I am rejecting this response because:
Again, he doesn't listen or read.  High PH can also cause the discoloration and roughness...look it up and learn.  And the company that came to price re-surfacing it validated that it could have been high acidity or high PH.  And above all, I am not the chemist but what I do know is that before the program of chemicals I was given, I had a consistent color pool and right after, it was destroyed.  You point it all toward Coral Seas but I don't know which of your chemicals or the interaction of your chemicals did it...I just know it was done.  Obviously you don't want to take any responsibility so I'll see what other action I can take against you and at least warn others away from using Leslie's pool chemicals because if something ever happens, no one will take responsibility. So sad. Customer service and faith  is dead there.

customer was advised that the bristles coming out of the brush are a result of either dry rot or chemical damage but we cannot remove any bristles from his pool as our technicians do not provide this service. Thank you

Although we sell heat pumps we do not service them. The customer was advised that a licensed HVAC technician can service them but we do not. Thank you.

I would prefer not to speak with anyone at Leslie's. When...

I returned to the store referenced in my initial complaint, the clerk was having a difficult time figuring out how to enter my outstanding refund amount into their computer/cash register. He called his store manager on the phone and immediately handed the phone to me saying the manager wanted to talk to me. I was then subjected to the most offensive, rude and unprofessional exchange I have EVER experienced in a retail setting. Mr. Store Manager was apparently aware of my complaints and was on the defensive in the worst possible way. That man accused me of purchasing the pool game in question, returning it used and presumably, fabricating my complaint. Disgusting, to say the least. Even the clerk was embarrassed and apologetic for his manager's bad behavior. That clerk, [redacted], was the person who was involved with the sale of the item and my subsequent phone call to the store on the date of purchase. If he is not fearful of retribution from his manager, he could confirm the veracity of events as I have relayed them. I feel sorry for him though, to work for a man with no scruples and I wouldn't be surprised if he declined comment for fear of retaliation.    No, at this point, I'm done with my local Leslie's Pool Supply. I will never patronize that store again. I simply wanted a governing organization to be aware of what I perceived to be an instance of consumer fraud.

[redacted] is an independent installer we have very little influence with them. With that said the District Manager has made contact with the customer and offered them $150 in Customer Appreciation Dollars to...

compensate for the $75 fee that the installer charged to lay the ground cloth and additional sand that they paid for that was not used. We also have an even better filter hose set aside for the customer at the store for them to pick up free of charge as well.   We have reached out to the owner of [redacted] on multiple occasions and he is working with the customer directly the remaining installation issues as this is not something that is in our control.

I TALKED TO RYAN WITH LESLIES FRIDAY NIGHT.  I NEVER TALKED TO ANY STORE MGR.  I DID TALK TO A RUDE EMPLOYEE AT THE PINNACLE PEAK STORE.  I ASKED TO USE A COUPON AND HE REFUSED. RYAN OFFERED TO LET ME USE THE COUPON AT THE PINNACLE PEAK STORE ON SATURDAY, BUT I REFUSED.  HE SAID I COULD USE THE COUPON AT THE ARROWHEAD LOCATION WHERE I NORMALLY GO.  IT WAS THE WEEKEND AND I REALLY DIDNT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME AND FUEL TO DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY FOR A $5 COUPON.  I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO USE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.  I'M NOT SURE WHERE THEY CAME UP WITH SAYING I DIDN'T HAVE MY RECEIPT AND THE ITEM IN QUESTION.  I HAVE BOTH.  I'M NOT SURE WHY THEY CAN'T FIND MY RECEIPT.  I DO KNOW THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.  MAYBE THEY DON'T KEEP GOOD RECORDS EITHER.  I'M NOT SURE.  I DO KNOW THEY OWN EVERY POOL STORE IN THE PHOENIX AREA AND IT'S A MONOPOLY.  HONESTLY WE ARE A VERY POOR FIT.  I HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS IN THEIR STORES AND COLLECTIVELY OVER THE PAST 17YRS, THOUSANDS WITH SHASTA.  FROM NOW ON I WILL SHOP ONLINE AND BUY FROM SOMEONE THAT APPRECIATES MY BUSINESS.  THEY WILL DELIVER IT TO MY DOOR AND I DON'T HAVE TO DRIVE TO LESLIES SO SOMEONE CAN BE RUDE TO ME. 
HERES A RESOLUTION.  JUST SEND ME A CHECK FOR THE DIFFERENCE OF WHAT I PAID AND THE COUPON PRICE, IT'S ABOUT $5 AND WE CAN CALL IT EVEN.  THIS WAY I DON'T EVER HAVE TO GO TO LESLIES AGAIN.

To Whom It May Concern,[redacted] placed an order with Leslie's Poolmart on September 6th 2013 for aT3 Suction Side Pool Cleaner.  On August 18th 2014 we received a call from the customer stating she was having trouble with her cleaner. All manufacture manages the warranty on equipment;...

we arranged contact with Zodiac to assist the customer. After talking with the manufacture [redacted] called us; It was determined the cleaner could not be repaired, we agreed to replace customer’s cleaner in efforts to speed up the warranty exchange process. A new cleaner was shipped on September 9th, 2014.Upon learning of the Revdex.com complaint we contacted the customer to make sure the cleaner was working correctly. I was able to make contact [redacted]; she stated that the cleaner was working properly now and her issues have been resolved.

This is not a complaint for Leslie's Pool Supplies.

This complaint has been resolved. Upon arrival, we noticed the filter pressure was very high and the water flow was not enough to operate the heater.  We changed some plumbing and cleaned the filter.  Upon completion, the heater fired and was working properly. The customer was satisfied...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received just one call from Leslie’s Pool Supply([redacted]) on November 18 and they left a voicemail telling me to call backand ask for [redacted]. I called back three or four times asking for [redacted] and I wastold that there was no one working there with that name. I am still waiting fora response and to have this problem resolved.
