found the following.  Check# [redacted] was cut to Flagship Acceptance Bank and has cleared our account.  Dealer has not received the title to the 2011 Ford Fusion from Flagship Acceptance Bank at this time.  Dealer contacted lender and lender stated that the title could take from 2 to 3 week to receive.  A difference in payoff is due in the amount of 323.82 to customer.  Mrs. [redacted] can pick up a check at Equity Auto Center for the reimbursement amount or a check can be mailed out to her. Thank you for your response Equity Auto Center has looked into this matter and finds the following.  Any and all refunds are processed after dealer secures title from lien holder.  Dealer will mail out check or customer may arrange to pick up any refunds checks at this time. Trade tile for this trade has not been released from lien holder therefore no refunds have been approved for prepossessing.  Check will be processed medially after lien holder releases lien.e...

is that what you do to your customers is not right. You sent my plates the same day I went to ask for them which was the day before they expired. Once again ridicoulous. My point is that you should get better management and organize your buisness as needed. What you do is not acceptable. So sending in plates the day before they expire is not resolving this matter. Making you’re customers be without plates for 12  days is just wrong.

I am satisfied that I could refund the car warranty but I also want the “useless” and forced upon me car tint warranty refunded and want to be given compensation for the seat belts the front passenger air bag and broken window those are just a few things that were wrong with the car that they failed to disclose to me During signing consequently after I found out bout these issues I repeatedly emailed them about these issues to no response

Camping Companies to any customer.  Camping Companies is a contractor for Equity Auto Center and any damage to the vehicle should be taken up with them do to the fact that they are the ones with the condition report at time of repo. There will not be any compensation provided to Mr [redacted] from Equity Auto Center.  If he would like he may contact Camping Compaines about any damage he thinks they may have done.  Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention Equity Auto Center Considers this matter to be closed.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  After review of this account, Equity found that this matter has been resolved.  The lender has cashed a check from the dealer and told us it could take up to 4 weeks for the account to post as paid for the customer.

I had been in contact with Californai Auto Finanace [redacted]   [redacted]He was trying to verify from Management why they approved a loan a car that was financed with a branded title. I clearly was told that it was a buyback but based on what Equity explained to me was that it was a regular title. I would have never agreed to buy a car for over $12, 000.00 that would only be worth $5,000.00.
