To [redacted] in response to the complaint The vehicle was towed at the request of the property owner and a tow sign is postedCredit cards accepted and if pictures are still wanted have [redacted] contact Lew Blum TowingTowing fees are for the hook up a day storage plus 20% city tax on storageStorage starts the moment the vehicle is brought into the building and is a flat rate.Sincerely Lew Blum

this person has an expired parking permit .also if we are doing something wrong at this apartment complex we would have been notified no one has called us about this complaintour tow signs are still posted .if we did tow this vehicle in error management would have notified us thank you Lew Blum

11/30/Our final responseevery vehicle we tow is stored in our buildingWhen it was found out that this vehicle had no battery the vehicle was pushed outside of the rear garage door and put in a parking spaceLike said before where this person parked their vehicle where it was towed from that is where the battery got stolen.Lew Blum

We at Lew Blum Towing co inc have a contract with [redacted] our tow trucks patrol their propertiesBefore any vehicle is towed our drivers make announcement of vehicle to be towed if no one answers for the vehicle it will get towedBefore any vehicle is moved from the property we must take pictures we have to report vehicle to the police department and then we hook the vehicleThe time it take us to do everything to minutes.We can only tow one vehicle at a time and some of the vehicles that are parked are employee's vehicles that is why they did not get towed.Parking is for while you are in store when you leave store you take your vehicleLet someone else park so they can shopLew Blum

2/22/16Hello in response to the complaint.no one is happy when something they own is taken away from them without their permission[redacted] was not happy when our company towed her vehicle and she let us know thatWe have no reason to be upset with anyone we tow This is the business we are in and we expect those who we tow to be abusive to holler and scream at us and to accuse of doing all sort of mishandling of their vehicleAll vehicles towed pictures are taken and We have pictures of [redacted] vehicle blocking the entrance of a commercial property.Lew Blum

Hello in response to the complaint [redacted] parked the vehicle she was driving in front of a drive way where she states she saw a sign, which is why signs are posted so you don’t block the drive way, Credit card machines sometimes lose their signalit happensThank you Lew Blum

Hello we have read the complaintour office hours are am to amall fees are on the receipt when this person who is making the complaint called Lew Blum Towing the question was askeddo you take credit cardswe said yeswhen the card was presented that is when we told her it would be a % surcharge.not % the damage that is on the vehicle is above the door glass near the roof of the vehicle.impossible for tow do that type of damage plus we have pictures of vehicle before it is hooked to the tow truck thank you Lew Blum

In response to the complaint after reading this complaint we have concluded these are accusation there is no merit of what is being said about Lew Blum Towing co inc it has been stated this vehicle was left unattended And when the owner pick up the vehicle it is stated that the hood was pried open which means where the vehicle was parked that is where the battery got stolenWhat the employee meant by saying I can get you a hot battery Meaning a fully charge battery, when batteries are fully charge the are warmI have said this before no tickets are needed to tow a vehicle in Philadelphia pa.It has been said that Lew Blum Towing is a problem by the Philadelphia police have the police put that in writingIf not it is here sayWe do about dollars in credit cards at an average and can prove it.Lew Blum

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was shopping and it wasn't even minutes before my car was towed my car and two other women who were shopping car was towed I feel that Lew Blum tow truck driver was being smart toward the fact that there were several other free parking spots at the timeAnd the tow truck driver just chose me and the two women cars just to choose them to towI would like to see the photos and police report as wellAnd no annoucement was heard for them to tow my car not one timeAnd the tow fee is $and $per day Lew Blum towed my car in less than minutes and charged 25$ which it was not a whole day that they took my carI immediately went to the main office on 40th street after coming out of [redacted] ***When I asked the manager there did anyone call the towing company and told them that cars were parked there illegally and the manager s [redacted] noSo I don't feel is fair at allWhen I work at [redacted] ***! Hello Revdex.com in response to the complaint thru our investigation we have found we have done nothing wrongthis vehicle was towed because the person driving this vehicle was not in the [redacted] working .the person making this complaint was working at the [redacted] *** but using the [redacted] parking lot for his convenience.this was told to Lew Blum Towing by the manager at [redacted] ***.the manager told us the vehicle was parked on their property for a couple of hours[redacted] manager is the one who gave us permission to tow this vehicle in question.we will not answer the accusation of who threatened who or who wanted to fight and who put their hands on one.this person has made statements thru emails how he is going to the police to the news charge my driver with a felony unless we give him a refundwe will not thank you Revdex.com for giving us the opportunity to answer this complaint Lew Blum
