Hello,I apologize that you did not receive return labels for your orderOur records indicate that on 11/7/we did mail two return labels to the PO Box on file. It appears that two orders were placedOrder *** for the Autumn Serving pieces and *** for the eight piece place
setting of the Autumn dinnerware. We did receive your return of order *** which we received two installment payments forOne in the amount of $on 10/13/and the second on 11/14/in the amount of $totaling $453.81. We did receive your first installment payment on order *** on 10/27/in the amount of $When we tried to obtain the second installment of eight payments on 11/26/in the amount of $the payment was declined by the credit card companyThe balance due on this order is $979.75. Our policy is that if a customer has an outstanding balance due once a return is processed we transfer the funds to the open balanceIn this case we did transfer the funds to the open order *** in the amount of $453.81 If you can provide a *** receipt showing the amount paid for the return postage we will be happy credit the open order with the amount that you paid for the return shipping. Hello,Our records indicate that on 11/10/16 a refund in the amount of $22.40 was issued to your [redacted] card then on 11/12/16 an additional $10.00 was issued. Please keep in mind that when you placed your order there was a $15.00 discount applied to the three ornaments that were ordered. The second credit of $10.00 finally appeared on my credit card statement on 11/17/16; this resulted in a total credit of $32.40 which is what Lenox promised.  I am now satisfied, as Lenox made good on their promise. Thank you both Revdex.com and Lenox!
