Avoid dealing with this company at all costs. I ordered a wool top from them. What I received was a top in the same color but wrong pattern. They told me they no longer had the one I originally ordered, so I offered to take another instead. When I returned the wrong top, they told me to wait another week before they would send out the exchanged top.
I was tired of waiting at that point, and asked for a refund to my credit card. When nothing happened, I contacted them AGAIN, and they said whoops, we did a store credit instead. They said they would do the credit card refund. When they did, it was a partial refund, so I had to work with my credit card company to get a full refund.
How can the order of a simple top go SO WRONG? The people who run this company are thieves. Save yourself a lot of trouble, and don't deal with them!!

The order in question was not available to ship due to an inventory error. We had pre-authorized the customer's credit card. We never made a full charge as we had not shipped the order yet. We have since released that pre-auth (meaning we are not going to charge the card...

since the item is not available).

I ordered a harness from them. The harness didn't fit, I hadn't realized when I ordered it that it was non-returnable. I'm sure it said it somewhere, I just was expecting this to be like a normal website where you buy things and then you can return them if the tags are on. This was not the case. How are you to know if a harness you order off a website fits? Now I get to deal with reselling a harness while in the process of moving, and still don't have the harness I need.

Review: Somehow I started getting email from them about Active Gearup. I don't want to be on their email list. I clicked unsubscribe but still get email from them.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop emailing me.

I recently purchased a couple pairs of shoes from LeftLane, despite having read some negative reviews about the company. (I already owned a pair of the shoes and loved them, and LeftLane was the only outlet I could find that had more.) My dealings with LeftLane were great. The order arrived within three days, and when I discovered that the shoes didn't fit quite right, the return process was easy and I received a credit within a week of mailing the return. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Review: Hello all,I purchased shoes from this company on 1/31/2014 with the order #970470. I paid of course promptly and I had to wait for my shoes till the 5th, when I tracked it on the shipping company's website, it said it was delivered and left at my door, however, when I came from work that day I did not see anything at my door. I called LeftLane Sports to find out in order for me to receive my shoes again I have to wait for them to finish their battle with the shipping company (UPS) and that can take up to 20 days. This logic is not correct, I need my shoes again sent to me promptly or my money back, and they can wait for UPS to give them back their shoes or pay them back, I shouldn't be the scapegoat in the deal between them. Plus I need shoes right now, they shouldn't be forcing me to wait for their shoes.I decided to buy different shoes from a store, therefore I need my money back from LeftLane Sports.ThanksDesired Settlement: I want all my money back please.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. Unfortunately, since this order shows that it was delivered to the address provided to us, we have to file a lost package investigation with UPS. Investigation generally take UPS roughly 8 business days before they make a determination. If UPS deems the package lost, we will refund the customer in full for this package.

Review: I bought a pair of shoes from Left Lane Sports online, and I chose to buy them from this company, rather than from another vender, precisely because the company advertised on its homepage that it had "free returns on every USA order." the homepage, with its promise of free shipping, can be found here: http://www.leftlanesports.com/Events.aspxWhen I got the shoes, they did not fit, so I prepared to return them - for free. However, when I followed the directions on the website, I learned that returns are only free if you accept store credit rather than a refund. I was furious. So I wrote to customer service. The Left Lane representative who responded insisted, outrageously (and repeatedly), that "we try to clearly state our returns policy in as many places as possible," and that "we make the policy as clear as possible upfront." He further explained that, if I had only clicked on the pop-up, I would have seen that returns were not, in fact, free. When I wrote back to point out that I felt no need to click on any pop-up because, when I read "free returns every USA order," I assumed that they had free returns on every USA order, he responded, once again, to tell me that "we do state our return policy I upfront." He then explained that "Every US order does qualify for free return shipping" if the buyer "chooses to take advantage of that" (by accepting store credit). When I first wrote to the business, I hoped to be reassured that the misleading claim on the homepage was a mistake; that they did not intend to trick customers; and that they would, of course, honor the promise they had made in writing. However, in light of the outrageous reaction from customer support (pretending that free returns every USA order clearly states, upfront, a policy charging $10 for returns), I can only conclude that the deceit is intentional.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my return costs; an apology for the deceitful advertising; and a change to the website's claim of "free shipping all USA orders."

