I am rejecting this response because :The item was returned, in accordance with their return policyThe item was sent back using a shipping label provided by the merchantIf the item did not arrive safely through shipping a claim should have been submitted through UPSFor all I know, someone in their warehouse could have stolen the merchandise upon arrivalThe suggestion that the package was sent back empty is absurdI have confirmed delivery of the package through UPS, with a signatureTherefore if the merchandise was not received, something happened to this package in the hands of UPS or when it was received by the merchantI am requesting a full refund for the merchandise which I have proof of return delivery

I have been ordering sport equipment from Left Lane Sports several times per year for the last years my experience has been noting but positiveThere sales prices are incredible and I have been 100% satisfied with every transaction

I recently purchased three road jerseys for the bike at LeftLane's President's Day saleWhen they arrived, one was the wrong colorCustomer service investigated and found that they didn't have that color and offered me credit if I accepted the one they sent, however, I wanted a different style that was a few dollars moreThey actually gave it to me as a straight trade without any extra chargeI couldn't believe itSo today when it arrived I ordered a pair of expensive bike shorts (at 40% discount, of course) to show my appreciationWhat a great company

Charged shipping in both directions, them said their low prices make up for itIt seems low prices increase business which would offset returns and demonstrate goodwill and good customer service

The first time I bought from LeftLane, they delivered quicklyMost of the order was wonderfulOne item, the Aventura Organic pants, were delivered with discoloration on the crotchLooked like a stain but may have been the dye jobI have these pants from another vendor and this discoloration is not on themI called to ask if they could exchange them, but first to please check the item they would send to make sure it doesn't have the same problemThey were happy to make the exchange, but said they had no way to check the item before it went outI have never heard this before so I will just return themHard to understand why an employee can not check what they packWhile pleasant to deal with, and despite good prices, this level of customer service is not sufficient for my shopping needs

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Left Lane Sports, and found that the measurements they had listed in the detail of the online store was incorrectI jumped through hoops with them to obtain a return authorization number from them, and found out they were going to charge me a restocking feeI returned the product with their return label via UPS the next dayThe tracking number through UPS.com shows the package was delivered and signed for by Left Lane SportsI waited, and waited for my refund to be processedNo one ever contacted me about this matter, until I phoned in to inquire about the refund where I was told the box that had arrived from UPS was emptyHow absurdThe package was shipped back on their return label, so if they failed to secure insurance that is not my responsibilityIf it had been my return label, insurance would have been secured, and a claim made to UPSI was never provided with pictures of the package upon arrivalThe box could have been damaged in rou

I just want to say that when I ordered pairs of socks I know for a fact that I entered a medium in my orderbut when I received my order there was pair of smalls in the box instead when I called to tell them the customer service rep insisted I ordered small so when I told her to just replace the small with medium she informed me they were all out of medium THE reason they sent me small was because they were all out of medium and probably figured I wouldnt bother to send them back for a refund I just had to pay shipping to ship them back and we'll see if I ever get my refundi will be calling the company and complaining and the Revdex.com as wellI order sporting goods all the time on line, I am a personal trainer and I will never order from this company ever again

The website heavily advertises their generous return policyI thought that was great, and continued to shop theirI ultimately ordered a climbing harness

LeftLane Sports is a dishonest company who would prefer to risk a bad review than return a $shipping fee because they sent the order to U.Kby mistakeThey just didn’t care!, I tried to cancel order within minutes when I saw U.Kat bottom of US address and all I got was, ‘too late’, too bad, order cannot be stopped, no apology
They tried to blame the whole thing on PayPal! PayPal vehemently denied that it anything to do with themHow would they know about a shipping fee, or shipping cost of productI phoned, I emailed and LLS just shrugged the whole thing offV.upset and angry

I get their "gear up" emails quite often with discounted sports itemsI found some running shoes for a great price and ordered pairs, ( I have paid receipt ), a little less than a week laterThey contacted me and said the price was advertised wrong and didn't want to send me the pair of shoes for the price I paidIT WAS ADVERTISED AT THE PRICE I PAID! How can they deny that to me?

The customer ordered on 6/5/ The items ordered had a ship date of 6/9-6/ The order shipped out on 6/prior to the estimated date The customer requested Next Business Day Service as his shipping option We do not provide an Overnight option like the customer suggested
Since the item shipped out on 6/6, the next business day was 6/which is the day that the item was delivered We apologize for any confusion that this may have caused We would be happy to offer a $store credit toward the customer's next order as a token of our appreciation for him as a customer The store credit will automatically apply toward any order
If the customer accepts this resolution, we will apply the store credit immediately

Didn't really like the minute limit on items in my shopping cart and their selection isn't the best but I ordered a pair of running shoes from these guys, and the shoes arrived sooner than I expected I was thinking I might have made a mistake ordering from them because of the negative reviews, but I have to say that I'm impressed, and I'll order from them again I'll just have everything I want to order all lined up so I don't run into the minute limit again

Product was sold that was not available The company charged my card, I questioned the service via multiple emails and calls, all told that the item was to be shipped and everything was fine
After further waiting, I questioned again, and this time they told me the item was not available, and that I would not be charged I had already been fully charged, and there was no response to my request that the funds be immediately returned
