In less than one year we had the following services performed by Len The Plumber: January '- Hot water heater July '- Main water shut offs, rear outside shut off, front faucet bib January '- front outside shut off (just before blizzard) We were very fortunate with the hot water heater failureOuter liner burst at seam but leakage was minorPlumber Edgar was able to drain it after considerable effort on his part considering the condition of the tank and the amount of sedimentThen new heater was installed very quickly with a nice ball lever shut off The work in July was done by another plumber named TomAgainthe work was quick and professional and parts installed were excellent quality sharkbite type with ball levers The last shut off was replaced by Edgar just before the blizzardIt was in a tricky location but Edgar was able to give the same type of sharkbite with the new pipe connectionsHe is one of the few plumbers I have come across (Tom being the other) who had the very expensive installation tool requiredHard to believe how fast the work can be done nowadays with the right tools and latest parts I believe plumber Tom is no longer with the company but plumber Edgar is located in [redacted] Highly recommended

I had a serious plumbing problem, and felt blessed to have Jfrom Len the Plumber on my side He explained exactly what would happen with Miss Utility coming to mark the lines, the county permit application, and the excavation He gave me different scenarios depending on how the lines were marked and explained exactly what was going to happen next throughout the entire process He finished the job exactly when he said he would He was very professional and left the work areas cleaner than he found them

I had a GE hotwater heater that failed under warranty (tank leak) GE requires a licensee plumber to declare the hotwater heater dead in order authorize replacementI called Len the Plumber and asked if they could come out a diagnose the leaking hot water heater for my GE warranty The plumber advertised and agreed to provide a diagnosis for my warranty for $ When the plumber arrived they asked if I would authorize them to install a new hotwater heater, when I said no they refused provide their diagnose for my GE warranty and of course I refused to pay them

I used Len The Plumber for a plumbing emergency The people were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with A technician arrived exactly when scheduled and the work performed was thorough and professional The tech described everything that was wrong, why it happened, and what he would do to fix it This was an outstanding experience I wish all vendors were this competent and professional Highly recommend!
