Our Director of Sales, *** *** talked with the customer this m***ing and explained that the home had been walked by the Area Manager and that any of the issues she was concerned about could be completed prior to closing. It is our understanding that they have received a better offer
from another builder on another home and that is why they are wanting to cancel this contract. We are happy to proceed with completing their home if they choose to comply with the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and continue to closing. However, if they choose not to close, our Purchase and Sale Agreement clearly states that we are entitled to retain their earnest money because they did not comply with the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Regards,Hello Daris,it's seems you're ignoring your such as bad customer service.What you just said it you'll be explaining to the judge and I will sue you personally because back than you did not help me.I had to sell the house because it was a lemon home with a lot of mistakes and foundation issues but on top of that you cheated me out for a square feets.Instead of accepting your mistakes you're ignoring me.I will go viral on tv and radio and i'll mention your name and your such a bad customer service.You should try to fix and resolve this issue instead of blaming me for it.Okay if you are right.Let resolve this issue before I go viral against Lennar.Please,let prove me wrong by doing another home and i'll pay an independent inspector to measure and check entire home.You should help out to resolve this issue not blaming me.I am the victim not you.Daris.I know you did not built the home.Your guys did it.Why do you believe that much that they did not make any mistake?Why do you trust them so much?Why are you protecting them unless there is some operation with you guys?I believe we can fix this resolve this issue.Thank you

This company is well aware of the poor drainage in the subdivision They need to be proactive and do the right thing instead of scamming their loyal customers Money clouds everyone's judgement.Very dissatisfied customer! I am sure if I take a survey in the subdivision, there will be dissatisfied customers

Your complaint was assigned ID [redacted]. You recently filed a complaint on the above mentioned company. The last we heard from you the issue was not resolved. Please provide us with an update and advised which items (if any) remain unresolved. Please complete and return it as soon as possible. Are the issues resolved? ____________Yes __________X___No If yes, when was the issue resolved? If no, what issues remain outstanding? The cocking around the sinks in all the bathrooms is peeling.  There are gaps between the wall and the sinks.  Also the backdoor does not open hence my dog cannot go out. Master bedroom door does not close properly. Sprinkler is leaking again.  The painter painted the repaired area in the kitchen more than a month ago with the wrong color and we are still for him to come back to fix the issue. The paint on the windows is peeling.  There are cracks in the baseboard around the house.  Did you ever file your case through the court system? _____No________ If so please include a copy of your filing or judgment for our files. However I would like to go on record and state that I still do not think it is fair that I was not entitled to builder incentives because Lennar doesn't like dealing with the tedious [redacted] process. I had to add an additional $4600 to my purchase price on items that would typically be free due to builder incentives. Hopefully the remainder of the process goes smoothly.[redacted]

After this morning's extremely heavy rainfall, there was water in your yard.  Our Area Manager, DJ F[redacted], and your Customer Care Representative, Mark J[redacted], went by your home at 11:45 a.m., took pictures and called you to explain that all of the water had drained off.  Unfortunately,...

we can not guarantee that when we get torrential rains that there will not be water in your yard.  The warranty clearly states that water can hold in the swales for a period of 48 hours after a rain.  In your case, the water was gone much sooner.  We will continue to monitor the drainage in your yard. Daris H[redacted]Director of Customer CareLennar
