I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

 1. Apparently technician was aware of of breaker issue during installation.

2. Never received a call from the Corporate office, they just passed the buck to a technician to call me.

The service manager went to Mr. R[redacted] house 3.22.16 and reinstalled her old chlorinator. While at his property we noticed a small crack in the housing of the chlorinator and replaced it at no charge to Mr. R[redacted]. The customer was happy with the resolution.

opened another complaint because I found my purchase papers.  So, I need parts (the panel) that was to be covered, but the company doesn't sell the pool heater anymore.  If they serviced it and replaced the parts that would be O.K., but to just ignore me for all this time and only to say during the last Revdex.com complaint they didn't those types of pool heater was just a lie.

The [redacted] store is in the business of ripping people off. Everytime they test my water, I walk out with hundreds of dollars of chemicals. They give conflicting advice based on who helps you that day. I recently had a problem with yellow mustard and they sold me $130 of chemicals that did not work. I went to another local pool company and $22 later my algae problem was solved. I won't do business with them again!

The technician did not tell me at the initial visit that I would be charged another fee for labor.  At the first visit he examined the equipment and said he would order the part and return to install it.  When I called to make the appointment for the repair I was not told there would be another charge for a second visit because I wasn't told there would be a second visit.  If there is no labor at the first visit why is there a charge.  I absolutely do not accept their explanation because what they said happened did not happen.  The technician just said that Leslies tries to cheat them out of a labor fee and nothing else.  No one ever said there is a labor charge for each visit.  I would not have made the appointment if I had known.

The business's response indicates they are still working on a resolution. So my email does not mean a reject, but it does not mean an accept either, since the business is still working on it.

The Regional Vice President called the customer again and offered to reimburse him for his product. There will be a corporate check mailed to the customers home.

We have reached out the customer in efforts to resolve this issue and apologize for the confusion.  We were going through a site update at the time that caused not all landing pages to update; resulting in the cart issue.  Mr....

I received a call that Leslie's had set up a appointment for 08/15/16 without consent from myself and the tech was actually at my door to drain our pool and acid wash tomorrow. First off NOBODY is home at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, second I did not set up the appointment, third the lady on the phone would not reschedule because she can't guarantee a time frame that fits my schedule ???, I told her that I was only home at 4pm, and she says leslies time frame is between 12pm and 5pm to drain the pool, and the same time frame the next day to acid wash the pool. Our schedule only works after 4 pm during the week, but she was not interested to work with our schedule, although she did ask if we wanted to reschedule she was unwilling to work with our busy work week. I then told her I would have to go with another company that actually works with their customers work schedule, and she said fine,I will tell the tech to leave. UN considerate to say the least.

I do agree with the resolution on Leslie's Pool behalf however,  as far as [redacted] Installers, they have ano agreement with Leslie's as an independent contractor. I did not choose them to install our pool. That is who Leslie's contracts to do the installing. I think they should be more Involved with helping resolve the issues with their contractor!

I was informed they have pool service people. It should be an easy fix to rectify this situation. The problem was not chemicals but an inferior product, and instruction by a Leslie employee
