The Tech did not know about a

bad breaker, we do not go into breaker boxes,  [redacted] was the tech that did the install and the tech that went back out and looked at the  heat pump and noticed on the Monday that the breaker was bad.

4 Days ago I bought Leslie's 14425 Hardness Plus, 15 lbs., I have now been 4 days stirring it in warm water and am still trying to get it dissolved. This is a terrible product, and after calling the Jones road location where I bought it , the sales person told me yes it takes 2 or 3 days to dissolve, He should have told me that and I would have bought the ready to use stuff. I have been 4 days and still can't get finished.

This store and the others are usually better with recommendations and service.

I bought a bottle of chemicals. When I got home, most of the chemicals were leaked. I called them and they told me soonest I walk out of the door they are not responsible for anything. They did not warn me to keep the bottle straight up. The lid was not tight. It cost me 32 dollars but they would not do anything and manager was very rude for explaining.
