I recently purchased a couple pairs of shoes from LeftLane, despite having read some negative reviews about the company (I already owned a pair of the shoes and loved them, and LeftLane was the only outlet I could find that had more.) My dealings with LeftLane were great The order arrived within three days, and when I discovered that the shoes didn't fit quite right, the return process was easy and I received a credit within a week of mailing the return I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again

Thank you for your response LeftLane Sports posts an accurate return policy on the website We apologize if you were somehow mislead by the header graphic The header graphic is accurate since every USA order does qualify for free shipping The customer, however, has the option to take advantage of the free shipping or not by choosing to return for store credit or not The header graphic is a clickable link that outlines the entire policy The policy is re-stated several times to ensure that no confusion occurs

I just want to say that when I ordered pairs of socks I know for a fact that I entered a medium in my orderbut when I received my order there was pair of smalls in the box instead when I called to tell them the customer service rep insisted I ordered small so when I told her to just replace the small with medium she informed me they were all out of medium THE reason they sent me small was because they were all out of medium and probably figured I wouldnt bother to send them back for a refund I just had to pay shipping to ship them back and we'll see if I ever get my refundi will be calling the company and complaining and the Revdex.com as wellI order sporting goods all the time on line, I am a personal trainer and I will never order from this company ever again

I was watching a few items and was thrilled to get a Black Friday coupon, which I thought would help me purchase what I wanted I left my cart to deal with real life issues When I returned to the website to purchase the same items, all of them had jumped up in price to make up for the Black Friday coupon This kind of behavior is supposed to be illegal If you don't want to run a real sale, you should just give less of a coupon, or some kind of thing you are actually willing to give a real discount on

I have purchased clothing from LeftLane Sports timesMy items always arrived fast, well packagedPricing is reasonable, very good on sale items

I placed an order on May
The order has still not been picked from their inventory
On May will not be picked until may and not sure when it will be shipped
I contacted the company to cancel this order and they refused to do so
I don’t want this order this time frame is way to long

In regards to this complaint, the customer's order was not delivered because she supplied us with an incorrect address through Amazon As such, the item was returned to us We offer the customer a full refund and the customer agreed to a full refund As such, we processed a full
refund for the customer

Left Lane Sports shipped my order to the wrong address, they have blamed it on PayPal and refuse to make changes to the order - because they won’t be guaranteed seller protection if they doQuite simply, all they have to do is cancel the order and resubmit, but they will lose a small exchange fee from PayPal if they doCongratulations on compromising customer service for a few bucks!! I paid extra money for shipping, would expect some level of service in returnVery disappointed, I recommend finding a more trustworthy seller
