leftlanesports.com advertises "No sweat day returns" on their website, yet somehow the product I ordered on their website was labeled "Non-returnable" on my order confirmation email Once I saw this on my order confirmation email, I contacted them by phone to have the ordered cancelled BEFORE they shipped it I was told the product I had ordered had already been shipped, even though I never received an email with tracking information, and the order could not be cancelled This to me is called advertising

Deceptive price match and lowest price guarantees. Customer Care reps are impotent and play games. Even executive management and company founders are crooked and unresponsive. Don’t buy from LeftLane, there are too many reputable companies.

Hello, We have filed a claim with UPS, which they initially rejected. We are attempting to dispute this claim on behalf of the customer. Unfortunately, since the package showed no signs of tampering, it is difficult to claim that someone opened the package and stole the product. It is also very rare that a UPS employee would steal a product. Further, we can assure the customer that our employees did not take the product. The returns area is under surveillance, and this item was not stolen or tampered with in our fulfillment center.We will continue to try to work with UPS, but we ask that the customer thoroughly search his residence for the sunglasses. Our belief is still that there was an accidental error on the customer's part where the sunglasses did not make it into their original packaging.If the customer finds the glasses in the meantime, we are more than happy to set up another return label and have the product returned.Thank you,LeftLane Sports

Leftlane Sports claims easy returns, however they sell a lot of items that are non returnable and only show that on the invoice after delivered. Its easy to sell things at a discount when you are ripping off your customers. Shame on me for not checking the Revdex.com rating first. Luckily I am only out $30. I emailed the company, will see how it goes, but I have a feeling I know how this ends.

I disagree - the charge was confirmed by both my credit card company AND your company representative.  Further, this was handled very poorly on your end.  I now do not have adequate clothing to ski in.  It appears to me that your company produced a sale (for Presidents day) which it NO LONGER WISHED TO OFFER.This is deceptive, and extremely poor practice. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed]

I am rejecting this response because: The item was returned in the same packaging it was delivered in, using the UPS label provided by the client. If anything happened to this package it happened after it left my posesson and is now the responsibility of UPS or Left Lane Sports. I request a full refund for the product that was returned.

Customer successfully unsubscribed himself from our emails using our unsubscribe link located on every email.  He unsubscribed himself on 4/15 and has not received any emails since.

I recently purchased a couple pairs of shoes from LeftLane, despite having read some negative reviews about the company. (I already owned a pair of the shoes and loved them, and LeftLane was the only outlet I could find that had more.) My dealings with LeftLane were great. The order arrived within three days, and when I discovered that the shoes didn't fit quite right, the return process was easy and I received a credit within a week of mailing the return. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

The customer in question unfortunately failed to read our return policy which is located in 3 separate areas throughout the site: In a pop-up in our main header, on the return policy page, and on every single product page.  We apologize if the customer felt mislead in any way, however, our...

policy is clearly stated in numerous pages in large bold print.  We offer our members one of the most lenient return policies in the industry by providing a 90 day return window, free returns if the customer chooses store credit or the ability to return the item for a refund and use a low cost pre-paid return label.
 
As an attempt to help the customer, we reduced the price of our return label even further since she requested to return the item for a refund.  At this time, we have done all that we can for the customer.

Thank you for your message. Upon delivery of this return to our fulfillment center, we inspected the package per our normal procedures. Upon opening the box, it contained the sunglasses' original packaging (a sunglass box), but no sunglasses were inside.  We...

inspected the box for any tampering, but none was visible. It is our belief that the customer made a simple error and forgot to include the sunglasses in the package.We kindly ask that the customer search his house to see if he can find the sunglasses. We will still except this return when the customer is able to return the physical merchandise.
