I was impressed with the service provided by your technician [redacted] He worked on cleaning my kitchen drain for hours; repeating the process with up to the maxium feet He was cordial, very detailed in his work and by snaking the drain up to the 72ft to make sure the drain was clean as well as dicovering and replacing a corrorded and and 1/2p tain piece from the garbage disposal to the drain pipe Excellent service from a cordial and knowledgeable technician who provided late night service during a snow storm

We discovered we had a backed up sewer line on a Friday eveningWe knew we had a break from a previous service provider who scoped out the pipeThey said it would be $9,to repairOn Saturday morning around 8am I began calling plumbersNo one was open and I left numerous messages of which only about called me back on MONDAY! I did leave a message at Len the PlumberTodd called me back a couple hours laterHe said he wasn't working that day, but since he was out running errands, he would stop by and check out the problemTrue to his word, he did show up Saturday afternoonHe quoted me a price $2,less than the previous estimate and said they could do the job the next dayI agreed to use them and I am so glad I didNot being able to use any water (showers, toilets, sinks) in the home without the fear of it backing up onto the basement floor is a major inconvenienceThe crew showed up at 8:am and began as soon as Miss Utility marked the linesThe pipe run was feet and was quite deepAt one point in the trench, it was approximately feet deepThe replaced the line and we were able to use the water again by around pmThey finally finished filling in the trench by 6pmIt was truly appreciated by our entire family that these gentlemen gave up their Sunday to take care of our problem I will definitely call Len the Plumber any time we need service at our house

The service was prompt, professional, courteous, thorough, and amazingly hassle-free They made a routine appointment on Sunday and the plumber arrived within hours He took care of my major problem with a leak and broken valve, but then also fixed several minor problems with a $discount per extra problem This wound up being far more economical than I expected The plumber then followed through when an issue arose with a replacement part that wasn't working properlycompletely covered by the guarantee at no extra cost for the revisit or part Very impressed and I will definitely recommend Len the Plumber and use them again if needed

I call Len The Plumber to fix a drain problem in my basementWhen I was calling make for appointment they never mention what going to be the costI have the same problem with this drain in my basement back in July It costed me $for plumber from another company to snake and unblock the water However, the guy from Len The plumber first suggests opening the wall and snakeI told him to do it without opening the wall, just like other plumbers didHe snaked the drain, unblock the water within minutes and asked me to pay him $He get very upset when I asked him why the price is high When I start calling to Len The Plumber office to discuss about the price, he got more upset and start kicking my kitchen table and hitting the wallHe even curses me loudly when I was on the phone with Len The Plumber customer service guy Then he pulls out a small sharp object, step too close to me, corner me against my kitchen, point the small sharp object on my face and demand the money I asked the customer service person if he can hear the plumber's voice through the phone, and he reply "loud and clear"Then, I asked him for the plumber person to leave my house and to process the payment over the phone, the customer service person however, told me to pay to the plumberI gave my credit card to the person who was threatening me with small sharp object; he charged my card and calling me liar and different names This is not just a ripe offThis is crimeI suggest anyone who needs a plumber or other service to avoid a company like this-oneI also suggest that to not be alone when a service person comes to your houseLen The Plumber also should know who they are making a contract to do the job behalf of their company

This is the second time I've had this particular problem but Mr [redacted] seems to be a much better plumber than the one I hired previouslyHe made a better repair and later took the time to give a through explanation of what was required and exactly what was doneI would be highly inclined to hire your company (Len the plumber), in general, and Mr [redacted] , in particular, for any of my future plumbing needs

I called Len the Plumber to replace a sump pump that burned out during a storm; hence, this was an emergency job The technician, Van, came out the same evening that I called He was very customer friendly, efficient, and informative I would not hesitate to call Len the Plumber again

I have been using [redacted] The Plumber for a few years now and have been pleased with the work,.this last time was no exceptionI called late Sunday evening with my problem the girl who answered took all my info and first thing monday morning around am I received another call verifying the problem and the seriousness of it and a plumber was at the door in minutes.He snaked my drain and found roots and then later that day they brought a camera to look in the sewer line and showed me where it was busted.I thought it would take a week or so to get permits to fix the problem,but they said it was a common occurrence and they could get the permit and start first thing on Wendsday.long story short they showed up wends day at 7:am and finished at 3:30,problem solved.I would highly recommend [redacted] The Plumber.Keith in [redacted]

I called on early Sunday morning with a wet basement due to a water heater leak My wife is in hospice with not much time, and we needed hot water fast to ensure her comfort The dispatcher was courteous and expedited our request based on our circumstances The plumber (Delano) arrived quickly and was courteous, thorough, explained all elements of our new water heater Your company and Dell specifically made our easier lives in a stressful situation and were amazing I expected to pay more on Sunday but was not gouged by costs or the desperation of our situation
