with that now cancelled order on their website I logged into the website to confirm that both my account and failed order attempt was still there It is!!! I have a screenshot to prove it Therefore, I am a customer!! I have tried using this site recently and now the application keeps rejecting my banking info I will NEVER try to use Leaseville again Not worth the headache anymore

Misrepresentation / Misleading
I signed a lease with timepayment for a z-best commercial mower & a roybe blower on April , I paid a down payment on May , for that equipment On May , I was told from vendor leaseville / paylaterstore that I couldn't get that mower , they recommend a john deer for a comparable replacementThey sent a john deer without having me sign a new lease it seemed like I had know choice but accept the John deer Residential mower I had already done signed a lease and paid my money downI was disappointed to say the lestI sent emails and proof to Tiimepayment June , ., I was told later when I called they have not heard from vendorI have tried and tried to for a year to void the lease no one has listen, it was misrepresentation and misleading that I signed a lease or days earlier to get told I can not get the zero turn I wantedAnd the fact the vendor sent a john deer and my lease contract says I am suppose have a z-best

Placed an order for a item they charged my card approved application and haven't heard from them since won't answer emails or calls
I Purchased an item through them they emailed saying I was approved charged my card but have not sent no tracking number or any kind of message saying that they sent the item I've emailed them twice have screenshots of both emails with the time and date that I sent them and they don't reply I call them to ask about my item and all I get is a voicemail I have screen shots of all the calls placed how am I paying for something that I have not received they can charge my account right away but give me no response or answer on where my product is worst customer service I've experienced Order #XXXXXXXXX

Bait and Switch Tactic usedLied about reporting information to credit reporting agencies for credit rebuilding
I filled out an application on 5/4/with leasevillenocredit a division of leasville.comThey sent an email saying they could not approve my application with the information submitted and for me to call Progressive Leasing for verification and approvalWhich I did
Progressive requested days worth of bank statements, along with a voided check for verificationThey were able to verify my information and approve my lease, but it was for less than the amount I neededI contacted Leaseville back and they said they would contact Progressive Leasing to get my amount increasedI also had the representative to change my order to a computer that was a few dollars cheaperThis was a Friday at 4:57, so I knew I would not hear back until Monday
I contacted Progressive first thing Monday morning, to make sure the request to increase my limit was submittedIt was,

I paid for a product they cant produce
they keep saying its backordered

Where is my shipment
Last week I made a purchase/lease from Leaseville and have yet to receive it I've contacted the company via phone, email, and chat and have not received resolution On June Leaseville's partner Best Buy processed my package for shipment via UPS tracking number 1Z4260AXXXXXXXXXXX As I am not home when UPS delivers in my location I asked UPS to hold the package at their local facility so I could come and sign for it I have done this many times in the past and have not had an issue As of today June 27th, UPS has not taken possession of the package and it sits in a warehouse in California I've contacted Leaseville via phone, left several messages, no return call I've contacted Leaseville via email and no response(except during the initial purchase when I received responses when they needed documentation or my credit card number) I've used the chat feature on their website, but no one knows what is going on I've contacted UPS and as stated above the

Amazing service, you usually find complaints about companies on Revdex.com but this company is exceptional in their service from beginning to the endThey truly value their customers
