Rhonda was very helpful, competent, and friendlyI enjoyed talking with her and was completely satisfied with her customer service

We were told that they would sell our old time share but Justin said he couldn't and to put it on ***Were told we could use our points to take a cruise and the only out of pocket expenses would be to pay port fees and taxesWe tried to book a cruise were informed that it would cost $per personWe asked for our money back and of course they won't do thatSo now we are talking with an attorney to see if they can helpWe were invited to dinner and they letter said that they would sell our time share but instead we were trick into another time share

We would be happy to agree to mediation

Leisure Getaways Incorporated agreed to refund 1/2 of the amount charged to my [redacted] and myself for the contracts signed on [redacted] with the LGI/[redacted] representatives.
 
Upon receipt of the refund, I will consider this case closed.

We reached a mutually satisfactory resolution to this unintended situation. A check and settlement letter have been issued and we look forward to servicing the [redacted] account for many years to come.

I am currently gathering the paperwork and reviewing our records. We would be open to mediation if we are not able to come to an agreement.

We have been in contact with this customer and are working on a satisfactory solution to their concerns listed.  LGI will be in contact with you shortly regarding the resolution with this customer.

For some reason this particular notification did not show up until today. I will reach out to the client today to find a mutually acceptable solution.

I have spoken with upper management and they have agreed to a 50% cost reduction.  Also allowing customer to keep the RCI points account in addition to completing the timeshare transfer.

Our management staff have reviewed this file and complaint and can document and prove without a doubt we are NOT a scam company and have had excellent follow through with this owner.  
She purchased the RCI points entry program with a three year usage, her account was set up within the...

timeframe set forth in our agreements and her account number is #[redacted].  We have been in contact with the owner since 4/7/2016, the date after the sale, in which we did a phone call that verifies all terms of the transaction with the owner at that time, this was followed up with an email with our contact information.  Since then we have processed both her new RCI account in addition to the processing of her [redacted] timeshare through our preferred title company, [redacted]. Please see attachment for all supporting documentation and correspondence with this customer.  Please let us know if we can assist in anyway.

The reason we have extended the offer to pay the fees for the transfer is in order to ensure the timely transfer, as this settlement was mutually agreed to. if in the case they are unable or unwilling to transfer the properties in the next 180 days we shall than extend the offer of a refund.
