The check was delivered to [redacted] Masterson On March 10, 2017.  I do not know what the New Home Consultant told the buyers but the check had to be made out to the purchaser of the home.

We have outlined the items that we will repair and those that we won't because they are not warrantable.  The homeowner will be contacted this week to begin scheduling the work.

We truly loved the home in which we enlisted the trust in Lennar to build for us. The responses and actions we have received to our requests along the way as well as through our attempt to cancel confirms the horrible experience we have been through. Again, I hope others read this and choose to take their business elsewhere. By Lennar keeping our earnest money only solidifies this is a company not invested in their clients and just plain does not care. As mentioned in previous statements, there is a reason Lennar has an F rating in customer service, among other areas and the responses you have provided even in this thread prove Lennar does not care. Lennar has the opportunity to make it somewhat right by returning our earnest money yet you continue to choose to treat us poorly.

It is my understanding that the repairs were performed yesterday and that the contractors were returning today to touch-up one of the areas.  All repairs should be complete today.

We are very sorry that the homeowner does not agree with our approach to the issue.  I also checked our records and do not find where a service request was ever submitted for a drainage issue.  The home is almost 2 years old and had they contacted us sooner, the outcome might have been...

different.  We must be fair to all homeowners and treat all the same.  The warranty clearly states that drainage is only covered during the first year of occupancy.  We will unfortunately not be able to assist them with this issue.

The Landscaping has been fixed and the tree moved.  Thank you for your help.

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our decision about not repairing your sprinkler system.  The valve box having water in it is common because it is underground.  We had our landscaping contractor confirm that it is not leaking.  As for the damage to the sprinkler...

system by your pool contractor, this is not a warrantable situation and we never make repairs to sprinkler systems that are modified or damaged by others.  As for the backflow being damaged by the freeze, this component should always be treated just like the hose bibs on the home and should be covered during freezing weather.  We had to tell other homeowners that we would not make repairs to their backflow component that froze because they were not protected.  If you need assistance in finding a contractor to make the necessary repairs, please let us know.

  We are still waiting on completion. Today is Friday, July 24th. Our outlet was somehow broken during the project and we need it fixed. Also, I was told the porch would be cleaned due to mess from drywall company and that has yet to occur.
