On Friday, November 13, 2015, your technician David Sarrived at my home in Hyattsville MD to clear a drain in my basementThe original estimate to perform the work was $After the technician did his initial inspection he told me that snaking the drain would not fix the problem, that I would need to replace the laundry drain up to feet and that this would require the floor in the laundry room and the bathroom to be jack-hammeredHe also said that your company would not repair the tile floor in the bathroomHis estimate to perform this work was $4,870.00, to be decreased by $for Friday's chargeEven though I was required to pay your technician $(see invoice number [redacted] ), no actual work was performedYour invoice states that the trip charge is $49.00, so having to pay an additional $simply to be told by your technician that he could not fix the problem is outrageous and unjustifiedI therefore request a refund of the $overcharge, as the charge should never have been made since no work was performedI am highly disappointed in your company's quality of work and customer service and will not recommend you or use you again

Tony [redacted] (I believe that is the correct spelling) was greatHe was very friendly, professional and got to work immediatelyHe worked very efficiently and thoroughly explained the problem and provided options to fix the problem

I called on a Saturday evening and the plumber arrived before am on Sunday morningRicky the plumber was considerate and informative as he was resolving the problem Our home is years old and has its share of plumbing issuesWe were completely satisfied with the work that was completed Thank you Ricky

So the Drama continues after calling this past Saturday when the pipe busted [redacted] the Plumber who fixed the pipe originally on Jan9th at 9pm came back today since I had a month warranty on the work The first tech that came out said the pipe was old and that is why it froze I was told by the tech today that it was NOT under warranty because the pipe froze I told the tech that it was the pipe they put in NOT a new one and the last tech said the pipe was drained and winterized before he left JUST days ago This tech said sorry the warranty DOESNâ T apply to frozen pipes and it didnâ t have installation SO I took him outside the trash where the completely soaked installation was sitting I said didnâ t make since to keep something this wet sitting in the wall!~ WOW the crazy continued; I said â your company put the pipe in and said it was drained and winterizedâ so imagine my SURPRISE when the SAME PIPE not only busted in place but in places So he called his boss [redacted] (the name he gave me) who told him it was NOT covered I told the tech to call him back as I wanted to talk to him and if he wasnâ t available I wanted [redacted] â s boss (he then told me didnâ t think I would be able to talk to [redacted] â s boss) I said WHATEveryone has a boss! So he called [redacted] back who WOULD NOT TALK TO ME DIRECTLY and was NOT happy (I could hear him as the tech was walking away from me acting like he could hear [redacted] and needed to leave the room) When the tech came back in he said [redacted] told him to do it under warranty The work was completed and I had to sign for the work (I guess so he could be paid) and on the receipt it said FROZEN PIPES NOT COVERED and the tech felt the need to UNDERLINED IT I SURE HOPE he didnâ t do a half [redacted] job so it will break quickly again just so I can call and be charge the next time!~ SERIOUSLY â ¦ AM I WRONGNO I AM NOT wrong! It was their FREAKING PIPE that I was told was good to go for winter that froze and busted in places and flooded my house (MAYBE) I should sue them for the damages!~ UNREAL how I was treated, wonâ t being using this company again

Justin's expertise in the field, was exceptional He was extremely professional right down to and including his protective indoor booties We would recommend him to others looking for a plumber First, but not last time we would use Len the Plumber, if needed

I had a bad experienceIt's about what the advertisement says I'm supposed to get when I get a drain cleaning Their ad on the internet says "If we come out and clear you sewer line clog we'll follow up with a free video pipe inspection to examine: broken, cracked or collapsed pipes etcOn 6-11-they came to clear the drainI was told by the dispatcher and the plumber that came to my house that the video inspection was a free bonus follow up after the drain was clearedThe Ad also says same day video pipe inspection I printed it outThe follow up never happened for the video inspectionI was told by the plumber I didn't have to call and he had set up for me to receive a call for the video inspection after Monday 6-13-by 1-15-my drain backed up again and was told I have to pay again to have the drain cleared and he still didn't know what was the cause of the sewer back up because they never did video inspectionThe plumber never said if he was ever going to do the video inspection on the second time he came out he just said it's a bonus free inspectionbut never confirmed that he would do it the second time he came outI felt clearing the drain and not knowing the cause of the back up was redundantI ended up having to call another Local Silver Spring Plumber to come out to clear the drain and paid for the camera service to be done the same day they cleared the drain If you put an ad that says buy something from us and get a free video inspection it's included in the price and I didn't receive my full service and problem was not fixed

The service people were courteous, efficient, and knowledgable They were on time and outstanding in their attention to detail

Had a jammed garbage disposal The plumber comes out, looks at it says "it's jammed, and once they get jammed there is no way to fix it You'll have to replace it, which will be $and it will take about an hour." I tell him that price is WAY too high, since the disposal only costs $at Lowe's....and he says thats what his years of experience costs I guess plumbers make $an hour these days So we tell him no thanks He leaves after we pay him $for a visit We youtube it, and come to find out....there is a freaking "jam key" built into the disposal! Jiggle it with an alan wrench and seconds later.....voila! it works! Imagine that Len's the Plumber either lied, tried to rip me off, or didn't know the first thing about plumbing....or probably some combination of those.I wouldn't trust this company as far as I can throw them

I am very pleased with the work that the technician Rick Mdid in installing a new water heaterHe was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to watch for and to answer our questionsHe also helped look for water leaks in the houseI will definitely be calling again for future plumbing needs

On a scal of to I give them a 20! Best service I've received of any plumbing or other repairs to my year old home We called with a broken hot water heater and got service the same day Two other companies well known in the area did not call back that day at all Very professional, friendly and exceptional work done in an expeditious manner Will be scheduling another visit soon to install my sump pump

Len the plumber started as scheduled and finished the same day, price and quality of work was top rateI'm a pleased customer

I recently filed a complaint regarding the service I received I decided to give Len the Plummer a second chance yesterday regarding a leak in my kitchen Technician Robert Robinson came to my home and he did an outstanding job He explained the entire process, showed me the what he replaced and why it needed to be replaced Although I was a bit taken aback with the price, I was very pleased with Robert He is definitely a keeper!!!!!
