Chris G., the technician, was very proficient in explaining my options and very professional in carrying out the task I look forward to his follto complete another task

I had seen a couple of the company trucks in my travels around the area. I had tried using everything in my bathroom drain and nothing worked. I called Len the Plumber on my scheduled day off. A plumber was sent out the very same day within a four hour range. I was kept up-to-date on when a plumber was in the area and received another call when the plumber was approximately 30 minutes away. Every one was very courteous. The plumber got right to work solving my problem and cleaned up after himself. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely be using this company.

Today was my first experience with Len the PlumberAnd it will be my lastThe technician began quoting extremely high quotes to replace a washer yet he never even riches to faucetI feel that if you are going to charge a $fee you should actually inspect the repairHe quoted $to replace he washer but chuckled that that wasn't going to fix the problem and that I need to pay $to have the shower faucet replacedHow can you recommend a replacement and you haven't even touched anything Very disappointing

Len the P,umber is to date (I'm y/o) the finest plumbing company I have ever had the pleasure to have service my emergency plumbing situationThey are professional, efficient, immediately responsive to the needs of there clients, trustworthy, friendly, and have a great business styleI had a main drainage pipe leading out of my basement that became clogged in the part of the pipe that leads through the wall, underground and joins the main drain of the houseBecause of the back pressure placed on the pipes by backed up water in the kitchen sink and my vigorous plunging technique, a significant leak occurred, pouring filthy water into my basementThere were pebbles, silt etc iall over the floorI called Len The Plumber and was serviced by their "triage employee", who took all my information immediately and efficiently, stating someone would be arriving in 1-hoursShe also asked for my email so she could send me a picture of the employee who would be arriving at my house and a short synopsis of this plumbers years of experience, expertise and interests etcso I would know who to expect My house was built in1936, having original cast iron drain pipes leading away from the house underground, and are well known for there vulnerability to become compromised by the eroding effects of tree roots and degradation over timeA year veteran of the plumbing profession named Ken, arrived at my house within the hour of my phone callHe was professional, polite, experienced, and skilled at his professionHe was able to clear the drain pipe and reinforce the joint where the leak occurredHe reinforced that joint and tethered the pipe to the wall with a strap that secured it in place to decrease its mobility, and thereby greatly reduce the risk of the joint separating again He emptied the putrid water out of the large plastic buckets I had used to catch the water, just to help me outHe charged me a fair price that was equal to his initial quoted priceThank you so much, Ken, for doing a great job and going out of your way for me! I'd seen their truck in my neighborhood for years but never had a reason to call When I realized our kitchen sink was clogged and the garbage disposal leaking, I pondered calling the plumbers I'd used in the past but realized I'd not been very satisfied with either so I decided to contact Len the Plumber We were just hoping maybe the good reviews we'd read about them were true Mike showed up within a couple hours of my call, diagnosed the problems, presented a couple options and cost to us...we gave the OK and he had us up and running in about an hour The work came with a couple years warranty and left us feeling very satisfied about the courtesy, promptness and professionalism of the work Next plumbing challenge will be a no-brainer Thanks again to Mike for getting to us quickly and doing it right

They do a fine job but are not worth more than $per hour which is what my bill was during business hoursI feel like the worlds biggest it for hiring Len the Plumber My husband almost had a heart attack when I showed him the bill

Sunday morning emergency....overflowing sewage into our basement :( Called Len the Plumber: the phone staff were very helpful, told me what time frame to expect, and Joe, who came to our home, asked several questions, observed the situation and diagnosed the problem He informed us that the county needed to come out and he told us how to contact them He was correct....the county's end of the sewer was clogged THANKS to Joe for his very astute diagnosis and respectful communication.....we now know a bit more about our plumbing system :) And we now have water flowing out of our house and not in :)

Friday after close of business, I discovered a water leak from the water pipes in the ceiling of my basement Having used Len the Plumber in the past during hurricane weather and with sump pump issues with the best of experience, they are my first call I was able to schedule a Sunday morning call - Ricky Rwas the assigned technician Excellent diagnosis, copper pipe pinhole leaks, estimate for the job given All equipment was on the truck so the job was completed in a timely manner, very neat work and clean up Pipes inspected for no further leakage and I was good to go This company has never failed me - always quality work, courteous experienced tradesmen and great phone service department Thank YOU!

We called Len the Plumber mid-morning They arrived at our home WELL within the time frame they gave us - "Joe" was polite, explained the estimate costs, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself (it was all on the tarp that he brought with him), charged appropriately and asked several times if we had any questions about the work that needed to be done, the work that was done, and the recommendations that were made - impressive!

Tony and the folks at Lent The Plumber were very responsive to an emergency water faucet issue early on a Saturday morning Service was scheduled right away and received status reports on their progress throughout the repair process

I called Len the Plumber to verify on paper there was no leak in a pin hole on water heaterWe were clear with communication and were not interested in upgrading, changing, replacing or estimates we wanted "yes it's leaking, No its not leaking due to this was time sensitive and we are going to closingThe technician agreed and looked at heater and wrote no it's not leaking with additional recommendations totaling up to this is disturbing and unethical selling tacticsThis is clearly misleading and done with malus intent and I believe it's a way to pressure consumers to conquer additional expenses knowing clearly we were going to closingI called his manager and came across Mike and he was rude and insulted my intelligence versus immediately rectifying issueClearly his technician did not deliver what he was there for and now I'm at their mercy waitingI called several times on 7/19-7/spoke with Terry, Evett, Mike and to no availStill they have not called back as promised or e-mailed

We were initially skeptical about using this plumber for the first time, but we were pleasantly surprisedWe called on a Saturday evening and scheduled an appointment for the following morningWe had a real nasty drainage backupOur plumber arrived on time and was very thorough in explaining the procedures he would do to relieve the issueHe was very conscientious about cleanliness and wore coveralls over his shoes and even on the tires of the plumbing auger deviceOur plumber, Don, did an excellent job and was very respectfulWhile I would have liked the cost to be cheaper, I was in no situation to negotiateIf you have to hire a good plumber who seems to be genuinely concerned about your problem- hire this company