The customer in question unfortunately failed to read our return policy which is located in 3 separate areas throughout the site: In a pop-up in our main header, on the return policy page, and on every single product page. We apologize if the customer felt mislead in any way, however, our policy is clearly stated in numerous pages in large bold print. We offer our members one of the most lenient return policies in the industry by providing a 90 day return window, free returns if the customer chooses store credit or the ability to return the item for a refund and use a low cost pre-paid return label.

Review: 05JUN14 I made an online purchase of three pairs of shoes from Left Lane Sports. While checking out I noticed the option to have the shoes shipped over night. Due to to my scheduled training on 09JUN14 I hoped to have the shoes prior to then. My shoes did not show up over night. I called 08JUN14 and was told there was nothing that could be done since it was out of there hands already and referred me to call Monday. Today I called at 3:40 pm to inquire status of my shipment and reimbursement of my over night amount charged. I was told there was nothing they could do to reimburse me since it was out of there hands and it was up to USPS when my shoes were delivered. I spoke with Robert. The amount of 20$ was charged for over night service and it was not delivered over night. I inquired where on the website did it state that it was the responsibility of USPS to deliver my shoes. I was told it would take a while to find that on the website.Desired Settlement: I would like a reimbursement for the over night service charge that was not fulfilled.

The customer ordered on 6/5/14. The items ordered had a ship date of 6/9-6/10. The order shipped out on 6/6 prior to the estimated date. The customer requested Next Business Day Service as his shipping option. We do not provide an Overnight option like the customer suggested. Since the item shipped out on 6/6, the next business day was 6/9 which is the day that the item was delivered. We apologize for any confusion that this may have caused. We would be happy to offer a $20 store credit toward the customer's next order as a token of our appreciation for him as a customer. The store credit will automatically apply toward any order.

Review: The customer service person was completely rude and argumentative with me. I called to find out what was going on with my order and the shipping delay and was hung up on. I have nev been treated so badly by a company. I sent an email to the address on the web site and it was the same person I spoke with on the phone being rude again but by email. Review: I'm more than a little upset with this company right now, and I feel like they are trying to scam me out of money I've already paid, and for a mistake *they* made through Amazon Seller purchase. I have already reported them to Amazon, and am now posting here. I ordered from them on May 27, the item was supposed to arrive by June 5. On June 9, it had not, nor had I heard from them about why my item had not arrived. I emailed them, asking where my things were. They told me (as did the tracking number) that the package had been received back at their warehouse for having an undeliverable address. (This is the same address that the other 2 things I ordered from different sellers the same day used and I got my things, as well as the address that I use all the time for the same website, this is the first time it's been an issue.) They never tired to contact me to tell me they were having problems with my address to ask if there was something wrong. Additionally, now they are saying they will only re-deliver if I pay a delivery fee, again. I already paid a delivery fee, and item was not delivered. Why would I pay another one? Buyer beware, if you look at their low stars on Amazon, they are mostly from shipping issues. I don't think this company is actually very honest.Desired Settlement: First off, publicly post your shipping and refund policy on your Amazon site. Instead of "LeftLane Sports, Inc. has not provided return and refund policies for display on Amazon." Second off, I want a full refund, including the shipping I already paid, in order to get the item elsewhere.

In regards to this complaint, the customer's order was not delivered because she supplied us with an incorrect address through Amazon. As such, the item was returned to us. We offer the customer a full refund and the customer agreed to a full refund. As such, we processed a full refund for the customer.

Review: Excessive SPAMMING - several times a day. The "UNSUBSCRIBE" does not work.Desired Settlement: No more junk emails.

Customer successfully unsubscribed himself from our emails using our unsubscribe link located on every email. He unsubscribed himself on 4/15 and has not received any emails since.

Leftlane Sports claims easy returns, however they sell a lot of items that are non returnable and only show that on the invoice after delivered. Its easy to sell things at a discount when you are ripping off your customers. Shame on me for not checking the Revdex.com rating first. Luckily I am only out $30. I emailed the company, will see how it goes, but I have a feeling I know how this ends.
