I am rejecting this response because:Lennar’s response does nothing to address the issue that buyers are not given the most up to date information about what they are buying at the time they are signing a contract, which we view as deceptive marketing practices Lennar should commit to changing their practices / internal operations so that future buyers are not surprised or misinformed about the materials or design of their home

I left a message for the homeowner I will have our customer care manager, *** ***, inspect the concrete and contact the homeowner

Thank you for the email. Lennar makes changes on items in the home for several reasons, including but not limited to: product availability, national contracts, color options, municipality requirements and customer feedback. Because it typically takes 6-months to build a home, we
specifically call-out these changes in our contract documents. In this case, the change was made to match our homes to the homes in the *** neighborhood. The *** *** Brand product selected for these homes is a more expensive and has a better hail warranty than the previous siding. We apologize that the siding is not as appealing to the buyers. The *** *** siding matches that siding throughout the community and *** is pleased with the elevations and designs of our homes

The following five items are what remain at this home:New concrete being poured at deck stairs 12/5/Paint touch ups on deck railingWindow adjustmentsGE has part on order for the dishwasherTouch ups to main handrail. All items to be completed by 12/16/

We feel that the $to replace the window well is not enoughReason being it is foot deep window wellAnd has to be dug up by hand, the estimate we received from *** *** was around $Which includes proper placement and testing to keep the new window well isolated from the building groundThis would have been not an issue if during the original install the installation instruction from *** *** would have been followed correctly

I submitted my warranty items long before the year period, they just have not done the repairs! I am now outside the warranty period because they did not complete the items I submitted within the warranty periodAbsolutely ridiculous

concrete yesterday but I am not sure if he made it or not Simply having someone contact me doesn't resolve a complaint The countless warranty claims and discussions around when the items would be fixed continue to drag out I have open claims from last fall (2015) that have not been addressed yet

All Lennar homes have a year cosmetic, year mechanical, and a year structural warranty

Good morning, it is extremely common for the sod to be installed in the spring if the home closes in fallAll of their hardscapes are in and only the sod is remainingThe sod will be installed no later than the first week of JuneThe reason for this is weather and availabity of sodWe will keep

I am rejecting this response because:  yes they met with me. But what Lennar’s reps aren’t telling you is all work was to be completed on November 2 except the wood floors and tile work. A representative from [redacted] was suppose to come meet with me in 11/2 but never showed up...( instead Tracy made 2 suggestions to come to a resolution on my floor issues). ; the framer was suppose to come to check my roof’s frame; the men to refill and back fill a large area in the north side of my home were to come do their work also on 11/2/17 - they did not come. So NO all work has NOT been done or even scheduled to be done.  Yes, a few simple things were done - my front steps were mud jacked, but the rest of the concrete work wasn’t completed because Lennnar needs to remove the stairs. So no, tge work is STILL incomplete. I think Lennar’a response is condescending and untruthful.
